This post/comment has been removed because it violates Rule #5: The topic is too broad, has been covered a lot already, or involves the assumption overly limited by race, age, physical limitations/appearance, and/or other inborn external qualities.
Put in some reading & work before asking questions that have been addressed, like: * How do I approach? * How do I get a number? * How do I talk to girls at college? * How/When do I kiss a girl? * Does this really work?
As for the last one, it is an answered question. There have been many posts on physical limitations over the years, including this one. No need to re-ask it.

Dude you should read carefully before removing post. As a moderator you never contribute anything. All you can do is just removing a post. Don't be so useless in life. Your daddy and mommy already spent so much money on you, hoping one day you will be a useful person.,

Sounds like you're willing to put too much energy into attracting women. Weird idea, right?
Focusing all your attention on them desensitizes them to your worth. When they're constantly your #1 focus, your #1 goal, and you shift yourself and your conversations/availability to match theirs, theyll be bored. It's like they're hanging out with a mirror... matching them at all points. Theres no spontaneity, no life, no 'difference' from just hanging out with a best friend...
You need to find something to put above your desire for a relationship. Is it improving yourself? Is it a job? A hobby? Maybe the gym? You need something to have that provides you a fun, purposeful life with or without a partner. Besides the cliche 'you'll never be happy with a partner until you're happy with yourself', you'll never be appealing to a woman unless they think they need to try to win you over. Whether you're not wholly focused on them, you're out of their league, or not 100% devoted to them, that little bit of ambiguity will pull women 10x more than spending all effort chasing them.
I was in your seat. I started focusing on the gym. I found that the effort I spent in (unsuccessfully) chasing women was better spent on myself. I was guaranteed results - becoming stronger - and even gained some confidence. Suddenly women became less important to me comparatively. I felt free.

That's something to think about. But this phase of life seems to be eternal

It very well may feel that way. Unfortunately, as hard as it is to believe, a woman isn't going to change that. Most people hit a wall in their life in their late 20s where the realities of life and growing older strike.
Look into you. What do you want to do with your life? Do you want to be stronger? More confident? Have more skills? Do those things. Women will come later. Get the most out of your life in the best years of your life.

If the glasses bother you try getting contacts or asking for advice on good fitting glasses. When i got my glasses i asked the receptionist if she could help me pick some that compliment my face.

Extrapolating from the limited information that you provided:
" I sometimes feel lonely. I wish I could have a female partner to share my life with." - You are acting out of scarcity, and people can detect your neediness.
"Friends call me when they need to find a solution." - Do friends call you when they don't need something from you? Do you try to buy friendships or make women interested in you by doing things for them?
"I don't want to be a playboy." - You don't have to become a playboy. You need to become a man who has the option of being one if it was his desire.
