This is a follow up from my last FR where I was the target of an epic player hating.

I came up with an opener to use with my black eye and stitches:

approach girl... make eye contact... silence... let her see my bruised and stitched face... then say "What happened to your face?"

So I decided to run some day game with this opener since I had Friday off and I needed to get my stitches out. I'm lacking solid day game, so I figured this should be really good practice.

Approach 1 - Girl Approaches Me: I was walking to the doctor's office to register for my appointment for the day. A girl approached me on the street and asked me for a lighter. I lit up her cigarette and delivered my opener (though at this point it's not really an opener anymore, just a joke). She asks what happened and I just tell her "a fight" and move passed it. We start walking together and she's doing most of the work for me and talking about the nice weather we had that day and where she goes to school (she was on her way there). We arrive at the doctors office, so I tell her it was nice meeting her but I need to run. I didn't number close because honestly I was almost late for registration so I had to run in real quick. She was kind of cute though.

After registering, I had a few hours to kill before the doctor would take me, so I grabbed some food and a few drinks at a bar across the street from the doctor's office.

Approach 2 - Bartender # Close: The bar was dead. I was literally the only one in there besides the bartender. She's blonde, kind of cute with a punk-rock look to her, but not overdone. I sit down, look at her, and deliver my opener. She loved it.

Her: My face?!? What happened to yours?!?

I told her I was attacked by monkeys and we joked around a bit. She really wanted to know what the deal was with my face so I told her the story but shortened it. I also threw in some details of me white-knighting "this girl who was being harassed by some drunk dude".

Anyway, I hung out there for about 2 hours with her and we got along well. Nobody else came into the bar. We were doing shots together (they were free) I number closed her before I got too drunk and left for the doctor's office.

Approach 3: After I got my stitches out I wanted to run more day game before the sun goes down. I saw a cute 2-set standing on the corner. I delivered my opener and they laughed. They thought it was funny, but they left right after. Oh well.

Approach 4: I was walking back to the subway and passed by a college with some girls outside smoking cigarettes. I delivered my opener and they thought it was funny as well. Going great so far. I ask them for a lighter and hang out for a cigarette with them. Basic small talk fluff about school and where we're from. They wanted to know what happened to my face so I told them "The first rule of fight club is you don't talk about fight club". The set was one of those "20-minute-go-nowhere" sets, so I ejected to approach some more.

Approach 5: I arrived at the subway to finally head home. It was getting dark so I figured day game is almost over. I did one last approach on a hot blonde, probably in her mid 20's, really professional looking. This is going to be hard. She was a moving target, so this was harder. She walks by and I gave her a look like a know her. She slows down and looks at me trying to figure out if she knows me. I delivered my opener and she gave me a weird look and walked away. I hopped in the subway and headed home.

All in all a pretty good day game session, considering my black eye and stitches.

It doesn't matter what you say or what you look like. If you carry yourself with confidence and keep a strong frame, people will follow your lead. So don't let superficial things hurt your game.

EDIT: I even got a text back from the bartender. I'm thinking about friend-zoning her because she throws after-parties in her bar after all the bars close for the night.
