I was introduced to the RP subreddit by my dorm roommate. He was very enlightened to show it to me, because he found it as a complete revelation and a major change in his life. Every single day for about a month he talked to me about it and how about I should read it so it would change my life for the better.

I read most of the sidebar articles/defenitions and some other stuff he sent me too, and although I agreed with some stuff, the rest of it was complete bullcrap. I mean, if you didn't succeed some girls/some girls were really bitchy or destroyed your life, why would you blame it on the entire sex?

To make things clear, I am NOT a feminist at all. The entire ideology always seemed pretty wrong to me, and I never agreed with what it represents today. TRP was right about that- but who the heck are they to decide what things should be done to be a perfect man? I like doing "manly" things such as hiking, prison workout, cooking meat, and other stuff that was recommended in there, but I like applying polish to my nails as well. Brainwashing the RP readers to do the exact same things (the most notable is lifting weights, which is ridiculously over-emphasized in the subreddit) is really bad and will broaden your interest range, so why do it?

Overall, the whole cult-like attitude of the RP is really wrong and unjust to my opinion, and that it is pretty useless to blame the entire female sex for failing with some girls. Instead of crying over it, why won't you get over it like men and start taking care of yourselves (both physically and mentally) so girls will be actually attracted to you?

jeez
