Austen Summers! Joined his group, took his course. Slept with like 70 women over 3 years, met a lot of my personal 9 and 10s. Some of his shit is a bit bro-ey at times but overall helped me come out of my shell a lot. Great energy in the group and everyone is very supportive. No blackpill shit. Will say though, Models by Mark Manson is still my gold standard for meeting women. Honesty goes a long fucking way.

You need to get better at accepting/loving yourself and learn to be more present. Getting into the habit of meditating is a must. Start taking cold showers every day too. Both of these will help calm your fight-or-flight reaction when you meet a girl you find hot. You said it yourself, you need to approach more. Go to a bar in some other town and go get rejected by 5 girls. Then 10. Then so on. Until it doesn’t faze you anymore and you can actually focus on how to lead the interaction. Of course…

Yeah mate, I’ve been in the same boat for a hot second. I deleted my socials, and literally went celibate for like 3 months. Realized I was just trying to fill a hole in myself that I could never quite fill, and by continuing to game daily, it just kept getting deeper (validation/insecurity loop). Making me realize how endless and vapid it all feels. There will always be a hotter, cooler chick, and it’ll never be enough. Same reason why suddenly becoming a millionaire doesn’t often leave people …

You need to get out of your head, get out in the real world and make it a daily habit to interact with women. Like others have said, you need to find a hobby (preferably an attractive one, as long as it resonates with you) and make time for that as well. I mean this with care, but you have a very self-limiting mindset. “I can’t do x because I’m y” You need to move forward despite this and do what you can. If you want to have a successful dating life and meet amazing women, you need to put in the…

If it’s a red flag for her, she prob ain’t the one. That said, it is 2026, and Instagram has become more of a digital resumé than just a photo sharing platform. By not having one, you might be missing out on some potential connections with some really attractive women that may be simply hesitant to give out their number regardless of your level of confidence (past bad experiences, stalker exes, etc.) Started out just going for numbers, but having an insta opened up a lot more opportunities for m…

Super well said. Just curious, what’s your perfect kind of date? What activities do you include?

The impact on killing mystery is negligible in my experience. And in a lot of ways it creates mystery. “This guy likes xyz? Who is he??” You meet a woman at an airport for example. She’s leaving to another part of the US/Europe. The interaction is 3 minutes tops. You have no idea when you’ll see each other again. It’s going to be a lot harder to get her to invest in the idea of going on a date 6 months later when you happen to be in her state by just hitting her up via text; she’ll likely have f…

Not fully disagreeing, but social proof is value in 2025–most women vet guys through IG now. If you can get every girl you cold approach for short 2–3 minutes interested and date-ready over text, great. But acting like IG isn’t a legit tool just isn’t realistic anymore. You’d be shutting down way more opportunities compared to a number alone. Especially if there’s a huge lull between number/ig close to getting her out on a date—keeps you fresh in her mind, almost indefinitely sometimes

That’s bogus. Some girls are naturally more cautious due to life experiences, and may want to go for something more indirect to confirm you’re not a psycho. And if you have a solid insta, it can in a lot of ways be better than her number

Yep, a few times, but the most recent girl and clearest example (a month ago) was head over heels in the beginning, crazy chemistry, mind blowing sex, showered me with gifts, but around the 4th date, any time I showed the slightest reciprocation, she’d pull back, and started disrespecting my time a bit more. You can never let a girl like this ever know she fully has you, but even that’s exhausting to navigate, and most are not worth your time or effort. Most girls like this will never change unl…

It honestly sounds like she might have a bit of avoidant attachment. They sometimes don’t like setting things up because it makes them feel “trapped” or “obligated.” If she continues to fuck you but isn’t putting in a lot of effort to set up plans, it probably means she is avoidant to some degree. She may be fun, but it’s a fucking chess match trying to figure them out. Keep the frame that you’re the prize, let her come to you more, if she doesn’t, that’s her loss. Anxious and secure women will …

Fr, realized the second I was for this recent girl, she began respecting me way less. Walked away fully and then she went crazy for me

Amen. The ability to become the Lone Ranger that’s confident in his own company anytime anywhere is an incredible skill to have. Think of it like the gym; put in rep after rep, increase the difficulty little by little each time, and you’ll be an absolute animal after a year of solid work. Like the chad above said, if you go out solo, you’re either the guy that talks to people, or the guy that doesn’t. We all know which is more fun

Happy? Debatable. Has it made me more confident in my ability to attract someone someday that could make my already happy self even happier? No question

I kinda did maintain the frame I had presex…it just seemed like this dynamic was doomed from the get go. Had I been more aloof and less available, I still feel like it would’ve ended the same eventually. My occasional neediness didn’t help, but even if she chose me, her fear of closeness would get activated sooner or later

I agree that ghosting isn’t fair to girls that have secure/anxious attachment. As for avoidants that thrives on power games, I think ghosting is the only way they learn unfortunately. Someone that breadcrumbs me and disrespects my time doesn’t deserve closure

Very true. And believe me, I tried. It’s hard if she really struggles with intimacy

She’s really straightedge and successful, and seems like she cares about her friends and family a lot but yeah, idk if I can picture her getting married or anything. I work in sales and see female coworkers like this all the time, they’re either 40 and married to guy that equally despises intimacy, or they’re single and have had unsuccessful relationships their entire lives
/r/seduction10/02/25 09:36 PM

Exactly. I’ve been with a lot of girls…but I felt this subconscious “wall” up whenever I was with her. Her first 2 relationships were incredibly abusive and chaotic…her 3rd was for 3 years with a “great guy,” but he was prob avoidant too and she just felt “safe.” She’s the only girl I’ve been with that has never slept over, she’d always insist on paying, hated me walking to her car, insisted on walking me to mine…I was like wtf. Guess it’s all about control so she doesn’t get hurt. She showered …

I’m with you on that, I’m just stoked that I still went out and had a good time, and took home an attractive girl for a one night stand. The girl that I ghosted doesn’t frequent bars, but for sure went to the one I go to with a guy to try to make me jealous. As for getting attached after sex, yeah, that’s usually happens when a secure/anxious girl has awesome sex with a guy. But this girl has avoidant attachment and struggles with closeness, so no amount of patience would’ve likely made somethin…

Yeah that makes sense. So after sex, I should’ve let her come to me after? Like not even a “had a great time” the next morning? Definitely more than a couple moments I could’ve kept the mystery alive. I still feel like even if I got this girl to “choose” me, it would’ve still been volatile with her attachment style anyway. Thoughts?

Yep, many times. Very well I might add.

I don’t think I made it very clear, but I pulled her on the 3rd. She literally blurted out I’m better than all her exes after making her cum. Escalation’s never been an issue; but I could definitely work on maintaining a bit lower investment, even after 6+ dates. At the same time, I’m spending less time on girls that give mixed signals by that timeframe. This girl literally showered me with gifts in the beginning, and then stepped back the second I reciprocated. My neediness doesn’t help, but he…

Man…I just had to ghost a girl exactly like this. Nearly identical to what you described. Her childhood, past relationships and “poor choices in men” made her develop avoidant attachment. I wanted to give her experiences she deserved, but they’ll never do much for her if she doesn’t believe she’s worthy of love. She played some power games toward the end so I walked away (which, ironically made her way more attracted to me). For a while I thought I could really fix her

Read Models by Mark Manson. Single handedly the greatest book to transform you into a man you’ll respect and women will want. This entire sub will back me up on how crucial it is to read that.

Thanks for the feedback. When you say basic manipulation, what do you mean? And as far as letting people in, you don’t think she’s the person for that?

Do you think I should just break things off respectfully or let it fizzle?
/r/seduction28/01/25 07:26 PM

Yup, asking myself that a lot. Mark Manson’s “fuck yes/fuck no” concept is helping here. In that, am I feeling fulfilled and enjoying this dynamic, and am I getting back what I put in? If it isn’t a fuck yes, then it’s a fuck no

Yeah, I feel like I’ve just been dogging (imo) lower value women for so long, once a (imo) high value one comes along, my self doubt goes into overdrive

I forsure escalated. We cooked dinner at mine, saw a movie that she took me to, then she came over and we felt each other up over boxers/panties. I did push for 3rd base a bit, but she seemed pretty firm on her boundary that she wanted to wait till the next date. Thing is, she seems pretty secure attachment wise. I really could just be paranoid, but I feel like she’s picking up on my outright fear of losing her. I haven’t outright communicated this to her via text or in person, but I feel like i…

There’s a formula to getting over approach anxiety. It feels cringe at first but by doing it, you’re already taking more action than 99% of men. Just go for a walk through a place with lots of people. Do 5 warm up approaches. Both guys and girls. Just get comfortable talking to people. E.g: “hey I love your dog/nice shoes man/that hat is sick” Then, start small with women. I got more comfortable by literally just going up and asking if they had the time; they always obliged. Once you feel good a…

Would it be better to call her to set up plans a bit before she’s back? Or should I stick to texting? Either way, she’s pretty invested
/r/seduction26/12/24 09:59 PM

Thanks. Yeah so, I kinda want the conversation to die (breathe) for a bit lol but she keeps texting me and I’m trying to get to a natural point of ending it for a bit. She wants to take me to the movies and paint a portrait of me lol, so I’m trying to space my texts out like a day later. Is that fine here?

We’ve all been there man. Just when you think you’ve learned everything, even with having a lot of wins because of it, that one girl comes along and boom, you find yourself going haywire with neediness. And that’s what I think happened here. If you waited that long with the intent of asking her out from the beginning, that is neediness, and she probably picked up on it subconsciously from whichever way you asked her out. All of the stuff you listed is good to do, but at the end of the day, it so…

Really depends on the girl. I’ve seen 24 y/o’s that seemingly have it more together and figured out than some 30+ women. Just depends how hard they’ve worked on themselves, which isn’t even limited to just girls
