I think it's necessary to cut out people or unfollow people who's values and ideologies don't align with ours every couple of months. If they are triggering or if the same level of reciprocity isn't there it's alright to cut them out . In the mean time you can work on your stuff and find new people who align with the stuff you do. It's hard especially because of the potential to lose friend circles. That's something you ll have to make sense of before cutting them out.

I've heard women say that they could become psychologists because they like talking and because they are used to advising others for their problems. I think its a lot more than that. Acc to the Duluth Model - Men are violent because they want power and control i.e. - the innate violence argument rather than incidental outbursts of violence. If you go a little forward with that all men are potential rapists or potential murderers and you ll be the Vic if you don't give up power and control in the relationship.

Problem with the mating game is it's not very fun . I mean sure women are fun they have a lot of different personality from men but at some point I would want to live my life as well. Not really. Love only goes so much. And the more a man has to work as an obligation the more resentment he builds up rather than love. Volunteering is different from responsibility. I would say pregnancy and childbirth are hard on both parents. That the wife gets to rest is fair what about the husband? During the 3 years of pregnancy - he was the one doing the heavy lifting around the house,the job(i e. Money) and the psychological and emotional support. Whether conservative or modern this basic need doesnt go away. In fact it continues to increase as the child grows.

They did have a couple of issues back in 2018 and 2016 as well acc to wiki. Some doxxing ,etc. I had a bad experience with trolls in r/Menrights but i have had users commenting how r/Mensrights isn't a sub like feminist subs and that that's not what that sub is about either. So the last time I checked i had a good opinion of that sub. But hearing about the everyday occurrences of misandry was even more disturbing so i unsubbed.

I think a lot of men oriented literature comes from the 1970's or before that and when you look for literature relating to Menrights there really is nothing. R/menslib apparently is all for bellhooks. While some of her views are appropriate, some aren't. The age demographic i think plays into here a lot.

I think people are a lot more intuitive than you give them credit for.
