Tim is a smart and determined guy. He is 100% capable of having a "public" and a "private" position on each issue. Look how fluently he always plays devil's advocate; he can jump from one perspective to another without any effort. I can't be sure, but I would be willing to bet that his centrist presentation is a tactic intended to endear him to any normie who wants to begin questioning the narrative. He can get traffic from both sides of the aisle as long as he doesn't step too far outside the Overton Window.
If he were dropping red pills left and right, he would lose his journalistic appeal. He would be labeled as an ideologue rather than an investigator. He would attract bad press. He might get "canceled", directly slandered and attacked by the media, which is a horrifying shitstorm for any independent content creator.

Biological sex is a real thing, but science is attempting to change that as well. The biggest difference are proteins resulting from hormonal differences. The DNA coding these different structures of course people know are from the Y Chromosome. Theoretically it ought to be possible to suppress it and just have the body produce differently. Though what is it gender dysphoria is a mental illness, most likely perpetuated by social standards. No matter how hard a man works he isn't guaranteed appreciation but to just be a woman will get at least beta orbiters.
