The wording there is a little confusing.

I think I know what you mean. I think you mean that women are more comfortable facing conflict if they have back-up. I would say that is true for everyone. In fact, it separates alpha males from others. Do you want to go to war by yourself? Probably not. You're better off building some coalitions first, behind the scenes.

I think you are right that women often share a "community frame." That's what makes them so susceptible to a strong male frame.

As far as women being comfortable facing conflict within a group, it is the opposite. They will do whatever they can to avoid conflict. They will try to not be overtly offensive, and they will hide facts to avoid confrontation. At the same time, they expect the opposite from males. They expect conflict to occur, and they purposely stay on the sidelines so they can align themselves with an eventual victor.

Women are heavily dependent on validation from the outside rather than from the inside. Social status means this much to them because it's how they define their value.

This makes perfect sence. Imagine us still living in caves. The social status determines the access to resources and protection. If you've got direct access to the leader, or indirect access via a man in his close group, your chances of survival rise greatly.

Women are also uncapable of making decisions without group consent, which also makes perfect sense.

Once again imagine us still living in caves. If a man was cast out for any reason he would still possess his skills and his strength to survive, while a woman, who might even have her offspring with her, would face a very tough time and this could even be her death sentence.

Also when all the men are out hunting or fighting, the group is her only source of protection, since her mate wouldn't be there. If she is an outsider to the other females she risks not getting protected in any case of emergency.

I think you're on to something. Also notice how, they'll quickly exchange glances to communicate a shit ton of information. If you talk to girl A and she responds with a mildly disgusted frown, her friends will see this facial expression and immediately replicate it and dismiss you.

A lot of guys prefer hitting on girls when they're alone because they don't have to deal with the hivemind. Girls, on the other hand, tend to not like getting hit on when they're alone because they don't have backup to fall back on. She's now forced to think for herself and risk dealing with a weirdo, too.
