I've noticed with my job it's mostly males right now, and while that has many positive benefits (such as less drama, gossip, HR issues, etc.) the problem is I've noticed I talk a little more roughly and harshly to Women. I have a Woman so it's fine (and this doesn't apply to her) but may be of concern for a guy who is Single who works in a similar environment.
