After reading the IAMA posts from frogma and TofuTofu I figured this might be fun if anybody is interested. I also have nothing to do today.

Brief Background: I started reading pickup literature after a crippling oneitus in highschool. I was a virgin and had barely any friends. I did a lot of drugs and was depressed a lot. I searched around the internet for some self help literature because I wasn’t happy with my life and I didn’t know how to change. On my quest for self help, I stumbled upon some pickup stuff. I began reading Double Your Dating by David DeAngelo and a book called The System by Doc Love, which I’m sure almost none of you heard of. It was then I began my journey.

I finally lost my virginity at 19, it was the summer before college. After that I was in 3 long term relationships until I was 24 years old. I was still reading about pickup all the time, I kind of became a social dynamics addict. I’ve read pretty much everything but sticking mostly with Mystery's stuff. I never did any of his routines or games, but his method is pretty spot on.

At 24, my girlfriend left me for another guy. It happened literally overnight. One day she was my girlfriend, the next day she’s telling me she’s leaving me to be with some guy she knew in college. They moved away and got engaged shortly after. Ouch.

I realized at that point I was about to turn 25 years old and had only been with 4 girls. I had changed my life dramatically since who I was in high school, but there was something missing. I wasn’t getting laid. I had all this knowledge that I never really put to much use. So I took action. I was offered a job in New York City and immediately got an apartment here and started sarging. A lot.

I became incredibly successful with game since moving here almost two years ago. I was going out almost every night, mostly solo, and focusing on nothing but gaming girls. It worked very well. I’ve heard mPUA’s say New York City is the toughest city to pick up girls in, but I think it’s actually one of the easiest, though I’ve had my ups and downs.

I came across Seddit about a year ago and just lurked around for a while. I eventually created a username and started posting some field reports ( here’s one here’s another and here’s one more ) and I also wrote a post about game on facebook

About a month ago I started exclusively dating somebody. She’s way better looking and way more successful than me.
