As amicable as it could be, I wouldn't say say good terms, but at least civil.

Because it's kinda funny what trajectory she has taken in life, it is entertaining to see the downard spiral.

Nah, I doesn’t make me feel empty, what made me feel empty was the dying months of my marriage. Having a fun casual dinner and some bedroom fun with a girl you don’t really have a connection to is relaxing for a change, no baggage, little to no drama, so for me it’s a win

For me what worked was forcing my self to start dating, the whole I’m not ready thing was pure bullshit for me, I was immediately ready when I went on my fist date, I started to doubt my self before that which is the worst thing you can do, but met the girl in person and it felt like I was the god damn tiger I was before marriage. Also don’t look back on stuff, move forward with courage and intent. Good luck my friend go and live your best life.

I don't have kids, so this is a plus for my current lifestyle, and me being balkan the clubs here a bit different than in the west. Other wise good luck to you my firend and may your sons be healthy and successful.

I wouldn't say great, but this may be a cultural difference. I'm from the balkans and the apps here are good, no girls promoting OF and in my experience a lot are down te meet up for a date and not just endless texting.

Thank you my firend, started pull ups and push up recently and I think I see more results from them than regular gym workouts, but both are good,

Yeah, it creeps up on me sometimes too, but I force my self to do something fun and that helps.

I get you brother, I don’t want to permanently delete all photos so I stored all of them on a flash drive and deleted them from my phone and pc and locked away the flash drive.

A better questions would be, would you like to know if she cheated, in my case I had my suspicions, but didn't know for sure. Any ways cheating or not, it's aways fucked up, a death of a society, colapse of morals and a mans life changed for every and not aways for the better.

Quit alcohol, as it was finally livable being sober.

My friend, I suggest you switch gyms and try a hardcore bodybuilding/powerlifting gym. I've noticed there is a better sense of comradery there and you may find some really good friendships there. I was in a similar situation, and it's not worth it to let your mental health go to waste. Good luck brother and stay strong and lift heavy.

The lack of appreciation and recognition of hard work, accepting the truth only when it suits, weaponizing your feelings against you, and the lack of basic moral standing and selfish pursuit of individual happiness at the expense of the family growing together as a unit.

Yeah, I'm working on my finances now and I believe most of my bad debt will be cleared within the next 2-3 months and the long low-interest debt will be done within the next 1-2 years. The gym was the easy part for me.

Yeah man, I understand, stress is a bitch, I've had two teeth fall since the bullshit began. Also yeah, when I try venting to someone it sounds like bitching and whining so I try to limit this. Good luck to you my firend

With the current state of society women in some ways are a waste of time and in most cases money. Gone are the days of the happy family with two children and a pet. With the evolution of the modern mind set of independence and the so called boss bitch mentality we face a dissolution of the traditional family which has worked and has helped improve humanity thought thousand of years . The support from the wife is completely gone, when times get hard your partner should be by your side to help mak…

Melatonin has never worked for me, but working out has helped massively in my day-to-day life, I will try the HCI-based sleep aid. Thank you, brother!

I would suggest Brazilian jiu jitsu, it’s great to keep your mind of things, and no better way to forget about an ex than getting chocked out

I get you my man, I’m just starting to go through this, the part about loosing your best friend is the worst for me, but it’s time to self improve, make ourselves stronger mentally and s physically and get ready to conquer the world. Keep your head up high and remember we are men, we have made the world work and made it better for thousands of years. Cheats for a better tomorrow 🥃

It’s not only financial, it’s the time spent doing everything to make things better, the friends I neglected, the changes I made in my life just to make hers more comfortable.
