Dude I meditate for like 40 mins a day everyday and study mindfulness for a job. I'm tall and good looking, and I'm not bragging, because I never get laid or get #closes. I thought it might get me somewhere but if anything it makes it harder for girls to come up and talk to me. Accept silences in conversation, and look at the other person until they say something. I'm guessing your always trying to fill in the gaps, you may even take back your words or correct yourself often.
