Beauty standards aren't the same for men or women but people still end up with their looksmatch, same goes for status and education.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/26 10:39 PM

It's a known fact that nerds have low social skills. Also smart people are less interested in sleeping around.

L. DiCaprio gets more criticism because his love life is more public. He is infamous for dating women below 25. A lot of male celebrities date women in their 20's, most people don't care. Even L DiCaprio is more a meme than hated.

A lot of these men are aware, they just don't care.

You cannot be a feminist and cry about 50/50 or expect "princess treatment" from a provider husband. Women should be more assertive in their dating lives. I respect SAHMs but they aren't working hard. I don't care about age gaps between consensual adults: I don't like the infantilization of young ADULT women.

Nope, the money a child earns belong to him, the parents only gets to manage it. A lot of lawsuit on the topic. They are laws in California to protect child actors.

Well, athletes usually aren't the sharpest tool in the shed. There are also the child actors who discover as adults that they got robbed by their own parents.

Nope it just means that Sophie Rain is bad at finances. If she was smart she wouldn't be in that situation, notwithstanding that she is still much wealthier than the average Joe. You see the same phenomenon with athletes, artist and actors...
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 07:54 AM

I never dated a man I wanted to have sex with from the get go. It always took time.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/26 12:32 PM

I don't care about being approached in the street as long as men aren't rude nor pushy. I don't have an issue with adult women who decide to do sex work. My issue are the shady working conditiosn with all the human trafficking behind the scenes, and the fact that kids have access to porn. I don't mind Mia Khalifa or Bonnie Blue.

Only daycare gets criticized, what about the other form of childcare like babysitting or staying with grandparents ? Also the first study is questionned by other specialist while the second one aknowledge that daycare does have some benefits.

Why are you comparing yourself to a celebrity ? You think people aren't willing to pay bank for Sydney Sweeney's bathwater ?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/03/26 08:58 AM

You weren't the same person 7 years ago, you weren't fit nor successful. A lot of people don't date in HS
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/26 12:07 PM

How do you know they are not genuinely attracted to you ? Are you sure it's not your insecurity talking ?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/26 10:28 AM

My ncount is 1 and I am progressive but I kinda agree sex is so important for men you would think sluts would be preferred for relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 09:53 AM

On average, women care more about spirituality and have a bigger sense of community. There is a social aspect to church service that cater more to women than men.

It's a moral failing and entitlement if they blame women for their lack of action. Personnally, I don't have a problem with sex work, but looking down on men who pay for sex work is not a "bluepill" thing it's a society thing. Most women regardless of their views on sex looks down on men who pay for sex. Even men tend to shame other men for that.

My older brother is average looking and never had a serious relationship but he had casual sex.

It depends what you mean by "success" if you meant by number of sexual partners I would say twin 1, if you mean raw attractiveness and quality of relationship then it's Twin 2.

/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/26 12:34 PM

I consider myself progressive and I don't see anything wrong with saying women are the fairer sex. The beauty industry is centered around us. The problem is women being valued only for their looks.

I agree especially the second paragraph.

Huband material is an ideal and women want to marry a man who is sexually attractive. A husband material is not a man you settle for. Do you think most women are fine with a husband they find unattractive ?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/26 03:00 PM
7

When a women use the term "husband material" they mean a man who got the whole package which include sexual attractiveness. David Beckham is husband material, Homer Simpson is not.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/26 02:06 PM

It doesn't work because women aren't complaining about how men only date the top 20%.

So it's wrong by definition.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/25 03:31 PM

I have yet to hear one person provide me with a good reason for slut shaming. I know key/keyhole analogy, but sleeping around being easier for women doesn't make it shameful or immoral, at worst it makes it whatever. I also think it's counterintuitive to hate on the women who are the most willing to sleep with men, while one of men's main grievance is how they can't get laid.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/25 09:24 AM
5

Firstly, I wonder how many of these women who hate on Bonnie Blue consider themselves feminist. Secondly, feminists don't agree on sex work. Thirdly, most women, feminist or not don't give a fuck about Bonnie Blue, Lily Philips or Mia Khalifa: at worst they just find it gross for sanitary reasons.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 08:49 AM

Even men mostly marry in their own social class and there is nothing wrong with it. Also wanting an ambitious man doesn't mean that you don't care about other aspect like personality, looks etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 08:39 AM
1

A lot of women who want "ambitious men" actually are ambitious themselves, they are more likely to be educated or to have high paying careers. I don't consider them gold diggers.

They would marry younger men.

As a woman who lost her virginity late (26), I don't think there is anything wrong with late virgin aside from social awkwardness which usually gets away with experience. Virgins are just late bloomers.

If a guy try to sleep with me on first date, I assume he is promiscuous.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 02:17 PM

A good relationship benefit both parties involved. But I think for woman there is a huge status boost associated with marriage which explains why they want to get married more than men. Married woman > girlfriend > single woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 08:44 AM
1

Usually when a man rush to marry a woman, it has little to do with the quality of their 6 months relationship, but it's because the man just values marriage (a change of mind that happens often after a LTR breakup).
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 08:32 AM
4

She’s the girl who will scoff at an ex getting married to his next partner and will fail to realize that this man invests more in this woman because that woman invested more in him. You mean the ex who didn't want to marry them after 5 years of relationship but then married a woman he just met ? The truth is that more investment =/= better result, sometimes it's just a waste of time and energy.

Compared to 10 years ago, more women are willing to date bi men so even though it's not the majority, women being more progressive is actually true. Also, not dating bi men isn't necessarily related to gender role . My main worry with dating bi men is the STD risk. They are also gay people who won't date bi.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/25 09:49 AM

Casual sex is overrated : STD and unplanned pregnancy and all types of risk AND bad sex. I also want to build a family with a man.

Leo is just a meme now, nobody hates him for his dating habits. Jada Pinkett Smith is the most despised actress in Hollywood after Amber Heard. Brigitte and her husband have been dating for 20 years, even if I think her behaviour is gross, people just accept their relationship.

They are women who just want sex and aren't interested in relationship but they are rare.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 08:51 AM

Are you upfront about only wanting casual sex ?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 08:19 AM

Nothing, men are much more interested in casual sex than women so it's normal that it's more difficult to get casual sex. You should improve your looks and focus on women who say they are looking for fun, instead of wasting your time with women who want relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 08:17 AM

I prefer it that way. Men who rush to have sex are a turnoff.

I don't mind taking my husband's last name if his last name sounds nice. If his last name is Johnson or Smith, no thank you. It's fine for women to take their husband's last name as long as they are not forced to do it.

Dorothy is not a femcel. As someone who lost her virginity late (26 years old), I never considered myself a femcel either because I never turned hateful toward men. Virgin women not by choice exist, but they are less likely to be man haters.

That's a situation where people need to step back from the Internet and touch grass. Plenty of men getting laid even in their 20's, even the mid looking one. And the men who get laid aren't necessarily in the top 20 %. Men who remain virgin for too long do so because they are terminally online, not because they are physically unattractive. Female virginity also increased but men like to focus on women who are stuck in situationship with Chad because ragebait content is more popular (also interes…

It's not more awkward than a first date with a someone you met on OLD. and you also have a time limit so even if you don't have nothing in common, it doesn't last too long. As for the rest, there is just a wide variety of people there, I don't think they are "weird".

I have been to several speed dating events and all of them had more men than women, the host even told me one day that he had to reject many men to make sure the ratio is not too unequal. The host also told me that the chance for a man to get a "like" was 20 % so I think that for men speed dating is actually better than dating apps. I don't think the issue is the quality of men, moreso the compatibility. You have people from different walks of life, and most of them have nothing in common with y…

All types of men approach women, however only attractive women approach men. Reaction on social media are very exagerrated. Personally, I am bothered by much older men making moves on me but I am NEVER rude.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/25 12:30 PM

In your situation, explicitly asking would be less uncomfortable for most men, because it gives them a chance to explain why they are not helping you, i.e. because of their bad back. Looking away is MUCH easier than having to justify yourself. Also, let's not forget that most men don't have a good justification like a "bad back". People feel obligated to help when they are asked directly.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 02:55 PM

I don't think most women who seem to struggle lifting stuff or need a seat are pretending. Whether they ask directly or not is not relevant. I also leave my seats for the elderly all the time and I help women with stroller without them asking.

College is the main social elevator => better education means better career prospect and better pay. College degree is used as a proxy for intelligence and while it's not always true you can be really dumb and college educated and vice versa, most of the time I do find college educated men to be more cultured, well-travelled and more interesting to talk to. It's a status thing: yes some women are snobs and look down on people who didn't go to college even if they make decent money. I also know s…

Many men eventually realize that women often show more passion and enthusiasm for casual flings while expecting long-term partners to prove their worth Where does this realization comes from ? Did you find her sextape or were you hiding under her bed while she fucked Chad ? Or is it just men assuming that flings are more attractive than boyfriend material ? She becomes a placeholder until you find someone who actually values you. What if you don't ? Then you are stuck with a placeholder forever.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/25 12:55 PM

The problem is the hypocrisy : they complain about people not falling for their "personnality" while they are themselves equally shallow in their choice of partner. A lot of fat "beauty at every size" activists only date conventionally attractive fit men and would never consider a fat guy. Same goes for the nice guy TM, they are more attracted to Stacey than they are to Becky no matter how nice she is.

The problem with the concept of objectification is that it doesn't really make sense imo. If you define it by finding a woman sexually attractive, It's normal for women to want to be objectified by the men they are attracted to.

/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/24 10:11 PM

No, the man really intends it as a compliment No he doesn't. Never heard men tell their wives "they look fuckable today". Everyone knows that fuckable is vulgar word while attractive or hot is not.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/24 10:21 AM
1

lol the female equivalent would be wife material which is also a compliment. It don't matter what was intended by the person saying it, the recipient determines if it's something that should be said. No, the intent matters more than what the recipient made up in his nevrotic head. Also "you look fuckable" is crude and vulgar. It's not meant to be a compliment, it's just disrespectful.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/24 09:34 AM

For women, husband material just means that a guy has the whole package (looks, personnality, status), that he is a keeper.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/24 11:48 PM
6

I don't care about age gaps as long as they are both adults which is not the case in your example. A 50 year old sleeping with a high schooler is gross even if it's legal, especially if it's your child's friend (remind me of Jada's "entanglement" Pinkett-Smith). Also parents don't necessarily have their daughter's best interest in mind and might just pimp her out to some old man.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/24 08:05 PM

I totally agree that relationships are a partnership and that both should bring something to the table. However, the whole "men provide and protect" is BS. Men in the west don't provide, they generally share bills with their partner, as for "protect" I am always curious to what it means concretely, do men fight off dangerous intruders daily like Chuck Norris ? Most adults I know also cook and clean so I don't see what you mean.

I don't have a problem with women being enlisted the same way as men. However, the problem with Ukraine is the women never received military service like the men did so they aren't ready to be sent to war. I also think that armies should be more welcoming toward women, a lot of harassment and sexual abuse toward female soldiers.

I agree. The main issue is the financial dependency which removes the ability to leave for the housewife and highen the risk of domestic violence. Homeschooling is a separate issue but I agree it's usually castastrophic for the kids. 4B can't work for the simple reason that humans are sexual beings, they aren't wired for eternal celibacy. I don't see what Engonga has to with this. The elites have always been full of degenerates but it doesn't represent the average people. These elites women's husbands probably have side chicks who have side chicks.

Because this type of logic results in restricting women's freedom. So women shouldn't drink ? They shouldn't go out at night ? They shouldn't wear sexy clothing or hang out with men who are not relatives ? They shouldn't go on date with men without a chaperone ?

I have been to several single events: the main issue is the ratio men/women tend to be unbalanced . However, I don't see this phenomenon of top guy getting all the women, for the simple reason I never noticed a man standing out as being better than the other. It's mostly about compatibility.

I lowkey disagree. "Nice guys" might have friends but they aren't really popular either; they aren't party animals. ImE, men who are doing very well socially have no problem getting laid. I have seen fat and mediocre men in relationships as well. But at the end of the day being fat and mediocre will seriously reduce your dating options even as a woman (they don't necessarily have a male coworker waiting for them either). They are also plenty of others reasons one struggle to find a partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 09:59 AM

I have never met a self-proclaimed "nice guy" who wasn't unattractive and/or socially awkward and the guys who do better than them are superior to them in every metrics minus maybe niceness.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 11:03 PM

No, it's flexing. Look at all these female celebs scantily clad on the red carpet, do you think they dress that way just for male attention ? Hot people just like to show off their hotness. That's the main reason women dress sexy: to flaunt their own attractiveness.

Men really overestimate the number of assholes/bullies who are popular with women. The truth is that they are plenty of men who don't act like that and are popular with women. As for the women who are stuck in relationship with abusers : it's usually because they show their true colors only when they feel that their target are locked down. On the other side, there are also men even HVM who date abusive women. That doesn't mean that acting like Regina George is key to get men's attention.

Friends lend each other money and drop each other off all the time. 7 $ is not a lot of money. On the other hand, she doesn't have to whine about it on social media. Also, she can only blame herself for no bringing her own money.

The nice guys that are criticized are the ones who act like sore losers: the guys who can't handle rejection and will blame women for it. The ones that think their nice acts should be rewarded by sexual favors and then blame women for putting them in the friendzone and exploiting their niceness. It's why women take on a cynical stance. While teen relationships are formative, they aren't necessarily more genuine. A lot of them are shallow and based on status.

What type of kid go to his mom for dating advice ? Everyone know parents are biased toward their children. My dad also told me I was a beautiful princess, should I sue him for that ? Also, every advice should be taken with a grain of salt, you are responsible for your own dating life and you have to figure out what works for you.

Traditionnally, men weren't chosen based on their looks but based on status and character. Since the dawn of time, men had no qualm fucking and marrying women who clearly weren't attracted to them. Even today, you see men paying for sex via Onlyfans or prostitution. I think that a good chunk of men doesn't really care about being found attractive and that whole stuff about wanting to be desired is actually pretty modern.

Women still try to say personality heavily influences their level of sexual attraction. It's true, charisma and charms are a thing. However casual sex is by definition more shallow , because you have less time to know the person. I fell in love with guys I didn't find attractive at first, but after spending time with them my feelings changed.

As someone who lost her virginity late, I can tell you for sure that most men aren't attracted to virgins . Men have ghosted me as soon as I told them about my virginity. Because the qualities you want from a sexfriend aren't necessarily the ones you want from a husband, and there is nothing wrong with it. Men do this too, when they fuck women they don't want to marry. Both genders seek for stability when they want a relationship while casual sex by definition is more shallow. That doesn't mean that looks are irrelevant for LTR , it's just balanced by other traits.

I half disagree with you. Firstly, I don't see in what way TBP is overt simping TBP has no ideology and just criticize TRP. Secondly, no society doesn't look down on men who major in history, litterature or have hobbies unrelated to getting laid. Thirdly, women aren't manipulating men, they are just taking advantage of the market. For example, only fans exist, because they are people (mainly men) willing to pay for it. On one hand, they will acknowledge that they are average, on the other, they blame women for not giving them the Chad's treatment they think they deserve hence the paradox of this thread.

This study has been cited so many times by men who just see what they want to see and ignore the rest. For example, if only 20 % of men are rated "attractive", women massively messaged men rated "unattractive" while men focused on "very attractive" women. Also I heard that back in the day, the rating system wasn't confidential, people knew how you rated them and the rating system was used as an approach. For example, you see the profile of a woman you find attractive, you rate her 5 stars and th…

I think this applies to both men and women. As a woman who followed the "waiting for Mr. Right " strategy and wasted a lof of years, I took the matters into my own hands to get myself a boyfriend. I think the passive stance is great for woman who are at the very least semi-attractive.

I thought that bossy woman x laidback man was a common pairing in the US. Does every relationship need a "leader" ? Personnally, I am not attracted to submissive men at all but I don't like dominant men either. Also the guys who are the most popular with girls aren't necessarily the most masculine.

Wanting financial security doesn't necessarily translate into targeting rich men, for most women it just mean financially stable (not broke, educated...). Also money isn't the only factor in their choice of partner which is why I said that most women aren't goldiggers. If money was the sole criteria most women could do better than their actual partners, after all there is no shortage of old or ugly rich dude who are willing to pay young women a lifestyle, it's just that women aren't interested.

I know the three countries well and in my experience US is good for hookups and France is better for LTR. All relationships in France start exclusive, you don't get to date around at the beggining of the relationship and there is no need to DTR. It's easier to meet people and get a boyfriend or a girlfriend in the US but the relationship is more superficial. Frenchmen are more open with their feeling and commit easily. I disagree. I made a thread a long time ago, and I asked men whether they preferred fucking plenty of ugly women or having LTR with a Stacey and all of them preferred the latter. Also, I don't think men love "variety", they just can't afford to be picky.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/22 09:41 AM

I don't see the problem with Libfem hoes, since they seem to be happy with their lives. Pickmeisha tend to be treated like shit, and Hopeless Romantic will be disappointed.

Most sluts I know are average, but not fat or ugly either. As for personnality, they aren't worse that the non slutty ones.

It's not.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/22 05:38 PM

Nothing wrong with it, it happens to women as well. The problem is when you bitch about the friendzone.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/22 09:32 AM
1

Because people are more than their age. Also, plenty of attractive 28 years old, you are just bitter.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/22 10:23 PM

Plenty, especially in the late 20s- early 30 range. Even Chads settle down.

That guy will be in the friendzone.

Not everything people do is related to biology. Biologically speaking, fucking around is pontless if you don't get kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/22 08:59 PM

I don't have a problem with men wanting to get laid, but if men really wanted to spread their genes, they would all settle down and have kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/22 08:01 PM

And yet plenty of "low value" women in relationships... so who cares.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/22 01:32 PM

GIGS and Less incentives to settle down than ever before. Also people nowadays don't want to compromise and seek an ideal. Also men and women don't hate each other outside of internet fringe communities.

Only Staceys have plenty of options.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/22 08:05 PM

My parents never married but are still together, so I don't care. Marriage and commitment are 2 differents things. Also the main cause of "divorce rape" is child support which isn't tied to marriage but to kids. Alimony is rare and not gendered.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/22 07:42 PM
1

I don't care. Also sex work is not a threat for LTR/marriage. A lot of men who use sex work are married or in relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/22 10:59 AM

I felt horny, he was there. Guys were average looking but they were social, and made me feel comfortable.

/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/22 02:14 PM

Yep, Ghetto girls love ghetto guys but it doesn't mean that RP is true,in fact it's the opposite. One of the core tenets of RP is that all women are the same, when in reality, social class and race are huge factors in women's tastes in men.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/22 10:00 AM
1

Yep a friend of mine. We went on a few dates, it went nowhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 07:25 PM
2

It reminds me of a conversation, I had with a guy who claimed that men and women can't really be friends, because all men want to fuck their female friends. I asked him whether he wanted to fuck Sally (his obese friend ) and he yelled no. I think when men talk about "women" on this sub, uncounsciously they meant women who are semi-attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/22 12:19 PM

I dated friends. My actual boyfriend started as a friend. The friendzone is just what happens when you get rejected by a friend. But being friend with someone doesn't automatically disqualilfy you as a potential boyfriend. Some friends are boyfriend material, some aren't.

Declining birth rates is a huge problem in the long run. I think lack of birth control will eventually push people to readjust their sexual behaviour. No more hookup culture.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/22 03:33 PM
-2

The question was how to increase the birth rate without taking away women's rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/22 01:36 PM
-3

According to scientists, there are 2 factors to low birth rates: sex education and access to contraception/abortion women's education Removing birth control, is a good way to increase birth rate without taking away "too much" of women's rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/22 12:56 PM

I know sexuality is power but I don't like people who overuse it. These women seem shallow, narcissistic and desperate for attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 10:57 PM

Manliness and attractiveness are not necessairily correlated. A man can be manly and unnattractive and vice-versa.

1

Want to show off their fit body.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 09:53 PM
1

It's not reasonable, just understandable. I understand feeling sad being told by your partner that you aren't the best sex she ever had, but that doesn't mean the sex is bad and that the relationship is worthless. So yeah breaking up over that is dumb. It's also just a matter of ego, so yeah it's insecurity.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 03:52 PM
1

So at least you recognize that most TRP-ers resent women because they don't get laid. Self-improvement is great but not mandatory, plenty of unattractive people in relationships. As for preferences, how you phrase them matter a lot too. I noticed that men tend to be more obnoxious about their tastes, then get surprised when they get shamed.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 10:24 AM
-1

The redpill basically states that women have their sexual goals and preferences... and resents women for it.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 12:55 PM
1

You shouldn't base your self-worth on your relationship status. I know very attractive people who are single while all these people on My 600 Ib life are in LTR. The truth is that most people can get a partner if they aren't too picky. As for casual sex, it's more difficult, but manwhores aren't necessarily Chads, in fact, some of them are downright average-looking.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 11:43 PM

To illustrate, when it comes to compliments about appeareance, I don't want a partner who tell me I am beautiful everyday or go on superlatives (it's not sincere and I get embarassed easily) but I appreciate when he notice changes or is precise: for example, he says he likes my hair because I went to the haidresser etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/21 08:29 PM

Depends on how fat you are in the place. If you are obese, then losing weight makes a huge difference. As for putting muscles, the problem is that unless you are shirtless, the difference is not gonna obvious (except if you have a big dad bod in the first place).

I studied law in France and it actually is more subtle than that. The law doesn't explicitely says that spouse should have sex but that they should share a communal life. Sex duty is actually an interpretation by the judge. Refusing sex to your spouse can be considered a fault if it leads to years of deadbedroom, however marital rape is also crime. Also, if your spouse treat you like shit, you should leave.

A long time ago I have made a thread and asked men to choose between a LTR with a Stacey and a lot of casual sex with Beckies and most of them choose the former. I don't see hot men dumpster dive, average manwhore do.

The problem is not men being unattractive, it's women being passive. A woman not getting hit on is ugly, the reverse is not true for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/21 06:48 PM

Anyone with an attractive partner has to deal with orbiters. It's not a gendered thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/21 03:09 PM

Never saw an incel that wasn't a hater. Also just to be clear: virgin male =/= incel.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/21 09:46 PM

Ime Incels gets more hate from other men , than from women. Also incels hate women, so women have no reason to feel sympathy for them.

Men who fuck a lot of uggos aren't Chads, just manhwores. I know a low N Chad, he only fucks Staceys.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/21 09:16 PM

I agree and it's due to social expectations. Men are encouraged to take on a active role while women are supposed to remain passive. Women who approach men are seen as desperate or slutty.

As a woman I disagree. Friendship is not about using each other, it's about having fun together. I have plenty of male friends who don't find me attractive, but it's fine, because we have fun. Men and women can enjoy each other's presence without sexual attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/21 07:51 PM

I prefer american's culture because even though it's shallow, it's also friendlier. It's difficult to make new friends in Europe, because ppl tend to stick to their old group of friends and don't expand. In terms of looks, americans tend to be on the extremes end (very attractive or ugly) while Europeans tend to be in the middle.

I mostly had male friends in primary and middle school. I got a lot contempt because of it but I never saw the problem. /r/PurplePillDebate23/05/21 11:50 PM

I think it's both empowering and sexist. It's sexist, because beauty is a female imperative and it's empowering because beauty is power. Historically, the only way for women to climb the ladder was to use her looks.

It's understandable but not really valid. Low value people attract low value mates. Expecting Chad/Stacey to be attracted to you, when you were a fat loser is ludicrous. Anyone who is over 10, know that boys who are good looking and outgoing are more popular with girls. The Truth is that there is no secret about sex and dating. The problem is that a lot of boys in HS aren't putting any real effort into trying to get laid, they are too busy being nerdy and playing video games. It's only when they are 20 or something, that they get get into a "virgin crisis", and that they start changing.

I said a long time ago in another thread, that the main problem when it comes to dating is not that women are picky or whatever, it's that they are passive. Society discourages women to be proactive in their love/sex lives and it hurts both genders. That said, the type of women you are describing in your post seems to be very high maintenance. Most women aren't expecting men to be romantic or be mysterious, or impress them in any way, and most men aren't even trying to do that.

As an unattractive/plain woman, I enjoy being invisible. Also being ugly is better to have genuine friendship with others: women Don't see me as a threat, men Don't want to secretely bang me.

To me being respectful and kind is not even a dating advice but basic human decency. Like I said earlier, people shouldn't go to their parents for dating advices, that's dumb. But there is nothing wrong with being respectful and kind.

Well, you can be assertive and kind and respectful.

In both genders, attractive people are a minority.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/21 09:13 PM

I Don't see the point of this whining. People who are less attractive have to put in more effort. It's true for both genders.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/21 08:36 PM
1

In what way does it contradict my point ? The problem is not being kind, It's being a doormat.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/21 07:40 PM
3

It doesn't. You can be nice and set boundaries.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/21 07:22 PM
2

the problem is that you can't force a woman to abort.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/21 01:27 PM

Parents give bad dating advice in general. However being kind and respectful doesn't make you a pushover. It sounds like you are trying to blame your mother for your flaws.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/21 10:20 AM

I think It's the reverse. All promiscuous men I know prefer promiscuous women.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/21 01:05 AM

Pro-choice. Women who abort usually have good reasons to do so:either they are too young, either they are too poor, or maybe It's because the dad doesn't want it etc. i think that abortion is much better than raising a kids in bad conditions.

Plenty of rich men love gold diggers.

I have had friends of both sexes, all platonic. I Don't respect male "friends" who try to get in my pants. The only time, a male friend proposed me this type of FwB arrangement, he dropped off my friends' list.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/21 11:08 PM

It's just ONE advice. As a woman, I Don't think that the poster was in the wrong (except for sniffing her panties, that's gross). His wife should visit a sexologist.

I Don't have a problem with sex toys but sex is more than PIV. Also ED is curable and size issues, unless It's a micro penis, I Don't see the problem.

Pick-mes and not-like-the-other-girls types are different. Pick-mes are women who will do anything to attract or keep a guy. They are enabler and doormat . See Sakura from Naruto is a pickme (weeb reference I know). Not-like-the-other-girls are women who reject feminity and think they are special. They aren't necessarily like that to attract men though. Cool girls TM are girls who pretend to be sexually adventurous, independent and fine with a NSA Relationship but actually are romantic deep down…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/21 07:56 PM

A high N count woman is by definition promiscuous. That said, there is nothing wrong with sleeping around.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/21 11:17 PM

I think there is hypocrisy in both genders. That said, hypergamy in the west is really overrated. Women aren't really marrying up anymore, people stay within their own social class. I will even add that there is a trend of high corporate women marrying artist types men. Women who are looking for hypermasculine men or daddies tend to be broke.

Women like this are called pickmesha.

They don't want traditional masculinity, they want the best of both world. Men who bitch the most about wanting submissive women, Don't have much to offer financially speaking.

The majority of women are already hooking up with Alpha(bad boys, assholes, criminals) Lol no they aren't.

Imo both suck and I never understood parents' obsession with their daughter getting pregnant. Like you are worried about that, and not about your son doing drugs or becoming a delinquent or Something ?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/21 10:50 PM

More protective and strict.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/21 07:32 PM

That's why I don't believe in opposite attract… if there is no common ground, it won't work.

Parents are more controlling of their daughter than of their son.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/21 06:39 PM

I Don't feel threatened by TRP, I just think It's misogynistic. TRP attracts bitter men with a severe madonna/whore complex who goes from pedestalizing women to bashing them.

Most people into BDSM aren't very creative, they just follow gender roles but in more extreme fashion. Most female in BDSM are sub, and most men are dom.

What is a macho suit bro ? I just disagree with the idea that women marry educated men for comfort while secretely lusting for ghetto men. I would take the pasty white dude over the gangsta any time.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/21 12:00 AM
3

I grew up partially in the ghetto and It's something I have noticed as well. Ghetto has a worse influence on boys than on girls. Girls are more likely to climb the ladder and leave the Hood than boys. Macho culture turns men into losers. I know men here hate feminism and their terms, but the notion of "toxic masculinity" applies.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/21 10:01 PM

I Don't know about Moody but Atlas has ghetto tastes, her tastes aren't representative of the average woman. Most women Don't find civilized men repulsive.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/21 08:58 PM

Men aren't desperate to get married and start a family. Though they defintely choose quantity over quality.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/21 12:38 AM

It depends on the person. If they enjoy it and protect themselves, then I Don't see the problem.

You are unlucky. Your standards are too high.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/21 07:47 AM

As a woman, I disagree. I think some women just have a madonna/whore complex. A woman who just want some dick will call the resident manwhore not the tradcon.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/21 01:31 PM

Promiscuity, risk taking behaviour, also it makes sense that men who are not Relationship oriented have more casual sex in compensation.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/21 09:55 PM

Traditionally, It's women who have more control which is why they don't pay for sex. Also people are still forming families.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/21 10:21 PM

I am 100% pro-choice. I also think women who abort are much more responsible than the ones who raise their kids in miserable conditions.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/21 07:49 PM

Yes. Unless you are very attractive physically, making friends of the opposite gender is possible.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/21 01:49 PM

Two things: - Hippy culture is retarded - Status makes men more attractive => Water is wet.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/21 12:14 PM

Women do find Young men hot, they Don't want to feel like a pedo.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/21 12:13 AM

I don't think the whole being friends first is a bad strategy, a lot of people date in their friends circle. However there needs to be a minimum of attraction (escalation is not a absolute necessity tho), and there is no guarantee. The problem with nice guys TM is that there are sore losers. They think being nice entitles them to sex and relationships.
