Fuck yes this is normal. Rollo's Sexual Market Value: SMV Charts explain this completely. You have to BUILD value. At 17 you are at the bottom in SMV. All the girls your age or older are MUCH higher on SMV. Unless you are the top 10-20% you will get NOTHING in High School.

But trust us on this: If you build it they will cum. Lift at least 3 times a week. Focus on school, learning what you can, reading interesting shit and getting off your ass, away from the X-Box and out and about. Be active, on sports teams, intramural ball, bowling whatever. Just be out and learning and paying attention.

Cold approaching doesn't work that well. And it mostly just does in countries with great hook up cultures. But even there it doesn't work normaly at your age, and with no alcohol involved.

You're 17. Date 14- or 15-year-olds. They crave your attention (and you can drive!), and you will never have another chance to in your life. Don't game them too hard.

But then you turn 18 and you have to be super careful about not pissing anyone off.
