I've taken the pill more than a year ago now. I've been reading all sorts of stuff and watching all sorts of videos on advice on what to say and what to do and how to act .. etc

But I feel like I've just been getting too "gamey". Most of my game is just me watching a video, thinking that it's the only way to raise a girl's attraction, then I do it and focus on it too much that my behaviour might come off as "gamey". That's what I figure anyway, because I'm not getting anywhere near my goals with women. I know that learning from interacting with women is far better, but I just always believed that reading about techniques before cuts my losses.

I feel like I've lost my "charm". I'm not me 3 years ago. I've changed in good ways, but I also feel like I became a red pilled robot. All the things I know how to do are coming straight out of a youtube video. Like one guy in a comment said I'm a "socially uncalibrated tool", and I don't think he's wrong. Everytime I talk to a woman, it's those videos talking, not me ..

And I've ALWAYS been puzzled on what makes a woman like you. Like seriously, when you approach a girl, what objectives do you set ? You obviously like her, why would you go in blind ? Really, what makes her like you ? Is it you telling good stories, you believing in yourself and knowing your worth, or you just being an interesting person ? I know that that's good stuff, but what makes you different than the next guy who tells good stories ? I've just always been so very confused.

What are things that you tell yourself before approaching ? Like "always remember to physically escalate" or "remember to tease and push pull" ? I feel like whenever I go in blind I don't do good and don't reach anywhere, and that having a plan helps. I'm also very scared of silence and a planned subject to talk about usually fills the space.
