One of my coworkers at my blue collar job is really flirtatious even though she’s dating someone , so I decided to hang out with her and see what her goal was. When I was with her all she really did was complain about life, and I kept trying to steer away from that. I’m trying to decided whether or not it’s a shit test or she is trying to get me to be her emotional tampon. How have you guys dealt with this or how do I reframe my interactions with her?
