I’ve known her for 2 years and i’ve noticed that she’s normally outgoing with everyone else but quiet with me. I’ve also noticed that she’s almost always staring at me, in class, in the halls, at lunch and 2 years ago I made a move and acted a little too desperate and when I approached her she seemed shy and nervous. I then moved on and stopped talking to her, and after a few weeks she would constantly try to start conversations with me but I would just give her dry one word responses or ignore her.

Fast forward to today and she is doing the same thing(constantly eying me me down) but is still quiet when talking to me while not being able to give me eye contact.

Is she shy/nervous or not interested.
