T shirt and pants is fine, maybe a button down with sleeves rolled/one button undone for a more casual look. More importantly make sure your place is clean, especially the bathroom. As for drinks, I’d ask her what she wants and pick that up. It’ll also let you know if she’s comfortable enough around you to do that, though video games at your place already gives off a level of comfort.

Sounds like you have oneitis for an unavailable woman. Unhappy or not Id say keep your trap shut and be her friend. More importantly, dont get hung up on her. A girl who uses you to rescue herself from a guy will find another guy to rescue her from you.

As a kid/growing up I took all my cues from tv shows. The upstanding superheroes and protagonists taught me to be righteous. From college through now, READING has helped me out a lot. Once I had the basic shit down, reading a lot gave me more confidence in myself, and taught me that its ok to say no to ppl, even if they get upset. Nothing feels better than standing up for yourself.

Brevity is the soul of wit. I used to be like what youre describing too, painfully awkward, just trying to get a laugh. It stemmed from being a loner in school, and getting laughs was getting attention. Just know your self worth and understand no matter who they are, you are not obligated to entertain people.

They probably dont respect you because you seem to have no respect for yourself. People treat you the way you tell them to. Tired of fucking "low hanging fruit"? Then stop. Youre the only person standing in your way. Maybe hit the gym and read some self improvement material. Also youre only 21. I didnt come into my own until I was 22-23. I dont have an astronomical body count but as I turn 27 this year Ive had more healthy sexual encounters with women than unhealthy.

Youre choking at the last minute because youre thinking too much. Just be in the moment and if you get this intense feeling tjat you should grab her hand, or kiss her, then do it. No amount of theory or reading will help you if you just dont nut up and take a chance.

Sounds like you have a confidence issue. Im 6 foot even, in good shape and the "funny" guy. I was in the same boat as you but didnt believe until I built my own confidence up. I will admit getting dates/positive interactions with women definitely help boost my confidence, but it comes from within.

Honestly just reply whenever. If shes been inviting you to stuff theres some level of interest. Invite her to something. She'll say yes, or she wont and try to reschedule. Just be prepared for Jesus. Also hi from the past.

To answer your question yes, you can probably rebound, but if she gets hired at your job you're probably better off staying as friends. If she gets the job and things go south, that'll be awkward. On top of that, maybe she thinks you're doing all this stuff to get into her pants, which isn't entirely untrue. Kinda creepy. My advice? If she gets the job keep her as a friend and meet her other friends. Plenty of couples work together/meet at work, but your situation has too many chances to go wron…

If the attraction is there, its pretty easy to escalate. For example... Last year I was dating my now girlfriend. We smoked some bud and watched Attack on Titan. You said it yourself. They've heard everything before so the chances of actually succeeding are comparetively low. If its a place you go to often just be respectful and tip well. I know a server at a bar my friends and I have been going to for 5 years or so. She loves us (but is married) and if any of us ever wanted to ask out a memeber of the staff she'd probably help.

Try to do group things together. Most girls won't "meet up" with a guy they just met. But if she brings a friend or two along to the bar/party or an activity you've planned with your friends, she'll feel more comfortable. From there if you guys hit it off, you can go on a date.

I dont need to approach, I have a girlfriend. If I do happen to talk to that cute cashier or server when Im out I dont consider it approaching, Im being a normal human. In my experience the key to kweping your "game" tight in a relationship is continually courting your girl. Buy her flowers, go on dates...that kind of stuff.

I disagree that having a "hookup" mindset will help you find more quality women, actually the opposite. If you just want fast sex find fast women. If you want a quality woman(in my mind one who won't fuck on the first date but there are exceptions to the rule) you'll have to try harder. In my opinion you get more experience with women when you are in a relationship than when you have a string of lays.

Doesnt crushing on = really liking someone? She could just want a friend, she could just want you to make the next move, or she could just want you to go away. Only one way to find out though. If there's one thing I've learned in dating, dont focus all of your energy on one woman. Go out and do stuff, meet people and have fun. Talk to more women, you may find some are more receptive to your advances.

You've detailed your solution right here! Be less outcome dependent. Develop hobbies and other time consuming activities. As for your negative feelings of slogging through "game".. "If youre going through hell, keep going." Winston Churchill. Also you should sit down and think what you want out of your interactions with women. I dont think it humiliates women as much as it emasculates men. So much of society says you're not a man if you're not smashing pussy 24/7, and the friendzone is for dweebs that cant run game...but being friends with women is awesome. Men put themselves in the friendzone.
/r/seduction10/11/14 09:44 PM

The friendzone isnt some land of exiled men. Unless you're so sprung on her that you'd rather not know her if you cant hook up, Id say just stop responding and keep it moving. In fact, Id say befriend her. That gives you access to her group of friends, and you can use her to increase your mate value. Maybe even play a friend against her to get her jealous, but Machiavelli died ages ago... Women want what other women have. If you enter a party/bar with a girl, potential matches will see you aren'…

The problem is you think its unnatural to go up to someone and say "Hi how are you?" In a party setting the current running underneath the tone of the place is "sex, debauchery etc." Though no one speaks of it, those subconscious thoughts permeate and in turn effect/inhibit your ability to act. There's no magic bullet to help reduce the nerves. Actually DOING will reduce the nerves. Practice starting conversations with cashiers/servers. It may seem lame but it'll help get rid of the social anxie…

While I disagree you are right. I havent answered your questions. I've never adopted a persona so perhaps I'm not qualified to answer, but I think the risk/reward benefit is the same. The only difference is instead of fumbling for what to say, youre constantly trying to maintain a facade, like holding pieces of a mirror together and trying to make the reflection whole. So maybe that aspect adds a level of risk to it. As for the pitfalls involved, I may sound like Im shitting on you but I serious…

Nothing. Sniping someone/poking at their insecurities is one thing. Being a doormat for a woman because you want to get in her pants is actually two things. Its pathetic and it won't get you laid. If a woman is being ridiculous/dramatic call her on it. It shows you're not some gelatinous creature that slithers instead of walking upright. Honestly man a simple "thank you" will suffice. No one likes a guy that snaps at old ladies calling him sweetie, especially old ladies. Even though you dont like it, thats just one of those things where you just suck it up. But for the sake of argument if it sends you into a blind fury... You COULD hypothetically tell them "dont call me that" but I feel like getting rustled over it will always come off the wrong way. Just build up your confidence until it doesnt even matter anymore. That doesnt mean power bomb that old lady who called you "sweetie" but it does mean letting ppl know that your time and emotional wellbeing is as important as everyone else's. Keep practicing. Hold contact until its unbearably awkward for you. Make them look away first. Its ok to break eye contact when youre talking, but hold it when you listen. After a while it becomes normal, and you only break contact because you WANT to. If youre flirting with a girl and she's receptive dont you fucking dare break eye contact. Smile too.

For attracting women? Im not that much older than you but in my experience, work on yourself. Get in shape, thrive in your career. Also consider developing more social circles. In college some girls are interested in the things youve listed. As you get older women place value on different traits. You played college football? Thats cool and all but unless you went pro it's not going to impress a professional woman.

Keep chasing if its fun for you/something happens. You meet a girl and have a night of witty banter. Walk her home and make out in the doorway. Dont try to "build attraction" with a woman that isnt interested in you. A girl can be playing coy/hard to get, but even with that there's an air of playfulness about it. If you feel like you're investing all this time/emotional output for a girl who isnt even giving you the time of day move on.

Seems like you still have women on a pedestal. What I like to do when I see a woman I find attractive is say to myself: "I bet in the last couple weeks shes taken a nice, watery taco bell shit."
