You gotta be more comfortable and laid back, don't live inside your head, don't overthink everything you want to say. I can say that personally, meditation helped a lot for that. You learn to disconnect when you meditate, which helps being more in the moment later on.

Simply put, a woman finds attractive someone who has his shit together. This also means someone who can recognize what is OK behavior and what is not acceptable. To be honest, I'm better in English than in the other languages I speak too. It's just that I learned seduction in English. In the end, we're all humans. It happens to everyone to sometimes feel down and it's perfectly okay.
