Is this a girl that you are dating or are interested in dating? I have to say, I have dated plenty of guys where I hated how they would text me. I never outright said "I fucking hate how you text" but there would always end up being fights over wording because a text was misinterpreted. If you are asking a question be precise about what you are asking. If you are telling her something, make sure she knows what you are talking about. Always think "what other way could she interpret this". If you care about this relationship don't say things to piss her off unnecessarily (like say she hates black people when she is trying to express that you don't make sense when texting" Also, if you really like her, don't play games with when to text her back, how long of a text it should be. Just text what you want to say when you have a minute to respond to her. Simple.

I don't go over a message or two, I never double send, I write correct punctuation. I'm guessing this is a person that likes longer texts.

If you're genuinely not doing anything wrong, don't take it seriously at all. Effectively refuse to even acknowledge it. If your texting is incompatible and you want to change that, then gradually mirror her style more.

Longer texts can generally ruin interest in my experience, and it's something that's burnt me a few times. Emotions evaporate. Quick guide to how I see it these days:

Long texts + short response times = good -- you know they're hooked pretty damn well if you both have novels to write to each other as it means rapport is really high, but this is hard to maintain generally.
Long texts + longer response times = going bad -- When the above transcends into this, you're losing attraction and novelty. You should aim to arrange a meeting/lay while it's early on in the interaction to seal the deal.
Short texts + short response times = good at maintaining interest, but you make sure that you're the one that tapers off first. Random and unpredictable delays in responding are good.
Short texts + long response times on your side / short on her side = good maintenance position. The other way round is hinting of friend zone.

i'm going to guess that it has more to do with her than you. she is trying to second guess your motivations but she can't. It's 'ambiguous'. she feels confused and frustrated, hence she hates the way you text.

it's kind of a good thing, because she's invested and thinking about you. but it could be better, you could be texting her stuff that makes her feel sexy and fun.
