Damn dude, you're a teenager, you're supposed to be a nervous wreck at the best of times. This is when you do all your awkward shit that you look back on later and say 'damn, I'm glad I'm not that much of an ass anymore'. I'll give you the same advice I'd give anyone though. Develop your hobbies, find your passions, get really good at something tangible that you can look at and say 'fuck yeah I made that'. Become self-critical and identify your personal strengths and faults, work to fix the faults individually (e.g. 'I come off unconfident' could be a combination of issues with posture, voice, eye contact, etc). Doing these things will make you value yourself and give you something to offer the world, which will make people want you in their life, which will make people want you in their vagina.

At 16 I was exactly the same, it's not uncommon and it's not a bad thing.

One of the best things I can recommend, which worked for me is getting into lifting. It can massively boost you're confidence, just don't let it get to you're head.

Also you're young man, these things will get better as you get older and mature a bit more and grow as a person. Trust me.

Keep positive, try your best to stay with a good crowd of friends, and focus on school and your goals.
