So this is how it usually goes. I match with a chick, they pretty much universally love my opener, which is sent at least a few hours after matching, if not the next day.

After no more than 5-7 messages I set a date. If they can't do it then, I try setting one up the next week. When they say they can, I usually say "ok", and I dont message again because "why would I?". More often than not though, I'll show up to our agreed location and they don't show. I usually wait about 15-20 min, and if they don't show, I go do something else.

I don't say anything, just soft next them. I don't text to confirm because it seems like a beta move to me, but I maybe I'm wrong? What do I do to mitigate flaking? I realize it happens, but it shouldn't be this much.
