I read the post in an entirely different manner. OP was using an example of an apex-alpha male, and gave justifications for why he was an apex alpha. I read this post as someone who was studying a successful prototype of a male, versus living vicariously through then. The prototypical sports fan does beta shit such as; wearing jerseys, getting emotional highs or lows when their team achieves or fails, argues for players or teams, derives any level of happiness from their favorite player or team,…

I think - and this will bring on the bombs, just wait and see - that we need the draft re-instated (serving in the military turns BOYS into MEN)… I do agree that the military is good to turn boys into men. However, with the current state of our nation and elite control, its clear that the military is simply another tool for the elite to line their pockets and exact control. This tweet thread should be mandatory reading for all Americans https://twitter.com/RichardHanania/status/12041664950743040…

Great post- could be its on OP. What do you mean / what are some examples from the 'talk shit' part? Just curious what that consists of.

This isn't the problem. I am not sure how clear it was from my original post, but the issue was one of disrespect, versus money. Ive been on 100+ dates since moving to NYC a few years back, and have paid for the drinks in 98% of them (when drinks are involved, at least) I stacked another 40k onto my savings in the last year. And this is while living alone in lower Manhattan. Granted, I work my ass off, and am early 30's and have had the chance to establish myself a little. I'm not saying I'm a…

I have my sticking points, as we all do. But coming across desperate is typically not it. If anything, I default too quickly to being casual and chatty. I'm at my best when I remind myself I need to have a dominant personality. I'm not an approach monkey, as the other poster said below, my approaches were spread over many locations over the course of hours. Christian McQeen once said that before he opened a girl, he would think 'that girl needs to get f*cked'. That is the optimal mindset IMO whe…

Regarding the door, it is simply a case of a tough NYC door. Unless you have a reservation or personal connections, you will wait. As I mentioned, these two Wall St Don Draper types were told to wait. You could see it on their eyes that they were not used to being told to wait. Another well dressed guy with a good looking girl was also told to wait. A third group with one guy and 3 girls also were also directed to the line. I was patient, chatted a little with the people around me, and casually …

I typically buy girls drinks on dates. I do fine financially, so that is not an issue. However, buying a girl a drink who is openly disrespectful to me is not something I can bring myself to do. If she had showed any amount of respect off the bat, then it would have been a different story.

This is a very fair comment, and I appreciate it. I was interested to seeing if there was a play I was missing. It was a split second decision to bail, but a big part of that decision was her overall attitude. We agreed to meet at 10p at the bar, but didn't confirm when I texted her I was heading over. She couldn't be bothered to walk 50 feet to get me at the door by texting 'I can't. Sorry'. When I met them, she was icy and didn't reciprocate any sort of 'hello', with body language turned awa…

Thank you man. They say he who is most willing to walk away in a negotiation, has the most power. In some sense, dates are little negotiations of value. You have to be willing to walk away. I am not surprised that was the best thing you did all year from a game perspective.

This is fantastic and I will try this mindset next time I approach. Girls definitely love it when you come in borderline too bold (without being over the top or anything). I can approach with strangers present, but often come in too soft, which is going to kill any chance of a successful approach 90% of the time.

This is a fair point, and it actually went through my mind. I almost rescheduled for the weekend, but my gut feeling was if we didnt meet up tonight we never would have met. Also, her friends were also hot, one of her much more innocent looking friends was eyeing me when I took her number, so I wasn't partisan to that one girl. I wasn't sure exactly what I was walking into; was it just her, was she at a table with her 4 friends, were others/guys with her, etc? I figured I would just go, have a d…

It's a big freaking deal for a man to give up his freedom (his biological incentive) just to marry one woman and many women barely register that fact. Agreed, but many men do not have the masculinity to have any masculine imperative to give up. Women who marry alpha's, or at least guys with enough alpha traits, seem to register and this makes them more submissive by default.

1 date in 100 approaches is incredibly low. If that is your ratio, you either need to work massively on your look, game, presence, or all of the above. A date per every 20 approaches (5%), is the lowest and RP man should be. Guys with more style and game should be in the 10-20% range.

Early on Rollo mentioned MGTOW, and then went on a tangent about marriage rates dropping and going later into life. I'm not sure what he was trying to communicate there? Or, perhaps he just went on a tangent and forgot to come back to his main point. Another commentor in the crowd mentioned bringing like minded men together. I think this is really important. Actually, you're an outlier. Most people thing sex is a great healthy thing that two people do. There are a myriad of health and social benefits to sex. I understand not wanted a callous sociopath who whispers sweet nothings into your ear and then never texts back- but most men (and most people) will have sex with someone they like after getting to know them a bit.

I know a few guys who fill all the above criteria, and struggle to meet women. I know guys who meet maybe half of those and get lots of women. Women vote with their vaginas. And since young women are more desirable to men, sexually speaking, its young womens vaginal votes that shape men. The guys I know who meet the criteria are your typical beta males. Good dudes, average looking. Have good traits, but wont sweep you off your feet with their charisma or what not. Women don't seem to notice th…

I disagree with this. I live in a coastal liberal big city, and often approach women in public (outside of bars/clubs). The worst reactions I really ever get is disinterest, but even many times where the girl doesn't seem interested (tells me she has a bf, we don't quite vibe, or what not), I can tell that the majority of times she enjoyed getting approached. I think most guys who say 'society thinks approaching women is creepy', are using it an an excuse because they don't have the confidence t…

The problem with these types of messages continually vomited out by the MSM and popular culture is that, it denies the underlying power dynamic between men and women. As we all know here, women possess a certain reproductive power over men. They birth children. They are literally flesh portals that men must insert their little flesh portal into in order to pass along their genetics. However, nature balanced this power by burdening women with the burdens of reproduction. Women must get pregnant, …

As a single guy, I prefer to sleep around. But I never understand why so many men here care how other people live their lives. Especially men in their 50's who are well past their sexual prime. There are many paths to happiness. Maybe, for some, finding a lifetime partner and having a family is a way for them to maximize theirs.

The problem is, that the current matrix is a steel walled prison that has society locked away. Go ahead and hate on the Petersen's, Sharpiro's, Rubin's of the World, but they are actively doing everything they can to fracture said prison. In war, you cannot win with artillery alone. You need infantry, air support, demolitions, spies, subversion (propoganda), and so much more. Similarly, this culture war is being fought on multiple fronts, and it takes a variety of specialties to bring it down. L…

Between DropDead and Tempolaca , one definitely drew the long end of the stick and the other the short end, but both are complaining. Maybe my average 6.5 inch dick isn't so bad. I've had a couple experiences where the girl was so loose where I definitely didn't fill her up, but I also hooked up with a couple small girls who could take me thrusting all the way. So I can see it being a matter of comparability more than anything else.

Personally, I don't use it, and I do fine with the ladies- although I'm a professional in my 30's, so I can appreciate it can be different for someone in my position vs a college kid or what not. I've gotten laid doing this, and had nights where I just chugged a few drinks to myself and didn't talk to anyone- and everything in between. Most of my best solo nights I would start at a lower key spot, post up at the bar, and chat up the bartenders, people in my vicinity, etc. Once I become more socially free, its a lot easier (for me), to …

If you're going to act like a playboy- aka sleep with a girl, and bounce right out to go kick it with the boys- you cannot get upset when she acts like a playgirl. Your behavior is in-congruent. Great quote. Reminds me of another one of my favorite quotes, by Tim Ferris: “For all of the most important things, the timing always sucks. Waiting for a good time to quit your job? The stars will never align and the traffic lights of life will never all be green at the same time. Ill never understand why the Right does not use issues like this as leverage. You want abortion on demand? Okay, at least give up paternity testing for any family that requests it. I think your bigger issue was crying in front of her. It would be one thing to open up about your family history , and maybe capping it off with a positive twist, ie "that makes me appreciate each day and gives me the urgency to live it like its my last". Ive done keto a few times. You have to be careful with your 'electrolytes', aka magnesium, sodium, zinc. Apparently your body drains those quickly, so you need to aggressively resupply. Also, its easy to go on an overly acidic diet if you go overboard with the meat. You need to be sure to alkalize. There are a probably other things to worry about but those two I think tripped me up in the past.

For sure. It sounds like your friend just has more of that outgoing alpha energy, that is particularly useful in nightlife settings. You gotta find your own formula to make it work- part of being a man is experimenting, changing variable, etc until you get something to work. You can try to induce some more of that 'alpha energy' by no fap, eating clean, powerlfiting, etc. Or, if you feel that is alien to you, go try to meet women in different settings. I noticed that about Europe as well. America is the land of big winners and big losers. We have many more Billionaires, and many more homeless people. I would bet my left arm we have more guys with n-counts in the hundreds, and more male virgins. The US puts the 80/20 rule on steroids, and female hypergamy is both a cause and effect of it. In Europe, I feel there is more room to be average. That chills people out a bit and makes meeting people seem a lot easier. I say all of the above as a Conse…

Maybe its a vibe thing? IF your underlying mindset is "my SMV is so high F-all", girls might pick up on that. In day game, it helps to come across almost overly relate-able and normal- because the vast majority of guys who holler at a girl during the day are anything but (homeless, drunks, weirdos). A water fast will work but you’ll lose a lot of muscle in the process plus it’s not realistic for people who didn’t have the discipline to not get fat in the first place. This isn't what the sciences says at all. The human body evolved to induce autophagy and ketosis (breaking down fats and dead/dying cells during periods of calorie and carbohydrate restriction). I think people tend to look at policy, or anything politically related, as "all good" or "all bad". I think the tax bill is overall a strong net positive. Lowering the corporate tax rate from 39% to 21%, primarily benefits small and mid size businesses (that make up 95% of corporations). Before this bill, many of the top 5% of corporations, were incentivized to avoid the astronomical 39% rate, and would seek out loopholes or hold money off shores. Why would you tell a girl that you've never hooked up that you want a relationship with her? You are just giving your strongest card- commitment card- away for free, and you haven't even gotten sex yet. Never do this.

That is why most feminists and anti-masculine activists, like the lady that was interviewed throughout, are always at the forefront of the anti-masculine movement. They are either post-wall or not attractive (in her case, both), so they know full well that no testosterone producing alpha male will go for her. Since she cannot claim the alpha male prize, she doesn't want anybody to have them. By 'betatizing' the population, she is maximizing her chance of having a doormat male who will settle for…

You could also make the argument that a lot of the hubbys are beta bucks, who by lack of options get tied down easier to a woman. I am willing to bet most fit, high T, in shape guys are more likely to have options and thus less likely to get tied down. Of course, this is a strong generalization, and can go both ways. Guys who are wired to play the field are more likely to partake in activities that will give them that opportunity- one of which is being fit and going to the gym. Guys who give int…

College (or Uni) tends to be more social circle oriented. If youre game is good enough you should be able to pull regardless, but the culture also changes depending on what school you go to, where your school is, etc. Out of college, social circle can definitely be a great way to meet girls, but in larger cities people are more anonymous and tend to be less particular about needing to know someone. In fact, sometime being that sexy mysterious stranger can work in your favor...

Its funny, I am a Conservative and a Trump voter and I can sense I almost entirely see eye to eye with you. I believe you need to harness the competitive and wealth creation aspects of Capitalism, while also not allowing the winners to swallow society. In the last few decades there has been a trend of large corporations swallowing larger ones, and wealth getting pinpointed into a smaller and smaller number of hands. These corporations in turn basically write legislation, the tax code, and run th…

I think another takeway from this was that walking out the first night instead of going all in probably worked in your favor. Ovbiously if you can get it in the first night, great. But sometimes its just not in the cards. I recently had an experience where I was making out with a girl on the beach the end of a night, but due to strong LMR and also logistics, I knew there was no way we were going all the way that night. Well I think you are misunderstanding the physiological costs of having a very high N count as a woman and And in your scenario, where she has beta orbiters lined up. Well, you are saying she can settle for a guy she is not instinctively attracted to? Guess who else can do that- 90% of men. Unless a guy is an extremely hard case, he should be able to bang fat, unattractive, or otherwise undesirable women with not a ton of effort. I don't agree with this. Women get sex easier? Yes. But what women really are after is commitment from a higher value guy (than themselves). They make themselves vulnerable by giving their vagina, but they pay an evolutionary cost every time a guys bangs them and does not stick around for the long haul. This manifests itself in their subconscious- women who give it up for free (or, more realistically, give it up easily and then do not lock down the guy) end up having a similar sense of cognitive…

Funny thing to sex to me is- when you are not getting it and are uncertain you will get it soon (went through a period like that in my early-mid 20's), it becomes a huge thing in your life. It seems to subconsciously control all your decisions and its a major elephant in the ... room that is your subconscious mind. When you are getting it regularly, or are confident enough to know you will have sex in the near future- its fun as fu*k, but far from the most important thing in the World. Sex has a…

Sure- just saw this so not sure if you will see it. Keep it simple. I consider it more chatting up than "approaching", although once you get used to chatting up girls in public the cold approach becomes much more mangeable. Ill give you a few examples: 1) Walking down street. If I pass a girl, I try to say something related to the environment, what shes wearing, etc. If we are wearing the same color, Id say "must be orange shirt day". I actually think this canned "red pill" response completely misses the context. She did say she got married. She was just unaware that a huge part of her value as a younger woman was the fact that she had genetic potential to any man who could produce semen. I think this is dependent on where you live. Do you live in a more rural or suburban area- then I believe your experience to be true. In the major cities, I think it is common to find more "single" young women. Now, by single, they are constantly dating and may be spinning plates themselves. Many young women are in a relationship, but quite a few less than suburban or rural places.

Also, while there are differences between each of those markets, they all tend to have fit, in shape, and successful men. Austin is a spillover from Silicon Valley, and I heard is not great for men due to all the tech companies. I personally…

There are many reasons to move outside of dating and gender ratios- just be aware that NYC and Boston have much better female to male ratios than Denver or Austin. In fact, New York City is night and day different than any Western market I have experienced. Again, move, be free, do what you gotta do- but dating will NOT be easier as you move West. Trust me on this.

I would argue that the quality on the dating apps are typically below what you can find in real life. Very few 9 and 10's join the sites. You will find some 7's and 8's, but those will get matched by almost every guy and be very picky. Its a lot of 5's and 6's who once in a while will match with a high level guy- 7, 8, even a horny 9- who then keep chasing their tales thinking that is their value on the market. Supplement your abundance mentality with them- but if you are not approaching in real…

So I am 30- by no means do I consider myself "older" or "old", but for the first time in my life I'm not that young guy anymore. You younger guys will get to this point soon enough, and know what I am talking about. Here is my think about moving past your younger <26 years. When you are young, you can sort of get away with living less serious. I see your point Neo. I think the wording "beta's are your enemy" is misleading and implying that they are a threat to worry about. I read the main content of the post as an assessment of the sexual marketplace and how it has been effected by various factors (one being the increase of beta males). I think, even the most hardened of alphas, can reflect and analyze on the herd, while still living according to ones own desires and needs- aka completely separate from the heard. This is the female open. You, as the man, need to be the one to actually initiate conversation- but you will get various types of approach invitations such as this. Don't see a nutritionist. Dieting is pretty simple. Eat lean meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and eggs. Dairy is okay if you can tolerate it (listen to your body- many people cannot tolerate it). 90% of what you eat should be from those groups. If you really want to shed the weight fast, look up Ketosis (although, I would warn against that diet in the long run and especially if you start lifting). I notice a lot less "hot" girls on Tinder from its early days. Average to slight above average girls, yes- but the hottest girls basically match with every guy they swipe right on. Thus, they either get overwhelmed by the amount of options, or quickly find a BF and get back off the app. The average-ish girls still get with guys well above their value once in a while (who need to get it in), but those guys never commit to them, so they feel like landing that type of guy is always one swipe away. …

But day game can be a bit of a goldmine. You may easily see 30 7+ girls in a couple hour walk during rush hour. Here's two mindset shifts that may help anyone reading who has the mindset that the OP describes. 1) Women have to give birth. This reason alone is why men have it harder in the dating game- because women have to actually grow a child inside of them, give birth to the child, and provide the majority of the child care (in the vast majority of circumstances). Additionally, because women give birth, women are saddled with all sorts of emotions and hormones that are needed to prepare themselves for …

Yeah but that does not mean women gain the same satisfaction from having a multitude of sexual partners as men do. Men are hardwired to seek this from evolution, whereas many women face a sense of cognitive dissonance for over-extending themselves from a sexual standpoint.

Right, i think there is something to this. People will always find a way to pass money around. Now, we have a ton of luxury or entertainment industries that are non-essential. Interesting thoughts, I've always enjoyed theories and discussions of culture and socialization, regardless of how grounded or speculative they are. Never, however, have I seen it presented as well as you have here- with due credit also going to Rollo, Stardusk, and others who have worked through these concepts. I have noticed in my own life that when I am in a period of rapid "improving", I feel like the world (particularly women) take note of me in a certain way- almost like I am in a state of "God Mode". When I stagnate, I find, even …

Thank you. I am nothing short of blown away at the number of posts that take a particular anecdote of a female cheating / acting hypergamous / misdirecting or whatever, and having that the basis for an entire thread. There are 7 billion people on this planet, I think you can find thousands of anecdotes to "prove" any point or theory one may have. It's really limiting the value of this sub for the tens of thousands of men in this community. I came to this sub for motivational posts like this one,…

I disagree to some extent. SF has very little competition from dudes- if you are a decent looking guy with some muscle you will stand out royally. Also, the NorthEast corner of the city (with all the younger transplants) has a ton of attractive women around, whereas if you venture South or West they become much rarer. The Mission, Richmond, Haight are all wastelands of attractive people (not just women- people). SF also ha…

Out of curiosity, where do you live? If you are uncomfortable saying the exact city, the region and type of city- such as "big city NorthEast" or "suburban midwest" would do. I ask as the sexual marketplace can be very different in different regions and cities.

This is mostly true- but there is an age factor to men. A mid-30's woman who remains attractive can get a slightly past his prime alpha who may be looking to finally settle. This guy may be in his 40’s or 50’s, might have kids or previous marriages, but is starting to slow down a bit. Whereas an attractive 20 something woman can get an alpha in his prime, the 30 something attractive woman typically would have to find a beta around her age, or an older fading, settling, alpha.

Anytime you feel nervous or anxious about something and that voice inside your head is trying to talk you out of it- but you still push through with it- you grow a little as a person. Therefore, you grew a little as a person last night. Going out alone may be a great challenge to some, and "just another night" to others- but what matters is that you pushed your boundaries and grew as a person.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
