Am I the only prison abolitionist here? This is the number one issue destroying men. How can any of you not want to dramatically reduce all sentences? Talk to the accused and the imprisoned. Not one in a hundred of these men is a danger to society. To support even half of our (US) draconian sentences is to de-humanize our fellow men.
