A girl asked me tonight, "what are you looking for? ...Love? ...Sex?" It really made me stop in my tracks because, honestly, I have no fucking idea.

I managed to spit out an answer: "I'm looking for... adventure." I was impressed with my reflexes, but I also knew this wasn't a great answer in this situation. It was neither honest nor what this girl was hoping to hear. She was about a decade older than me and hoping to find "the one." I knew I wasn't it, but I also knew I could have taken her home for a bit of fun (if I answered properly). But something stopped me and this wasn't the first time.

I still consider myself a newb, having only done this seduction stuff for a little over a month. The results have so far been amazing. Approach anxiety is ever-present, of course, but I can manage to subdue it. I do feel outcome independent: tonight I also approached a group of girls who, after attempting conversation, were obviously not interested in talking. So I said, "well... good meeting you all' and walked away without any hint of remorse. And I didn't look back.

The disinterest is pretty rare actually. Most common is the, "oh... and this is my boyfriend" response, and they usually still want to keep talking after that. When I start talking to a single girl, I usually do really great. I create an engaging conversation, I've been able to kino pretty well, and I usually can turn the conversation sexual. But as soon as I realize that the girl would come home with me, I freeze up.

The problem is probably internal and external. I don't know exactly what I want out of this interaction. Which, I think, is okay (maybe I just want to fuck... but I'm also open to seeing where it might go). Also, I'm not exactly sure how to transition from, "she is interested in having sex" to actually having sex.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
