For any young ones out there who use TikTok (I know it's a braindead platform, give me shit) have any of you guys came across the "ick". I saw a whole bunch of content on it and essentially by definition it is

“The ick” is essentially a turnoff. It’s that cringey, unsettling feeling you get in your guts when someone you were previously enamored with becomes wholly repulsive to you. “The ick” is a blanket term for that feeling, which is usually brought on by a very small but specific thing — a quality, habit, or event that repels you from the object of your desire, sometimes for good.

Would you guys say this is just an alternation of the "Lighswitch Effect" in the sidebar? I know alot of 21st century females can inherently "relate" to this making it quite prominent.
