I'm currently talking to an open relationship couple (primarily the girl) and set up a date with them later this week. According to them, they are open and are seeking a Friends with Benefits type deal for the girl. This is something I am cool with because I'm not into dating right now and just want to have fun (i.e. sex).

Do you guys have any advice on making the most out of this or any warnings I should know of?

For example, I find that whenever I don't do kino on a date, the date usually ends up going badly. I'll be sure to keep up the sexual tension and laser eye contact but I feel like kino will be harder (or awkward in this case) if her boyfriend is right beside her. How would I implement kino in this case?
