Celibacy and monogamy with a clean partner are the only two options, and celibacy is the only one you can be absolutely sure of.
Oral is LESS likely to transmit STD than vaginal.
Vaginal is LESS likely to transmit an STD than anal.
Condom use USUALLY prevents the transmission of MOST STD's during oral, vaginal, and anal.
