Mate, cancel her. Stop texting her. If she hits you up randomly (a few days from now), she misses you and she may be interested but if she’s always stated how busy she is, she isn’t worth it. No one is ever to busy. There are 24 hours in a day, 7days in a week and 365 days in a year. If someone cares and is interested in getting to know you, they’ll go out of their way to do so I.e. ask for an earlier shift, call in sick so she could see you. If she was really into you, she’d probably do one of the things I mentioned above. Keep it moving bro, never stick to one girl because girls are like buses, if you chase it, you’ll get left behind!

As a general rule, you never ask twice. The second rule being that id she does not give and alternate date and time, she's probably not that interested. It's okay to let this one go and just reach out to her once a week or something. Asking someone out and contacting them several times a month can come off as needy, annoying or just to the point where she won't take you seriously.
