Hey guys, I have been thinking about going oldschool and quitting social media and tinder. The reason being I live in a town of about 100,000 people and have pretty much exhausted my tinder pool and I don't really use social media anyways. I feel like I can't really compete with some of the guys on tinder with such a small pool and the matches I get are either validation seekers or below my league. Besides, I am more interested in a long term relationship, than one night stands and ONS is all you find in tinder.

Has anybody made a conscious decision to meet women somewhere in real life aside from cold approaching in the mall etc? Where would you look or would you just put yourself more out there and see who you meet?

I live quite a lonely life in terms of my social events and hobbies. I basically go to school(uni student), workout and sleep. Besides my faculty's events, I have nothing going on and no friends outside university(moved to a new town). I've always been alone and cool with it, but now the pool of people I meet seems to be not enough to date around. I guess your answer would be to cold approach anyways, but I really want to build my social circle too.
