A little backstory - I am new to the scene so I know I have a lot to learn. I've tried in person approach a few times and the last one went well at the start. We had two dates. After the second date, she stayed over- we didn't have sex because she wanted to take it slow but we did everything we could with our clothes on. She was supposed to go to Texas shortly after for a week or so and she wanted to see me before then. We made plans but I had to cancel as I fell sick. I texted her the next day ( the day she was supposed to leave for TX). No reply. Waited a few days - texted again. No reply. This happens fairly frequently to me on Tinder and other apps too. I'll have a decent to good conversation, get the number, continue the conversation, set up a meet, and get flakes/no reply. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. The rejection doesn't bother me as much as why. The conversation seems to be going well. I get a good reply when I ask to meet for a drink or something and then kaput - nothing. Am I asking for a meet to early? I know my texting game isn't strong. I'm much better at connecting in person. Should I bother asking again?
