Few thoughts: These two women are professionally unrelated. The author is making it seem like Neghar Fonooni is part of the Austrailian woman's "Body Image Movement" when she's not. That Australian woman was never a bodybuilder. Christ, look at her "before" photos. I don't know what the fuck kind of low-ass standards they have in Australia, but in the states, she wouldn't even cut it as a bikini competitor, much less a bodybuilder or figure competitor. I like Neghar Fonooni. She's a big part of …

Yeah, it's pretty shocking how little girls are taught -or how little they care- about taking are of their bodies. Doing hair and makeup? They've got it down pat from childhood. Staying in shape and not turning into a bloated cow? Not important...

the most ridiculous and arbitrary traits Thinness being attractive isn't fucking arbitrary. It's science. Evolution tells my caveman brain what is attractive and what is not. Hip:waist ratio is critical, as is thinness. If you're fat, not only will I think you're gross, but my caveman brain will tell me to stay away from you as you're probably not healthy enough to bear or raise my children. From Wikipedia: "Men, on average, tend to be attracted to women who are shorter than they are, have a you…

Your body, do what you want. If you decide to get tattooed, get a good tattoo from a professional artist who knows what he's doing. I get my tattoos done by excellent professionals, and I don't get tattoos impulsively. Mine are fairly standard American traditional designs, nothing offensive. I currently have tattoos that are visible when I wear a t-shirt or shorts, and I plan in the future to tattoo my knuckles and possibly my neck. She probably has no idea how to show interest in guys she likes. She wants to touch you, but she's scared to do it in a flirtatious way. That, or she's just annoying. In either case, you're probably best off calmly telling her to quit fucking with you. And then hitting on her with plenty of physical contact. Or if you don't want to, just start doing the same shit back to her. Like others have said, little sister treatment.

Oil... it's interesting. I've looked into jobs in North Dakota, Canadian fields, etc. Everyone talks about the ridiculous money you can make out there, even as a roustabout, but I've yet to see it. I think you're confused about what the red pill means. It doesn't mean that men are inherently better than women. The red pill is about accepting (and acting on) the truths that men and women are different physically, mentally, and emotionally. You can respect women while being RP. You just can't agree with the retarded feminist notion that we're all the same and women can do everything men can. I can't help you any further. In my opinion, your beta traits will fade naturally as you evolve. If you get into excellent shape, get rich, gain confidence, you'll find yourself naturally being less beta as you grow into your new self. There is no other way about it, because short of winning the lottery, you'll need at least some alpha traits in order to achieve those things. My question is this: Why would you not want to give up your beta traits? Red Pill ≠ "mean" Beta ≠ nice

It's not that love will cease to matter. It's that if you're pursuing your goals, living your life, and have high self-worth, you won't need the validation of being loved by someone else. It won't be the only thing that fulfills you. A loving relationship should add to your life. It shouldn't be your life. My advice to you would be to strive to improve yourself and be the best man you can be. Whether you want to seek out male or female partners is up to you and your desires, but don't try to "fo…

I don't really feel attraction to men If you want to date dudes, I think this will cause a problem for you. Look, if you think dating men is going to be a picnic compared to dating women, you're wrong. Ask a gay guy. I have gay friends (who are quite RP), who are pretty fed up with their dating pool when it comes to a LTR. See this post for context. The idea behind unicorns is that they're rare -exceedingly rare- hence the monicker. How do you know you've never met one? You admit that you're still learning RP (as we all are, to a degree). How is it that you're certain that you've been unable to identify the traits in any woman that make her a potential unicorn? They're rare. Also, I think it depends where you're looking. In my opinion, if you're meeting women in clubs/bars, you're probably a lot less likely to find a good girl there. At thi…

I know I'm not answering your question, but I just wanted to say how important this post is. I'm just finishing up The Way of Men by Jack Donovan (which everyone here should read), and it's blowing my mind. One of the tenets of the book is that attention/respect/desire from women is a consequence of a man being respected/better/more powerful than other men. In a sense, your status with women is directly related to your status among men. Thus, most of your energies should be spent on improving yo…

They're trying to change the definitions of both beauty and health. Beauty is fairly objective. Things like hip:waist ratio and attractive facial feature proportions are pretty much hardwired. My instincts control what I think is beautiful. My caveman brain makes that decision for me, regardless of what the media says. You can't change the definition of beauty. HAES is ridiculous. I posted my issues with the phrasing of this question in a reply to the top comment. But in order to add to the conversation, I'll answer your questions, too. However, see my other comment for context. I don't believe I'm an alpha male. I believe that I'm a work in progress who understands and applies RP truths. Great point. Posing this question "alphas" on the internet is just asking for bad advice from neckbearded basement-dwellers. Most "alphas" are way too busy living their alpha-male lives to post on TRP, much less even think about whether or not they've attained "alpha" status. In fact, I'd venture to guess that most of these guys would be the first ones to tell you that they aren't "alpha," because they either: Don't give the term any merit in their lives. Feminism treats women like children: incapable of making their own decisions. Feminism exists to empower women the world over. And by "empower" I mean "tell them what is right, what is wrong, and what is rape." Hint: everything is rape.

The Way of Men is one of the best books I've ever read. Also, your last paragraph is gold. I don't get how people can't see through Zyzz. All of his "alpha" (I hate that word) qualities were forced, fake, and driven by insecurity, not by confidence. I don't know if you've read Models by Mark Manson, but Zyzz embodies the "false confidence" that Mark mentions over and over.

I never said we shouldn't have laws. Laws -and subsequent punishments for breaking them- are a great deterrent most of the time. But the existence of laws, policemen, and "the fucking FBI" doesn't absolve citizens of the responsibility to protect and take responsibility for themselves. Why are you so mad?

At the end of the day (or night), every adult on earth has a responsibility to protect their own neck. This is true regardless of gender, height, weight, social status, etc. It's also true regardless of what intoxicating substances you have ingested. If someone wants to harm you, it's your sole responsibility to be able to prevent that. End of story. Placing that responsibility on anyone else is selfish and egocentric to the point of insanity.

Bitch is getting told in the comments. Best part, the middle paragraph of her reply: obviously, I am but a "girl," hysterical with emotions, bound to fall in love with you after we spent a collective 20 hours together ...because sending someone a pompous 35-line text full of brags ("two published books and a condo"), threats (screenshots of alleged sexts), and insults aimed at a child (his 9-year-old daughter) after being politely rejected is totally not the hysterical thing to do.

I've dated two. Years ago, before I wised up. The worst. Princess mentality, manipulative, insecure. All of these things are further engrained as they live the "sorority life." Not to mention that you'll have to deal with your girl going to "exchanges" (they can't just call them parties, apparently) at the frats. They must attend events like these and often must get very drunk, be flirty, and participate in activities with the frat guys. Sorority girls and horse girls. Stay away from them.

This has nothing to do with seduction. You were drunk, a wasted married chick at an outdoor music festival came up to you on her own, you made out with her, and then you banged her in a shithouse. Congrats?

This isn't the place for this question, friend. However, you need to demolish your idea of "leagues" and which one you fall into. If you think you're dating up, you'll act like you're dating up, and it'll make you look weak and needy. Since you're already dating her, think of it this way: she chose to date you. She didn't drunkenly make out with you or dance with you at some crowded club. She chose to date you. She obviously thinks that you're good enough for her. Now go work on yourself and bec…

So is your question how to go about meeting her, or how to seduce her? If it's the former, simply go someplace where she will be. This could be hanging out with your friend who knows her, or it could be going to her work or something (assuming you stalked her profile). I'm not saying this is a good way to do it, but if you have the information, why not? If it's the latter, you're already making the crucial mistake of putting her on a pedestal. She's good looking, sure. But forget about it. Forge…

I compete in powerlifting and strongman, and I typically just say exactly that. Her: What do you do for fun? Me: Well, "fun" is a bit subjective, but I really enjoy competing in strength sports like powerlifting and strongman. More often than not, she won't ask too much more. She won't think you're a meathead if you tell her you compete in the sports (which you should if you're serious). Once I had a girl who followed up with, "How much do you squat?" Most likely, the reason they aren't responding is because you aren't building enough attraction during your initial meeting. She says, "I made this decision waaay before I came out tonight." I told her I didn't care, and I put her in my bed and we went to sleep. And then I banged the shit out of her in the morning. Great call with the "kiss" text. You were in a prime position to get friendzoned, and you absolutely blew that chance to hell. It's a thing of glory, to require a girl to make a decision like that. Essentially your text said, "You can either agree to kiss me now, prior to us going anywhere together, or you can chicken out and we won't go." Either way, you sort her out and avoid the friendzone.

I have a friend who's incredibly negative, introverted, and not very outgoing or adventurous. He's got a long-term live-in girlfriend. They met through a friend and he used Facebook to really lock her down as she lived out of state. Now they're pretty happy together, but he was a depressed douchebag for a long time. If you think girls are flaking on you because some other dude is spitting sick Facebook game, you're wrong. As for how to deal with it: Don't be a beta male who relies on Facebook. Talk to them in person, flirt in person, make them attracted to you in person. Feel free to use Facebook to augment that, if you want, but keep in mind that successful people do flirt directly. I don't understand what she meant by being "hurt" by your attempt to friendzone her. But her signals don't matter. You're trying to get her to declare her interest in you (or lack thereof). The signals she's sending now don't matter, because she's going to be put on the spot. When she's on the spot, there won't be any time for signals, just truth. Simple. Direct the conversation to hobbies and talk about yours. Girls love an intellectual man, and what hobby is more intellectual than writing? I write a bit myself. Have you been published anywhere online yet? My first story is here. Small-time online publication, but published nonetheless. When I tell girls that I write short crime stories and have had a few published, two things happen: Either they get super into me, or they remain a good set. It never turns anyone off. Because passion is …

Traps, dude. Like you said, girls might not know exactly why they like them, but they do.

I agree with everything in the article, though it does generalize. But yes, in general I have found that American women seem to run me through a checklist of sorts moreso than international women. My two cents is as follows: Certain types of women pursue certain traits in their male partners. For example, a Nigerian girl I dated was extremely career-driven and empowered, but all she cared about regarding our relationship was if her family would like me. A Puerto Rican girl I hooked up with made …

This man speaks the truth. "Excuse me/hey/hi, I would regret it all day/week/month/year if I didn't stop and talk to you." This is absolute gold, and you don't have to waste time getting chummy with her after asking where the train station is.

I just did this yesterday at a supplement store at checkout. It was football Sunday: Me: You a Bears fan? Her: Haha, no, Cowboys. Me: I'm sorry to hear that. Her: Hey now! Who's your team? Me: The Vikings. Don't you dare say anything. Her: Haha, well did they win today? Me: Of course. Did your Cowboys win? Her: I don't know... Me: A true fan would know. Her: That's not very nice! Me: Haha, I know. Listen, I would hate myself if I left here without asking for your number. Why don't you write it d…

"Excuse me, fascinating woman." Swap out "fascinating" for adjective relevant to setting (or don't). Use as opener. ???? Profit. The second part of his opener, "Can you tell me... who are you, and what's going on?" is pretty awesome as well.

The definition of "gentleman's wash" on urbandictionary threw me off a bit at first, due to the differences in vocabulary between British and American English. So you wash your cock and balls in toilet water?

Not completely original, but the original version I saw a few years ago didn't incorporate the "sexy spin wheel" idea.

My best idea: Go as a Twister game. Wear a white shirt/pants with the colored circles placed in strategic areas. Carry a little spin board around and invite ladies to play. Bonus points: Make the colors on your spin board proportionate to the areas you want them to touch. (Example: If you have a great ass and want girls to feel up on it, have tiny slivers for every other color except the color that is on your ass.) I'm either going as the above or as Pikachu. I might have to buy a XXL kids' cost…

I agree 100%, book choices are not a dead giveaway. I consider myself to be well-read, but I also read some total shit. I think it's a good way to move the conversation in a more intellectual direction though. To be honest, I bet that more than 50% of the time you'll get "I don't read much" or "50 Shades" with a giggle. ABORT.

I don't think you need to "conquer your fears" and start going to bars/clubs. They suck, and if your daygame is tight, why bother? The only reason I ever go to bars/clubs is to meet up with people and leave shortly after. These days, even the "quiet" bars are still loud and retarded. I'd much rather meet a girl via pleasant conversation in a coffeeshop than by being at a bar and having to lean in, touch her arm, and scream "HEY LET'S GO STAND OUTSIDE AND BREATHE SECONDHAND SMOKE SO WE CAN TALK A…

Invite her to do something more exciting. At least go for drinks or something. Movies/TV dates are for relationships. Also, if she wants it to happen, she'll make it happen. Even the busiest person in the world can make time for someone a week in advance.

I realize most of this is nerves but I can't think of a way to close when shes sober at closing time and I'm drunk. Any tips out there? Uh... maybe don't get so drunk, or gasp maybe don't get drunk at all. Also, it's doesn't make sense to me that you're too broke to go on a date, but not too broke to go to the bar. Dates don't cost that much money.

I agree. I felt like this article was more in line with the "talk to everyone" and Planting 1000 Seeds type of posts. Good advice, but more geared towards meeting people rather than meeting girls.

You know who else was a successful introvert? Steve McQueen. Yes, he was a handsome devil. But more importantly, he chose his friends wisely, he had an extremely interesting life and hobbies, and he could speak well when he chose to. The embodiment of quiet confidence. Would I rather emulate Steve McQueen -a quiet legend- or some loudmouth eyeliner-wearing PUA who had a TV show on VH1? I think the answer to that is pretty clear.

It depends how he said it. If he said it like Wolverine, then he was a man. If he said it like a bitch, then he was a bitch. That said, if this guy continued to verbally escalate or attempted to physically assault your friend, then your friend has every right to grind the guy's teeth to dust.

I never worried about her until she cheated. I trusted her completely. The problems with trust applied to the girls after her. Better now though, feeling strong and confident.

Yeah, I'm not saying be a confrontational douche. Playing it cool is always the way to go, but sometimes you gotta snap a little bit, especially when a complete stranger gets physical without any provocation.

I don't want to sound like a douche in my next sentence, but this is one of the few situations that would get me fired up. In the very least, I would have told him he needs to watch himself, waited for a response from him, and progressed from there. I certainly wouldn't have been nice to him, because -accident or not- he was just a huge asshole. If you weigh almost two bills at 5'10, you either have terrible balance or he was trying to do what he did.

Yeah, I live in a small university town. About 90% of the bars are just awful, awful places. When their clientele doesn't give a shit about anything other than a $3 pitcher of Pisswasser, there isn't much incentive to be better.

I've been there, man. Dat feel, I know it. Being worried/angry that your ex is getting plowed by every frat boy in a ten mile radius... Being worried that she was doing that when she was dating you. I didn't see a way around it other than to harden the fuck up and be a man. One day, while wallowing in self-pity, I realized something. She's a cheater. She's the whore, branded forever as a skank by virtue of her scandalous ways. I, however, am clean. Though I may be wounded, there is one thing tha…

Yeah, is sucked. I had never experienced anything like that before. I was pretty pissed, then depressed, then pissed again. Now I'm fine, but to be honest it would be a fair assessment to say that I've probably got some lingering trust issues that I never had before. I didn't even talk to a girl for months. Then one day I just decided I needed to nut up. I had a few FWBs for a few months, but nothing I needed to work for. I've since relocated and I need to step up. No FWBs here, so I gotta go hu…

Solution #1 ain't bad. I would have just said, "don't you worry about that" and let your friends know what's up, sort of like you mentioned in #2. My opinion: I would never have said the "bro-code" line to her. Makes it uber-obvious to her that you're out on the prowl. It's probably what led her to shit-test you. Kudos to you and your friends for having a plan in place in the event that one of you lands a girl for the night.
