I avoid almost all of fast-foods. Soda, fried things, burgers, etc. I rarely eat a burger and when I do I only eat a sandwich. In addition I avoid any sugary foods as much as possible. Any cakes, too much fruits, cream/sugar in coffee, etc. And I try not to eat too much at once. If I feel sleepy after having a meal, that's a failure in my opinion. Eat more often and eat less.
