I used to have that problem. You need to be the guy that talks to everyone for no reason other than you like to chat. Then when you talk to her, you are really just being yourself. If the only reason you talk to a girl is to hit on her then you're gonna look like you are just talking to her to hit on her. If you talk to all girls all the time than it will actually be weird not to talk to her.

Finally, eventually you are going to want her to know you are interested in her. There is zero shame in going after a beautiful girl. You are a guy - it is your job to find a beautiful girl and to make her your wife. Why not walk up to her and find out if she is the one?

What else do you expect to look like? You have to talk to her if you want it to lead to anything. Remember that she's just some random girl and you're the coolest motherfucker in the world. Approach her that way. Make her qualify herself to you- tease her about French shit.

On top of that, if she's actually interested she'll be grateful that you got up the nerve to approach. Just internalize that she's the one trying to get you interested and not the other way around. Then everything you say will be coming from a place of higher value and create attraction.

reggieband's idea is solid. If all you know about her is the French stuff, you might as well start off by talking about that, and then segue into other shit.

How do you know she is into you if you have never spoken? Do you speak French? If yes, do it, she will love you for it. If no, ask her about the language, use it as an excuse to spend time together/converse.
