My advice would be to get their number. If she gives you her number, that's a good indicator that she likes you too, but can also serve as a means to escalate things sexually too. You are experiencing all of this because you are in a mental prison and conditioning of wanting approval. Why else would you surround yourself with women you want to fuck but do nothing about it? A key aspect is not giving a shit what these women think of you. This is holding you back. You want them to approve of you, give you choosing signals so you know it’s safe, and then you’ll “make your move” to see if you can get what you want with little pain or embarrassment. Fuck that.

“Getting into state” and not being able to say what you want and being uncomfortable with talking about sexual topics implies that you have a disconnect with your sexual nature. You’ve operated in a conditioned socially acceptable mode of deescalated masculinity that now you have an inability to act on your natural male impulses to go after what you want. Believing there is a “state” from which to operate implies there is an on and an off. When you have a good relationship with your sexual self, you are the state. It’s not something you switch into like an outfit.

Understand that at first you will fail. Understand that by being direct you will lose these so-called friends. Understand that you have work to do in the realm of chipping off the crud you’ve been conditioned with that makes you a careful, obedient male.

The work you have to do is first not caring what other people think of you. This caring comes from childhood experiences. You must examine your past because to know where you want to go you must have a very clear idea of where you are and how you got there. It’s likely something to do with mom. It prevents any ambiguity and turns situations into a yes or a no for the most part.

Practice makes perfect. I’ve been in situations where breaking through the friend zone has been like trying to break down a brick wall with my bare hands.

First, make sure you actually want to give it a shot with a girl you’re good friends with. A good girl FRIEND is an incredibly valuable person in one’s life. They can offer perspective in a way that your family, or guy friends, can’t. If you try to break the friend zone, there’s a good chance that friendship won’t be the same afterwards.

Do not overthink it, tell her something like, you should come closer and kiss me. She can say no, or she can come closer and kiss you. I know it might sound like I am oversimplifying it, but trust me it works. Invite her to your place after a date, have a dominant and confident body language, a confident voice, talk about anything that you guys like talking about, read about tantric sex, you can ask her what she is reading, what she has read, she will probably ask you what you are reading, tell her what you are reading tell her about it. She will probably be into tat shit. Ask her is she will like to try, if she says yes tell her that it might be an option. Don’t jump right at it, later look into her eyes and tell her you can kiss me if you want to, she can say ok, or she can laugh, or she can say no. If she laughs and says no you can say oh sorry I thought that’s what was in your mind, act as if that’s something that will usually happen to you.
another one is go to the bathroom and come back having your teeth brushed, and simply say I brushed my teeth in case you were thinking about kissing me, I also have a tooth brush you can borrow.
You would be surprised how many times this things work.
