[FR] Day 19 SF Game ~ Part 2 ~ The Bar SceneWelcome to SF. It's easy here. Honestly. Stop giving a shit. Also, stop peacocking. It's a crutch. You're interesting enough without the blingy shit. Act like it. | /r/seduction | 17/11/14 04:24 AM
Is anyone else... tired of it?I never said my life is hard. It's great. | /r/seduction | 12/09/14 08:30 PM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Thanks for the congrats! So here's what I've realized... It's tough with a language barrier. Nuanced flirting, subtle body language, and euphemism often will not even come close to cutting it. So shift gears. Focus on shared experiences. Put yourself in situations where you're not just having a drink and a chat. Go to an aquarium, go dancing, do anything where you don't have to talk the whole time. Body language becomes key. Kino is everything. Moreover, when you do talk, be direct, and keep it … | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 11:46 PM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Pick up is anyone's game. I started out because I wanted to attract women. Turns out it helped change my life in a lot of other positive aspects, and I've been focused on that, primarily, as of late. But there's nothing wrong with being single and having fun at any age. Why do you think after 29 you need to stop doing whatever makes you happy? | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 11:42 PM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Yeah I agree. I'm willing to risk getting hurt here. To me, the risk is worth the potential reward. And I'm ready for it. Thanks for the kind words. | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 11:40 PM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Not unhappy in the least, just moving on in a way. | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 07:48 PM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Maybe what you're discovering is that women can't make you happy or fulfilled. Take some time to reflect on what really makes you happy. Not what I'm saying at all. I don't need women to make me happy at all. I'm already happy. I'm just over sleeping with a new woman every other night. If fulfillment is where you are lacking, and women aren't helping, you need to shift focus. You are winning the battle while ignoring the war, at this point. I don't think you understand, I'm fulfilled in every wa… | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 07:33 PM
Is anyone else... tired of it?I'm not whining. I'm venting. And I'm sharing a bit of my story. Here's some unsolicited advice: stop being negative. It's unbecoming in any situation. | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 07:30 PM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Ha, thanks for jogging my memory on that last bit. Great words, great advice! | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 02:28 PM
Is anyone else... tired of it?I guess. I can only speak for myself, and my initial goal was never to find that. My goal was to be more confident, to inspire others, to be someone that others want to be around. I've been at that point for a while, now, I think. This is just a thing that has happened, and I feel ready for it. | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 05:42 AM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Yeah I've seen it happen. Thing is, like I said, I've been single for 6 years. When I "pick up" a woman, it isn't some act or routine. Not anymore. I'm just being me. I'm being the me I've become over the years by learning and growing. And when I'm around this woman, well, I feel incredibly comfortable with her. I'm never "running game," attempting to kino, dealing with shit tests, or anything like that. I'm hanging out with a friend. This friend just happens to be incredibly attractive and lets… | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 05:39 AM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Hahaha, I definitely will. Although the challenge this time around isn't the girl, it's me. It'll be fun to sort this one out. | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 05:36 AM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Yeah, I do a bit of that as well. Typically on another account of mine. =) | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 05:35 AM
Is anyone else... tired of it?I'm curious.... If you get the chance, I'd love to hear about it. | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 05:35 AM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Allow yourself to be vulnerable. Allow yourself to open up. That's the tough part. For me at least. But I'm gonna do it for once. And yeah, if nothing else, I'm gonna learn stuff, and that's rad. | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 05:34 AM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Maybe I'm both an optimist, and a hopeless romantic, but I'm hoping there's no leaving at all. | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 04:55 AM
Is anyone else... tired of it?*brofist* Although I've found the whole waiting for sex thing doesn't change shit. I don't place any intrinsic value on sex, and I'm not looking for a woman that does. But that's just me. Maybe it's a growing up thing. I'd venture you and I are on the "older" side for people in this sub. | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 04:07 AM
Inner vs outer opinionsInner game vs outer game, I assume you mean? Inner. All the way. I mean, ideally, both. You want to be the full package, right? But inner game will help you do more than get laid. This can help with friendships, your career, business relationships, etc. That's been my experience, at least. | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 03:59 AM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Thanks man! I've had my fun, but I also know what I want. I'm not one to settle, but this girl is something else. I'll consider myself lucky if I manage to convince her to stick around. =P | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 03:56 AM
Is anyone else... tired of it?Oh man don't I know it. I might write up some old FR's some time. I actually learned some neat lessons due to language barriers which I think would be legitimately helpful for some folks here. | /r/seduction | 10/09/14 03:55 AM
What is a good "He's not my boyfriend!" response? No problem. It's super weather dependent, and I'll assume you know how fickle the city can be. Considering it's getting darker earlier, I'd make sure to get there by 1 or so. | /r/seduction | 14/10/13 04:07 AM
What is a good "He's not my boyfriend!" response?Stay away from tourist spots. On the weekends, Dolores Park is always solid, and GG park can be depending on what's going on. The panhandle is where I've had most success on a nice day. Any bar with good outdoor space is awesome, too. Zeitgeist is always kick ass because of the beer garden style seating which kind of forces you in to sitting near strangers. The mission in general tends to be less touristy and more suited to day game. | /r/seduction | 14/10/13 03:58 AM
What is a good "He's not my boyfriend!" response?Yessir. Live in the city actually. I have a couple of friends who just moved from Man Jose and can't stop raving about how amazing it is to be able to actually find women. All the time. That said, the city is small and I've definitely burned a couple of bridges with women that I shouldn't have. I've got a couple of bars I avoid like the plague now. =P | /r/seduction | 14/10/13 03:40 AM
What is a good "He's not my boyfriend!" response?Lol just realized your username. I'd venture you live in the south bay, huh? | /r/seduction | 14/10/13 03:28 AM
What is a good "He's not my boyfriend!" response?Nope. Don't try to be "on" all the time in the sense that you always have to have something witty or whatever to say. Same exact thing I wrote above applies if you two are alone. "So are you two dating?" "Us? Oh he's not my boyfriend!" "Ha, ok. Awesome. So I know at least one reason you can't shoot me down when I ask you out later!" Go with something cheesy like that if you must. I don't know. I mean, personally, it's not something I typically ask a woman. I just assume they don't have a boyfrie… | /r/seduction | 14/10/13 03:13 AM
How to be funny?Yeah but that linked video was... terrible. | /r/seduction | 14/10/13 03:10 AM
What is a good "He's not my boyfriend!" response?I feel like a lot of people will chime in here with something snarky, or witty, or whatever, but my first instinct? "Oh, ok!" With a smile. Then move on. Don't make shit awkward for anyone. Don't make the dude feel bad if he's in to her. Don't make it weird. You don't need a canned response for everything a woman might say. | /r/seduction | 14/10/13 03:07 AM
Best response to "why are you single? You're funny/atttactive?"Eh, that seems really negative to me. I can almost always find something interesting about someone. But that's me. I've been actively trying for a long time to keep most of the stuff that comes out of my mouth positive overall. It's had a magical effect on my life. | /r/seduction | 30/09/13 11:41 PM
Best response to "why are you single? You're funny/atttactive?"Probably because that comment didn't contribute, it just criticized without offering any further insight. Had you tacked on the bit about a wry smile afterwards, people probably would be less likely to downvote you. As it is, that first comment just makes you come off like a condescending jerk. | /r/seduction | 30/09/13 11:39 PM
Seddit, what's your best pickup/story/experience ever?Definitely not. | /r/seduction | 27/07/13 12:42 AM
Seddit, what's your best pickup/story/experience ever?Fair enough, but I disagree. I've had it work many times in the past. | /r/seduction | 12/06/13 02:05 AM
Seddit, what's your best pickup/story/experience ever? This is probably going against the grain here, but my favorite story is getting shot down by a supermodel while in a foreign country. I was in the middle east for work, ended up at a bar with coworkers, and saw a drop dead gorgeous woman surrounded by others. Everyone was taking pictures with her, swarming her, until eventually she got some space to hang with her friend. I found out from some locals who she was and decided that I may as well give it a shot. A few minutes later her friend goes to… | /r/seduction | 11/06/13 04:09 PM
[FR] When it rains, it pours (F-close)Exactly this. I knew she was only in town for the weekend and played to that. Also, I think it helps to break down any asd that might occur. Now I'm not just some guy that wants to fuck her, I'm her "boyfriend," if only for the weekend. | /r/seduction | 23/02/13 12:28 AM
The pick up community has become pretty famous on the internet, has anyone ever tried to pickup a girl with canned routines and she knew exactly what you were doing?Agreed, which is why I don't do it anymore. | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 08:00 PM
Canned responses to predictable questions/situationsOh don't get me wrong, I don't come out with it immediately. I mention tidbits here and there and eventually tell people the whole scale of my work. Probably much the same as you. | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 06:51 PM
The pick up community has become pretty famous on the internet, has anyone ever tried to pickup a girl with canned routines and she knew exactly what you were doing?Oh man... Jeffy... I have stories about that guy. Kind of a total d-bag. I gave a girl that was "seeing" him tips on how to get him wrapped around her finger, ended up stealing her away from him, meanwhile he begged her to be his girlfriend. RSD is a joke. | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 05:50 PM
Any tips on how to become more likable?Seconding this. The book is amazing. I read it at least once a year. It has made me a much better, more successful person in most aspects of my life. | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 05:46 PM
Canned responses to predictable questions/situationsEh, I have a fucking awesome job that people are typically interested in when I tell them about it, so I just answer honestly. I work in a kind of niche industry, though, so it's pretty much always been that way for me. | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 05:40 PM
Hey seddit, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on initiating Conversation over something like facebook with someone you havent talked to in years.I sort of agree, but chances are he isn't running in to this person out and about, and doesn't have her number, so there's no reason not to go for it. Just say "Hi! Long time no talk!" and go from there. If it works, great, if not, whatever. | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 05:38 PM
Airport Game GuideThis seems like it would work only if you fly Southwest, or one of those other airlines that herds you in like cattle. | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 05:35 PM
Dinner Dates FAQStep 1: Don't do dinner on a first date. It can get expensive, it's cliche, it's trite, it's boring, and every girl has been taken out on a dinner date. Do something fun that's not sitting across from each other chewing food and talking. Go play mini-golf, go-kart racing, ice skating, trampoline jumping, anything but dinner for the first (or second or third) date. | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 05:32 PM
The pick up community has become pretty famous on the internet, has anyone ever tried to pickup a girl with canned routines and she knew exactly what you were doing? It's not really as mainstream as you might think, except in places like LA and San Fran where a bunch of the PUAs do bootcamps on a nightly basis. Eh, between "The Game" and VH1's the Pickup Artist, it's gained enough notoriety. But I've never used canned routines, so I don't mind. And I used to live in LA, now SF, and have run in to the bootcamp crowd while out and about up here (not in LA, strangely), and had a blast with it. Watching a rookie try to bust in on my group and make headway is enj… | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 05:25 PM
Heading to Vegas for New Year's weekend! Tips?I don't know why i can't remember the name of it, but there's an Irish bar on the strip that has beer pong tournaments. Great for day game stuff. | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 05:22 PM
Smoking weed and getting laidSeriously. Sounds like it was written by a 19 year old at a dorm who realized that girls at college like free drugs. And I'm an occasional smoker, too. I'm all for it, but most of what the OP wrote is pretty ridiculous. | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 05:21 PM
Heading to Vegas for New Year's weekend! Tips? You may be a 3 time Vegas veteran, but I don't think you've done it on NYE. It's a disaster I avoid the like the plague these days. That said, a few things to add to your points: for a group of guys, buy tickets for clubs EARLY and in groups of 2(Most open 10pm). Get stamped and come back later to the re-entry line. you'll be waiting for a while if you don't do this. Great idea, but some places on NYE won't allow ins and outs. It's a pain. if you pull , get a cab ASAP The entire strip is closed … | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 03:53 AM
Casual conversation starters?I hate canned stuff. Hate hate hate it. I pretty much have one opening "line" if you will, and it's really easy to do. Are you ready? Walk up to any girl. Any woman at all, and say the following: "Hi!" That's it! Do it with a big cheesy grin on your face and be warm and welcoming. It doesn't take much more than that. Now where to go from there is a bit more difficult, but honestly, if you aren't a good conversationalist, no canned opener is going to save you. | /r/seduction | 27/12/12 03:39 AM
[FR] Girl asked my date to look at something on her phone and then stuck her tongue in my ear while she was busy.My pleasure, glad it helps! | /r/seduction | 11/12/12 03:06 PM
[FR] Girl asked my date to look at something on her phone and then stuck her tongue in my ear while she was busy.Jeeze. That's extreme. I'll have to think about this one. | /r/seduction | 11/12/12 03:02 PM
[FR] Girl asked my date to look at something on her phone and then stuck her tongue in my ear while she was busy. For me, I don't think so. I really wouldn't have handled it any other way, history or not, but that's just me. | /r/seduction | 11/12/12 03:00 PM
[FR] Girl asked my date to look at something on her phone and then stuck her tongue in my ear while she was busy. It's not about being fake, it's about looking to find the positive things. Sometimes it's difficult though, I admit. | /r/seduction | 11/12/12 07:39 AM
[FR] Girl asked my date to look at something on her phone and then stuck her tongue in my ear while she was busy. Thanks for the respect man. I might be getting redundant here, but I don't think you handled anything wrong. I really just wanted to caution you and others against the affect that being "that guy" can have in the rest of your life. Maybe some can control it, but I certainly couldn't, and had to change. And I'd venture it's not uncommon, you know? | /r/seduction | 11/12/12 07:15 AM
[FR] Girl asked my date to look at something on her phone and then stuck her tongue in my ear while she was busy.Eh, I wasn't pretending to be gay, I'm just a bit of a ham anyway. And a nice dude that does, in fact, want to befriend everyone. I like making friends, you know? | /r/seduction | 11/12/12 07:14 AM
[FR] Girl asked my date to look at something on her phone and then stuck her tongue in my ear while she was busy.Oh I get ya, and again, I don't think what you did was wrong by any means. And of course, context is everything. That said, I think a lot of material puts so much emphasis on being "alpha" and defining it as this almost jock-like mentality that you always have to be the best dude at everything in a given situation. I think it's far more "alpha" to know and embrace your weaknesses and deal with them accordingly, but again, I digress. Anyway, if the guy isn't being a total creeper, and you just wa… | /r/seduction | 11/12/12 03:17 AM
[FR] Girl asked my date to look at something on her phone and then stuck her tongue in my ear while she was busy.Thank you! | /r/seduction | 11/12/12 03:02 AM
[FR] Girl asked my date to look at something on her phone and then stuck her tongue in my ear while she was busy.Sure thing! Sorry if I came off as a bit aggressive there, didn't mean to. But let me just chime in with a personal anecdote here. And also, I'm not saying you did anything wrong at all. Obviously, you were and are successful. I'm just saying what I've learned from experience. Before I tell a story, let me make it clear that I used to be more like you, and again, it started affecting other walks of life. In fact, I nearly lost a client, and did lose a friend because of my assholery, even though … | /r/seduction | 11/12/12 02:09 AM
[FR] Girl asked my date to look at something on her phone and then stuck her tongue in my ear while she was busy. This exactly. I feel like if I ran in to a dude like this trying to move in on a set I was working on, it would be pretty easy to put the targets off of him. The bad boy persona doesn't always work. I know, I used to be that guy, but I realized that far too often, I just came off as an ass to those around me, even though I'd end up with the girl. These days I play the nice guy. The non doormat nice guy, that is. It makes me far more successful, not just with women, but with friendships and in bu… | /r/seduction | 11/12/12 01:03 AM
Ideas for the first few dates??Seconding this for a first date. Some of the best first dates I've had were just me and a girl bar-hopping and getting a bit tipsy. Wandering around a city at night is always good fun. | /r/seduction | 26/11/12 04:40 AM
| -1 | How is life for singles in San Diego, California?Seconding this, for the most part it's pretty accurate. Especially the "beach town that's never grown up" part. I moved there when I was 18 and left when I was 20 for that exact reason. Seconding LA or SF (I used to live in the former, and currently live in the latter) as much better options. Personally, I'd recommend SF. Gaming is cake here, there's a shit ton to do (almost always something within walking distance if you live in the city proper), and you don't have to drive much if you don't wa… | /r/seduction | 26/11/12 04:37 AM |
To those who're looking for / already in relationships, DO NOT STOP reading Seddit and keep practising your game. That last paragraph is about where I'm at. Although not in a committed monogamous relationship yet, I get it. However I'm not one to rush in to things, and neither is she, which is awesome. But yeah, I think, for me at least, at this point in time, I find far more value in spending time with someone that I know, care about, and trust, than I do in chasing women and bedding a new one every weekend. The former makes me much happier overall. Don't get me wrong, every now and then I get this urge to… | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 11:38 PM
To those who're looking for / already in relationships, DO NOT STOP reading Seddit and keep practising your game.No worries! I only know this stuff because I've been through it, failed, and learned from my mistakes. There's that old adage that says "A smart man learns from his mistakes, a wise man from the mistakes of others." I'm just trying to keep people wise is all. =) | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 08:37 PM
Anyone else here ball on a budget?Murray Hill or North Beach/Marina Alright, you from NY or SF? =P And middle management was just one of the first things that came to mind. They are more than fine for golf, I wouldn't wear them anywhere else, ever though. | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 08:36 PM
Anyone else here ball on a budget?Sport coats are usually made of different material (not wool), often more than a single material, are not made to match a specific set of pants, and are very often not as long as a suit jacket. | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 08:34 PM
"Will you take a picture of us?" A shit test?I might steal the selfies bit from you though, that seems like gold! It almost always gets a laugh, just make sure you do the super high myspace angle, and duckface it out like no one's business. Ham it up as best you can. | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 06:05 AM
Flirting for noobsHere ya go. Say, for example, you're out with a girl and she says "Just so you know, we are not going to have sex tonight!" Your reply should be along the lines of "Whoa, easy there tiger, we just met!" or "Don't flatter yourself hun, I'm not that easy. You've got to wine me and dine me before I put out." Basically, you're agreeing with her that you're not going to have sex, and taking it a step above to the point where the entire premise is completely outlandish. | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 04:07 AM
Flirting for noobsThat just makes you look like a one-upper. | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 04:01 AM
To those who're looking for / already in relationships, DO NOT STOP reading Seddit and keep practising your game. That's a huge compliment, thank you! | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 03:47 AM
Girl flaked on me to hang with another guy, called me later that night to ask where I was so she could come. I lied that I was with someone and would talk to her later. Did I play that right?I can't say. Have you already hooked up with her? Are you interested in more than that from her? Personally, between being second fiddle (I understand if you've got a friend you'd rather hang out with, that's fine), and being lied to, I would drop her like a bad habit. But if there's a bit of history there and you're interested in pursuing things, well, I'm confrontational. Next time we went out for coffee or whatever I'd simply say "Hey, what happened last Friday? You said you were too tired, b… | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 03:44 AM
Girl flaked on me to hang with another guy, called me later that night to ask where I was so she could come. I lied that I was with someone and would talk to her later. Did I play that right?Personally, I would have done the same thing you did, or more likely, not responded at all, which is more my style than lying. However, it seems you were her backup plan, her second choice. I personally don't like being someone's second choice, so I don't deal with it, but that's me. | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 03:34 AM
To those who're looking for / already in relationships, DO NOT STOP reading Seddit and keep practising your game.Heh, glad I could help. Was scared the wall of text would scare off most people. | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 03:29 AM
Harem Management: Talking about non-exclusivity?In the future, just for your own sake, I've always been very upfront about what I want and don't want. Hell I've typically let women know I don't want a relationship before I even get their number or anything. I put that shit way out there and make sure it's very well known so there are no surprises and I can't be labeled the asshole because I won't commit. People assume things when you're dating/sleeping with them. It shouldn't be the case, but it is. Be upfront and you'll have less problems. | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 01:52 AM
"Will you take a picture of us?" A shit test?I just like to make 'em pose and turn it in to an impromptu photo shoot. Then again, I used to be a professional photographer, so that kind of comes pretty naturally to me. I also start taking pictures of my self (full on myspace angles and duck lips). Tends to get some good laughs and whatnot. I don't think it's a shit test, personally. People like having their photo taken is all. | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 01:50 AM
Anyone else here ball on a budget?Hahaha, you're on the right track, mate, I promise! Most dudes at 24 don't know a damn thing about fashion, so good on ya for stepping it up! | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 01:45 AM
Anyone else here ball on a budget?Fair enough. Didn't mean to come across as condescending, I just know I was making the same mistake of "SUIT JACKET ALL THE OUTFITS" when I was your age. Like I said it's a solid start, but not the end all be all. And go with sport coats if you're not rocking the whole suit. Much, much better IMO. | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 01:40 AM
Anyone else here ball on a budget?Ah, so young, so misguided. Like someone else already mentioned, fit is the first rule in fashion. If it doesn't fit properly, you look like shit. I don't care what the name brand is. Suit jackets are incredibly versatile. You can throw on some jeans, a t-shirt, a suit jacket and some dress shoes and look like a million bucks. I disagree. I hate this look, most times. And hell, I rock it here and there, but usually to work. But i have a very casual work environment, so that's kind of classing it… | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 01:29 AM
Taking out the "hot girl" of my friend group. How do I not screw this up?Less is more indeed. Don't text much. For your own sake. How old are you two? I'm going to guess somewhere between 19-23. | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 01:17 AM
To those who're looking for / already in relationships, DO NOT STOP reading Seddit and keep practising your game.I'd like to chime in here with a personal anecdote that may help some. Throughout the last few years I've been pretty... successful, I suppose, with women. I've had my fair share of dates, one night stands, hook up buddies, and the like. I'm at a point in my life where the constant chase no longer excites me, though. In fact, it's a bit bothersome more than anything. Going through the same stuff with a different girl with the same goal in mind. I'm kind of over that aspect of it all. But I digre… | /r/seduction | 25/11/12 01:14 AM
Do you still sometimes feel that a particular girl is clearly "out of your league"?the only thing standing in the way from making it happen is your own ego This shit right here is so fucking important. Having an ego is not having confidence. Don't mistake one for the other. If you are truly confident, the rejection will not bother you. If you just have a big ego, that poor thing gets bruised easy. Don't let it bother you, because nothing happens when you get rejected, except you never have to wonder again "what if." So in reality, only positive things come from being rejected.… | /r/seduction | 24/11/12 04:54 AM
Understanding the underlying principle of AMOG'ing. Now what I do when I deal with AMOGs: I befriend them. Works everytime, especially when women are around. Seconding this. Works like a charm. Get them to talk about themselves. Their interests, hobbies, job, etc. They'll love you because you're interested in them. They no longer AMOG you. It's the easiest way to deal with this, and you never look like a chump for making friends with someone. | /r/seduction | 24/11/12 04:50 AM
Turn her on by insulting her (at your own risk)This is... the worst thing ever. We've gone from dudes that don't know how to "neg" to dudes saying "just flat out insult a woman and she'll be all yours because she's used to guys telling her she's hot." Fuck, it doesn't work that way. Not right off the bat. You need rapport to tease. This dude is either full of shit or got pretty lucky that worked well. | /r/seduction | 24/11/12 04:47 AM
Your friends will hold you back.A little insight from someone who has dealt with a similar situation. I am now a bit of a social butterfly. I wasn't always. Most of my oldest friends are... shy, I suppose... when it comes to women. I remember a few years back I was out with three of them. I ended up bringing a two set of HB8's to the table, and the entire time the three of them said very little, looked down at their feet, and lightly chuckled at my jokes while I talked to the two. I eventually got up to go for a smoke, and sho… | /r/seduction | 24/11/12 04:43 AM
Do you still sometimes feel that a particular girl is clearly "out of your league"?Exactly!! Seriously, man, it took me some baby steps to get out of my horrible social anxiety and shyness. Probably over two years total until I felt good and comfortable about who I am. And you'll get there as long as you don't give up. It's a struggle but a worthwhile one, I promise. Just keep at it! | /r/seduction | 24/11/12 04:35 AM
Being alpha and contextDepends. Is it a first date? Third? Been dating for a while? I mean, I've been seeing a girl for a few months now, and when she hands me her purse to hold or asks me to do X, Y or Z for her, I don't mind one bit, because at this point, it isn't some sort of shit test. We have rapport. She likes me, all of her friends adore me, and she knows I'm not just some random dude at the bar trying to get in her pants. So, on a first date? Well, I'm a cheeky fucker and love a bit of a laugh at my own expen… | /r/seduction | 24/11/12 04:03 AM
Do you still sometimes feel that a particular girl is clearly "out of your league"?It's true. You've been rejected. What.. once? And at the end of the day... what happened? Oh, I know what happened, you don't have some bullshit to regret 6 years from now. You did it and you know the answer. Load off the shoulders. Awesome! So go do it again. And again. And again. I've been rejected more times than I can count. You realize, eventually, that rejection just... doesn't matter. It's horrible at first, but with each time it gets easier and easier, I promise. | /r/seduction | 24/11/12 03:43 AM
Do you still sometimes feel that a particular girl is clearly "out of your league"?Confidence is way sexier than a little black dress, IMO. | /r/seduction | 24/11/12 03:42 AM
Do you still sometimes feel that a particular girl is clearly "out of your league"?Don't worry man. Despite what most dudes in here say, I think the majority feel the same way at least sometimes. The trick is to ignore that little voice in your head that's telling you she's out of your league, and realizing that there's only one league, the one you're in, and if you practice enough, you're capable of anything. Five years ago I couldn't bag a homeless girl with a fistful of money and promises of warm food/shelter. Today, I'm currently dating a smoking hot tall blonde scientist.… | /r/seduction | 24/11/12 03:40 AM
How would an alpha confront the guy your girl cheated on you with? Advice from Seddit?Yep. This right here is correct. My ex cheated on me with a dude who was her coworker. We had met a few times, he was chummy, whatever. All said and done, I cut her out of my life and have never said a word to either of them since. It's not easy, but it's the only real option. Being "alpha" in this type of situation means cutting the negativity out of your life and continuing to live well. | /r/seduction | 22/11/12 08:49 PM
Life hacks/Pro Tips/Bro TipsSorry for the late reply. I'd venture it's because it usually doesn't have lyrics, it's not really intrusive, and not too slow or fast. Just neutral stuff. | /r/seduction | 03/04/12 06:08 AM

All the girls I talk with mention their ex boyfriends a lot. What does it mean?It means absolutely nothing. Especially if you're in your late 20's and beyond. The older you get, the more relationships people will have had. They're usually a significant event in their life, so it may be an interesting conversation topic, or just on their mind for whatever reason. To me, the whole rule of "never talk about your ex on a date" is so out the window it's ridiculous. I've dated a lot of women and have a shitton of great stories about them. In short, fake it 'til you make it. No matter what you think about this girl, you need to act as if her actions and words don't have any significant effect on you. | 2 | Life hacks/Pro Tips/Bro TipsGood call. I used to live in a city where I had to drive all the time, but not anymore. I think I've been in my care 3 times in the last 5-6 months, so this didn't occur to me. Adding this to the top. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 09:03 AM
First date, not sure what to doHave you ever considered the option that perhaps your being a bit ... try hard? Nope, not at all. I personally detest dinner dates. Not only because of the fact that I think women find them boring, but because I find them boring as well. It's not my cup of tea to sit across to or next to someone while talking and chewing food. | 13 | Life hacks/Pro Tips/Bro TipsBest way I've found? Get some trial sized lube samples in the little foil packets. You can easily fit that, and a couple of condoms in a business card holder like this one. Easy to keep in an inside jacket pocket, or the back pocket of your pants. Looks reasonably classy, and not as goofy as keeping that stuff in your wallet, which you're probably going to be bringing out a few times over the course of an evening. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 08:42 AM
First date, not sure what to doMy point is that every girl has been on a dinner date. Like I said they are boring and contrived, and in my opinion, your choice of first date is a pretty good reflection of the type of guy you are. Taking a girl out to dinner signifies that you're a lot like every other guy out there. Ten says most girls you'll take out have never been on a first date to go curling, or for a midnight picnic at the top of a mountain. | 7 | What golden responses do you know?Nope. I've used it many times, and not as a response to anything, I bring it up myself often. I mainly get two responses: Total laughter, or a giggle and then them asking if I'm serious or not. Either way, it gets them laughing, and piques their interest. I've had women outright try to reach down my pants right then and there to verify that statement. Say it with confidence and a smile, and you're not digging yourself a hole, you're opening a door. | 4 | Life hacks/Pro Tips/Bro TipsHeh, there you go. I'm not a big movie or tv watcher as it is, nor am I a gamer, so my desktop with two large monitors or 42 inch tv with a roku box works fine for me as far as entertainment goes. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 07:31 AM
Life hacks/Pro Tips/Bro TipsAnother comment here... Candles are awesome. Look nice, and more importantly, they make shit smell nice. Always a good thing. Vanilla and sandalwood scents are my jam. Reasonably masculine but not overpowering. Books are always a good thing too. Conversation pieces, and they show intelligence and motivation, depending on what you read. As for movies, eh, I've got the internet and netflix. Haven't owned a dvd in years. But to each their own. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 07:16 AM

Life hacks/Pro Tips/Bro TipsTrue story. My bar is far more well stocked than I wrote up there, but just having the basics is enough. Although I've had many dates start at my place with the intent to go out, and never leave because we have everything we need at home. Good for saving a bit of money as well. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 06:39 AM
First date, not sure what to doI never do dinner dates. Ever. They're boring and cliché. These are two things I am not. I've done picnics, ice skating, arcades, go kart racing, curling, mini golf, and, well, you get the idea. Never gone out for dinner. I'll do that when I'm dating someone, but never on a first date. Ever. I'll take a shitty, grungy dive bar over a high end restaurant as a first date any day. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 06:35 AM

Life hacks/Pro Tips/Bro TipsNot a bad idea for our dorm dwelling brothers. However, I'm in my late twenties, and having something like that in my home and specifically my room would just be out of place. If I've got a woman in my house I no longer need a conversation piece, I need things that will make her feel comfortable being there. Besides, I like my space to have my own style, and a pink fluffy pillow doesn't fit the bill for me. | 51 | Life hacks/Pro Tips/Bro TipsHa, thank you. You're welcome over any time darlin. :-P Have you got anything to add? Oh, and one more that I forgot: I always keep a bar of Dove unscented soap in the bathroom. Gentle enough for almost any skin type, great for washing off last night's tryst. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 05:44 AM
Life hacks/Pro Tips/Bro TipsYep. That's where I keep mine. It's not weird at all. It's hygienic. If a woman thinks it's weird, she's the weird one. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 05:36 AM

Look good, feel good, be good.I don't really give two shits about making myself look cool on the internet, so I've really got no reason to lie. | 1 | [FR] The no-kino first date F-CloseTo be honest, I'm far from an AFC. I'm not sure if you're insinuating I'm one or not, but I assure you, well, I'm not. I wanted to post this particular FR because I think the fact that I really, really didn't give two shits how this date went played in to things quite a bit. | 7 | Find your authentic smile, notice the differenceI remember reading a tip somewhere a while back that has helped me quite a bit. I hate my forced smile but my natural smile looks quite good, in my opinion. Basically, when you want to smile and have it look genuine, imagine your target naked, pleasuring herself to the thought of you. It'll give you that confident, sexy smirk. Works like a charm for me. | /r/seduction | 03/07/11 12:20 AM
[FR] A slightly unexpected party. Three #-closes, two of them K-closed.Thank you sir. I genuinely appreciate the kind words. As far as my middle game, well, it's just like the opening. Aloof, funny, confident, etc. I honestly never have anything in mind when I open a set, I'm pretty good at improvising and a pretty funny guy, so I just roll with the punches as they come. Last night, for example, I was at a bar with a bunch of friends. One of them spied a two set and said something about how I shouldn't talk to those two girls, jokingly of course. I actually tossed her business card in the rubbish right after she walked away to the bemusement of my friend. The second, the I neglected to write about, I sent a text to the next day just telling her it was nice meeting her and making a reference to something I told her we'd have to do when I met her. The two go-to's are just as marvintpa said, hand on the thigh/leg, or on her head/in her hair. I usually do them while teasing a bit with a cheeky grin. Examples: Recently I was on a second date with a girl. I had k-closed the first date, and ended up f-closing on the second. I picked her up and we headed off for cocktails somewhere. I think this is about as far as I want to go tonight" Notice, at no point did this girl say "I'm going home right now," or "we are NOT going any farther than this." None of it was definite, and there's a reason for that. Most girls you take home on the first or second date will say something along those lines. It's classic ASD. | 1 | F-close on first dates, but I can never keep this going.Nah, you're probably not doing anything wrong. It's just a matter of finding a person who wants the same thing. Some girls are totally ok with it, and others not so much. Like you said, it always fades because she wants something more serious. A girl I recently F-closed on the first date hit me up the next day asking me if we could be, in her words, fuckbuddies. Of course I obliged. It works wonders on some girls, and creeps others out I wrote a post that had something to do with this not too long ago. Basically, I was out with 2 girls and 2 guys. One girl and guy were a couple, the other two (and I) had never even met. This guy was very touchy with the single girl, while I kicked back and relaxed, and honestly didn't give a shit. | 3 | Went to a different kind of bar yesterday...Personally, I'd walk right up to a table that has an empty chair, sit down, and say, "Hey, I'm just gonna hang out with you guys right now." That's it. Sit there and smile. Do nothing else. Someone will say something eventually, if not right away. If they ask why, tell them they seemed interesting. If they ask who the hell you are, well, start at birth and work you way from there. It doesn't matter. Just be confident and smile. Don't be creepy. Keep 'em entertained. | /r/seduction | 11/06/11 10:50 PM

How do I set up a 2nd meeting via text, phone, or any other method successfully? It depends on the girl, but this is one of my personal favorites that always seems to elicit a good response: "Hey you, what are you up to tomorrow night? Let's go out and make bad decisions." Obviously you can rephrase this a million different ways, but it leaves the door open to do just about anything (which is great if you don't have anything particular in mind, which I never do), and it's playful as all hell. I've never had a bad response with this. | /r/seduction | 02/06/11 02:52 AM

At one point in my life, I was living in the attic of a large Victorian style house in the motherfucking ghetto. Somehow, I still managed to get laid. That shit didn't help though, and back then, when I had no game anyway, most girls didn't want to come anywhere near my neighborhood. These days, though, I'm an adult. A grown up. It's a fine balance to walk at first, as you can't be overly touchy and grabby, but once that touch is established and firmly rooted, it becomes a normal dynamic of the relationship. | 3 | Give me your go to topic when conversation begins to fail.Best way for sure is relationships topic. Eh, I'm not going to say to avoid it completely, but if you're out on a date with a girl, or even just meeting them, it's best to steer clear of that topic. Same goes for religion and politics. They tend to be controversial and the last thing you want is to shoot yourself in the foot because you hold different religious or political beliefs than someone. | 6 | [FR] Went out with my brother's friends, was not congruent with myself, got punished for itThere's a massive difference between making a girl qualify herself to you or "negging" her (fuck I hate that term), and outright insulting her. It seems to me that you accidentally did the latter of the two. An example that I've read many times here, and elsewhere, has to do with age. I'm getting close to 30, and am around the oldest of most of my friends. As such, I meet a lot of women that are a bit younger than myself. Help! Also I live outside Boston and am considering taking her to the Museum of Fine Arts. Do this. Totally awesome, plus there's tons of stuff to look at and talk about, so there shouldn't be any lulls in conversation unless you want them to be there. Help!Man, my best wing and I had a decent conversation on first dates and dates in general the other day. He brought up a couple of key points that, to me, seem like gold. First of all, spontaneity and excitement are key. Dinner? Boring. Drinks? Meh. If this girl really is an HB9, she's probably been out to tons of dinner dates, coffee dates, movie dates, and the like. I've got a date later this week and we're going to get drunk at my house and then go ice skating. Cheesy? Yes. Corny? Absolutely. But, first and foremost, since she's coming to my house first, she'll be more likely to come to my house later. And ice skating provides lots of opportunities for kino, which means easy escalation. | 2 | A note on dancing and a mini [FR]My pleasure, sir! Just make sure you're genuinely having fun. I think this is one of those situations where "fake it 'till you make it" doesn't really apply, as it's painfully obvious when you're not really confident about yourself while dancing. | /r/seduction | 06/12/10 03:55 AM |
Too much focus on openers. Can I hit on you? This is brilliant and I'm using it, thank you. And just to add something to this post, some openers that I've used. Some are good, some are bad, all have started a conversation and led to some kind of close. Hey, how are you girls doing? Have you ever slept with a gay man before? Well, your's is bigger. (Said to a girl last night wearing a pickle costume, ended up with her number 3 minutes later). What else do you two share? (Said to two girls sharing a massive carafe of booze,… | /r/seduction | 06/12/10 02:49 AM
FR - Need Help AnalyzingFirst thing I thought of. Damn willing to bet this girl was just giving off that "rapey" vibe. =P | /r/seduction | 06/12/10 02:39 AM
I have trouble joking with people I just met. Any advice? This is tough. Not sure what to tell you here as for me, well, laughter is key. I'm not a great looking guy by any means, I'm kind of goofy looking, lanky, and fairly eccentric, but I've got a knack for making people laugh. Hell, on a recent date a girl told me I was incredibly funny, and I responded back something along the lines of "Yeah, it's pretty much all I've got going for me. I'm tall, lanky, and goofy looking so I've got to make you laugh constantly in the hopes you don't notice any of … | /r/seduction | 04/11/10 06:18 AM
I may need counseling / therapy to get over my problems. Has anyone here gone through it? Does it work?Pass over most of it why? I used to think the same way as the OP. I let others determine my self worth. I was in bad shape. I had no confidence, no self esteem, no game, and of course, no women. Could therapy help? Sure. I don't doubt that at all. But if the OP really wants to change, he's going to have to do a lot of work and no one is going to help him. One month at the gym isn't enough, and by the time you actually turn it in to a habit and see real changes, it's something you can enjoy, and … | /r/seduction | 03/11/10 03:48 AM
I may need counseling / therapy to get over my problems. Has anyone here gone through it? Does it work?In a few words, MAN THE FUCK UP. Now, in more words, for your reading conveniece. Your mindset is all, well, in your head. Right now, you have the mind set of a loser, a chump, an AFC. This is something that can be changed. It isn't easy, but no one is going to do this for you, and it isn't going to happen overnight. First things first, stop giving a fuck about women, and work on the most important thing in your life, yourself. This part right here bothered the fuck out of me: For a month, I wen… | /r/seduction | 03/11/10 02:14 AM
To call or to text?I hate them both, but rarely call and almost always text, and here's why. First, if I get a girl's number, I'll either send her a text right then and there so she has mine, or send her one much later in the evening saying it was awesomet to meet her or something to that effect. And that's it. I generally don't respond to anything she says after that. I'm not trying to initiate a conversation, just want to make sure she's got my number and knows who I am. Beyond that, I have a busy, strange sched… | /r/seduction | 03/11/10 02:04 AM
On facing resistance...Again, though, for me, I've rarely ever got the girl at my house. This is for a few reasons... I don't want them spending the night, generally, may not want them knowing where I live, and again, I'm pretty aggressive, so I'll rarely wait until we're at her place or my place to initiate the physical side of things. So, to use a recent example, we were in an alley behind a bar having a smoke, about to finish up the night. We were making out and she pulled away and said she had better go. I can't r… | /r/seduction | 02/11/10 07:59 PM
On facing resistance...It certainly seems to work for me. But I'm not sure how serious LMR can get. Care to elaborate? | /r/seduction | 02/11/10 03:08 AM
On facing resistance...I've never heard of freezing out when you're trying to isolate. At this point I don't have them at my or her place, but I do have them isolated. At least as far as I understand it, isolation is just getting them 1 on 1, not necessarily back home. Then again I don't know all of the jargon here, so I may very well be wrong... If your phrase works for you almost every time, why worry? Personally I wouldn't use it on Japanese girls, but I can see how it would work on "normal" chicks. Oh not worried,… | /r/seduction | 02/11/10 03:05 AM
If a chick flakes, then how am I supposed to treat her when I run into her again? This happened to me just last week. I had set up a date with a girl I've been out with a few times before on a Wednesday. I hadn't talked to her for a solid week, so come Monday I send her a text asking what time she'd be ready on Wednesday, and didn't hear back from her. Waited till the day of our date and sent another text letting her know I hadn't heard back from her, and wanted to know what time she'd be ready. Still nothing. I call instead of text about 6-7 hours later, and it goes straight… | /r/seduction | 02/11/10 02:48 AM
How do you tell if a girl is "fake" or had plastic surgery on any part of the body, or just signs indicating such?Your link is broken my friend, when you enter text in the URL field, for a self post you just need to write "self," not "self.seduction." But anyway, here's a question for you, what does it matter if a girl has had plastic surgery? I mean, apart from being transgendered or something akin to it, what does it really matter if she has fake tits, collagen enhanced lips, or botoxed her forehead? If you find her attractive, you find her attractive, so who cares? | /r/seduction | 02/11/10 02:18 AM
