Coming off a breakup, so am admittedly rusty. The last girl I dated, I barely had to try.

Been contacting multiple women. Texting, etc. Joined Match b/c I seriously do not go out to bars, etc. Had a couple dates that I thought went well, then got ghosted. One chick, ended up hooking up and then she gives me the thing where she felt like we went too fast and just went dark.
One girl, went out and felt like we had an engaging date. Was a weeknight date, and she was heading out on a trip, so it really went until the restaurant closed. Ended with a lame kiss and her saying "Get together next week?" and later going dark. Most recently, Was texting a girl who plans weddings and had 2 big ones consecutive weekends. Texted and called her a few times. Last time I called her, we discussed getting together this past weekend....then the whole f*cking week she doesn't answer texts. Saturday (the day we'd mentioned getting together), she texts that it's been a "crazy week" and she was heading out of town. Evidently she wasn't exactly looking fwd to our plans LoL.

My schedule kind of fucks with my game. I work nights, so my nights during the week aren't open. Not to mention, I work long shifts as a nurse. So, even if I was off at night, I'm usually f*cking wiped.

Where am I f*cking up, here? Single guy. I take care of myself (working on taking off the Quarantine weight). I have a good job. I'm a travel nurse. Seriously wondering WTF I'm doing wrong that girls keep losing interest.
