So I lurk, I read the sidebar. I internalized. In short I'm new, but I do learn quickly.

So the question is this. At what point do I call the woman whose number I demanded last night. The wording is accurate as that is exactly how it went down. We talked for a while and then I said something along the lines of "Phone number, now." She actually commented on how I "asked" for her number.

"You just told me to give it to you... that's kind of hot"

So I'm reading and re-reading, reforming and internalizing everything that I see can help. But I honestly don't have much experience with the call back.
