You could wear leggings with a longer sweater if you’re concerned about modesty or wear a tighter fitting sweater with the jeans! I don’t think baggy on top and bottom is a good idea. Men aren’t attracted to that

I really don’t think I’m going to end up doing this alone. Even though it’s a short amount of time I’ve known him he has a proven track record of being a devoted and responsible husband and father of 18 years. He’s 100% in this with me and I am with him. We both have learned from the past mistakes of our relationships and are committed to making this work. He did have a problem with online sexual activity that he viewed as porn but now he’s not even watching porn which I can tell because he had …

We met a little over 4 months ago. It was moving too fast for me at first but in reality I’m closer to 34 than 32 and I really wanted to try for 2 kids so there was a part of me that wanted a fast moving relationship because my clock was ticking. I just wanted to make sure the person I moved fast with was the best choice. He was also referring to another pattern where his ex got all the best new stuff and he would always get cheap stuff and hand me downs. This is referring to when I told him to …

Personally I can go 6 months between trims and gain waaaay more length then I could with regular trims and I do ok. This seems to be the consensus on r/longhair too
/r/RedPillWomen14/07/22 02:18 AM

Don’t cut or trim for 6 months. Your hair will be ok and you’ll gain a lot of length. I also learned to trim myself since the hairdresser takes too much off. Mrs. Midwest had a good tutorial on this but it was in a vlog I can’t remember which. All you have to do is bring your hair to the front, half on each side, pinch each half between your fingers and snip a bit off and it actually comes out even.

So I’m actually doing pretty well for myself. I used to make 6 figures doing massage full time at a 5 star hotel. Now I have more clients then I can handle and I also make $35/hr doing house cleaning and care giving. But I work part time due to my disability. Usually I don’t have trouble making ends meet but one of my main clients went on vacation for over a month and I also went on vacation to Kauai and had quarterly taxes too so it was a rough month.

I would totally do it so long as you have enough savings (think 3 months) to cover your moving expenses back to your home state and living expenses to get you set up with a new should things go south. Maybe ask him if he’d be willing to contribute a lump sum into your bank account just as a buffer. He should totally be understanding as anything could happen, infidelity etc. I would also consider a part time job or side hustle/hobby that makes money to give you a sense of purpose and provide an a…

He said they just grew apart and their communication became toxic. I guess they were happy for a long time though. He does have 2-3 kids with her. I don’t know many details about it tbh cause we pretty much just met! He wants me to call him tonight so I think I’m going to say it’s moving to fast and I’m not ready to be acting at talking as if we are bf & gf and that I need 2-3 months of dating to evaluate things especially since his divorce isn’t final until next month. I signed up for a coaching program made by a therapist, called Love Life Hacks by Jourdan Blue. She has a dating hacks program and a relationship hacks program. Its based on attachment theory and getting to secure attachment. I think a combination of this with individual therapy is a good mix! Maybe see if you can find a therapist through your insurance so you only need a copay?

My step dad is 16 years older than my mom and in his early 70’s and they have a great marriage. While I don’t know the details of their sex life I know it happens. He’s still able to be active and is very healthy for his age. My dad is 18 years older than his wife and they have 5 kids they had while she was in her 20’s. They also have a very happy life so YMMV.

If I could go back honestly I wish I did something like accounting even though I’m not passionate about it, you can get a good paying job directly out of school. For me, I would just want to start my own bookkeeping business that I could do at home part time. That’s what I wish I did instead of a psychology degree that I don’t even have the means to finish anymore either!! Hope it all works out for you.

I’m pretty sure dietitians need to go to grad school to be licensed? Not 100% sure on that but I thought that was the case. I wouldn’t recommend grad school if you want to be a SAHM. It also is very science heavy, you have to be able to do multiple college level chemistry classes as long as you think you can handle that, as well as a long unpaid internship. I also wonder how easy it is to get part time work or move in and out of the field. Don’t want to get you down on it but I’ve considered it …

Thank you for this great advice! I agree that it’s a responsible thing for him to do to not introduce me to his kids, I know they mean the world for him and tbh him being a great dad is the hottest thing to me!!! Yeah my family discouraged me too and the vaccine requirements were one thing that held me back as well. Sadly I went to the opposite extreme and started pursuing a psychology degree with hopes of becoming a therapist which is soooo much school and debt. I think as long as you don’t do what I did you will be ok! You could also pursue something like early childhood education which will be hugely attractive to a man who wants a SAHM.

Nursing could be a good career with little or no debt since you can become an RN with an associates degree from a community college.. definitely what I wish I would have done. Then you can meet some handsome doctors :) plus male nurses who can make 100k plus if they pursue nurse practitioner careers.

I’d look into St. John’s wort, light box and daily cardio. Try the natural solutions before medication which can have a lot of bad serious side effects. Exercise alone is proven to be as effective as medication but once a week isn’t enough.

As a woman who’s a few pounds overweight, there are men who genuinely prefer this body type. I know because they tell me I’m perfect as I am and that they don’t like skinny women. But yeah, morbidly obese women are probably at a disadvantage.

Yes he’s the one from that post. He is currently having financial problems so he is not paying me at the moment. On the dating site he chose 3 different tags, one was emotional connection, one was friends and the other NSA. My tags were emotional connection, friends and romance so he saw that when he contacted me. We didn’t have that talk because I wasn’t sure what I wanted when I first met him either. You’re right about this. I think I have to go with man A because he is the one I love. It’s getting really hard to even be with man B and that’s not fair to any of us involved, which will also help man A feel more special. It’s definitely not just the financial provision that makes me love him, although it’s meaningful to me as my love language is receiving gifts which I explained in my dating profile. They aren’t old men they are 47 and 41 respectively. I’m almost 33. Unfortunately the disability amount I would qualify for wouldn’t be enough to live on anyways. The system sucks

These are really wise words thank you 🙏 part of my job as a SB is putting my very best foot forward so I’ll have to think about how I can show more sides of myself. You’re right, I hadn’t thought of that. It is a vulnerable situation to be in. I’d make sure at the very least we were in a stable BF/GF relationship before I make any plans to move in.
/r/RedPillWomen09/01/22 07:28 AM

This is all very sound advice. You’re right, I should be very cautious before I move in with either of them and make sure I’ve seen their not so good side before making any formal commitments. I hope the jealously wouldn’t linger too long as I’m sure once I chooses one of them I will forget about the others pretty quickly. Somehow through all this I’ve really preserved my ability to pair bond. Thanks!

Anyone who’s actually in the disability community knows that you will very likely be denied once, twice or even three or four times before they finally approve you. It’s a very shitty system that contributes to the homeless problem here in the US

I love Mrs. Midwest and have been following her since 2019. I think one of the biggest takeaways I got from her is her discipline in keeping her home clean. She literally doesn’t sit down until her house is tidy and makes sure to put her kitchen to bed each night. I follow her on Instagram too and always watch her stories. One my favorite stories of her said “tidying is just in your mind” and shows how she cleaned up her messy living room in 5 minutes.

Right now is a lonely time for almost everyone with COVID. I watch a lot of YouTube which keeps me company. I had a friend who was really overweight, the opposite of what a “good body” would be considered and she never failed to find a boyfriend through dating apps and I wouldn’t even consider them low value, just normal guys. What she had was a great personality and a lot of self love and confidence. You shouldn’t have an issue finding someone if you’re persistent.

Yeah, I’d probably rather be with a guy who’s ok talking charge and making the first moves. Asking me out first, calling & texting first, telling me he likes and loves me first. I’m pretty old school in this regard. I told him that too so who knows. Modern dating is kind of a different ballpark but I’m not that interested in participating. Seems a lot more stressful to me.

I second getting professional help. It sounds like your first time was traumatic because you got drunk and were taken advantage of. Do you think you would count this as borderline assault/coercion? This happened to me before and it was very traumatic. That type of manipulation is taken seriously by sexual assault agencies (there’s a network of them so likely one in your area) and they could provide you with free counceling, including trauma therapy like EMDR.

I actually think you look rather average and even pretty. I wouldn’t call you unconventional at all and I’m honestly a pretty harsh critic. I don’t see how your looks would affect your ability to make friends or get jobs... so many of your posts center around insecurity about your looks. I struggled with this myself. I think it’s a great approach you’re taking, although I’d like to be clear about my boundaries and then watch and see how respectfully they honor them. Mrs. Midwest speaks on this topic in her video in red flags and lists failure to respect physical boundaries as a red flag, though nearly all the men I’ve tried to set boundaries has crossed them. Ok, maybe I read that wrong. Still, I know of many instances of this where is not true. Check out Kian Tilton on YouTube. She openly had sugar daddies and sex for money and even she was able to get engaged with a high value handsome male while waiting for sex till marriage. Look at Megan Goode and her husband, Justin Bieber and his wife. Paul and Morgan on YouTube (not sure why people hate on them, I think they’re great.) Many born again Christians are not virgins but become “born again virgins”…

I just tried the sex kitten liquid eyeliner from Tarte and I love it! It lasts all day even though its not waterproof and the tip is thin but not too thin, so I think its well suited for beginners. I had the Elf pen before that and didn't like it nearly as much. The Tarte one is very much worth it and has clean ingredients for sensitive eyes as well. It just takes practice, although some may not be as good at having a steady hand and its a bit like art. Eye pencils and powders with an angled bru…

Are you diagnosed with Boarderline Personality Disorder or Bipolar Disorder?
/r/RedPillWomen22/05/20 09:41 PM

Adding to this conversation, I have no family history of autism, so it’s not genetic in my case. I’m sure the higher instances of autism based on genetics is comparable to having an older partner, even an older male partner. I recently learned that the chance of bipolar being passed on is only 20%, so I imagine the risk would be something like that.

I don’t feel discriminated in the dating market. I don’t even necessarily feel the need to expose it since it is so undetectable, even to mental health professionals. It mainly manifests as me having intense special interests, above average verbal skills, less need for social interaction and being a bit fidgety. Had it not been me having an aspie partner I likely never would of known.

She’s totally allowed to have a difficult time with her brother, but it seems unfair to categorize all autistic people as complete nightmares when that’s simply not the case.

The thing is, autism is called a spectrum disorder because there’s so many levels of severity and ways or expression. Spreading this kind of attitude is just perpetuating stigma. Nobody would be able to even tell that I have autism, thus I didn’t get diagnosed until I sought an evaluation for myself at 31.

I have a mild form of autism and life is definitely worth living for me. I want to be a mother and my aspie former partner / best friend also wants kids. I think it’s safe to assume you might be the primary caretaker but it is possible if it’s something you want. I don’t think you should let stigma hold you back.

I have personally seen four single mom friends, in their 20s with 2-3 kids, some from different dads end up marrying a quality guy. I think there’s truth that many men will be turned off by kids, but there are certainly enough men that are ok with it to not make my four friends experiences a statistical anomaly.

The wall is real but it’s not nearly the death sentence TRP makes it out to be. How hard you hit the wall depends on your genetics and lifestyle. For me, at around 30 I noticed a few more fine lines and a slight increase in skin texture. Most of this is undetectable unless you’re studying my skin up close like I would in a mirror. The truth is some men actually prefer to date women in their 30s due to their maturity, self awareness and compatibility of life stage. Just take a look on any online …

You can definitely still get married. I would say the majority of men don’t expect virginity and would be happy with a n-count of one. I also suggest a video made by Paul and Morgan, a Christian YouTube couple on this very topic. Morgan was not a virgin when she married Paul, although he had saved himself for marriage. Paul was able to forgive her past even though he has very strong Christian values and standards. They have a great marriage and so can you.

I am getting rid of jeans, shorts and T-shirt’s in favor of dresses, skirts and blouses. Trading sneakers for flats/heels and trendy accessories for classy, elegant and timeless pieces. Swapping my big ugly bedtime T-shirt’s for more feminine and form fitting pajamas. I’m 31 by the way, so the style evolution has been a journey for me. When I was 27 I started getting rid of much the clothes I got in the junior section. There is a nice consignment shop, Crossroads (maybe you have one like that ne…

I’ve been in semi nun mode since I was 29 (31 now) and I can say that it’s totally ok to take this time for yourself. You will feel and look better if you take the time to better yourself inside and out. I dated a couple guys during this period, so it was more on and off, but even then my focus and aspirations primarily remained on improving myself. I’m finally to a place where I feel like I will be ready to seriously date with the intention of marriage in a few months. Depending on your genetic…

I seriously dated a 25 year old when I was 28 and had plenty of younger guys trying to date me, so I don’t think it’s as big of a deal as you think. Figure out ways to preserve and enhance your youth and connect with guys in your target group. You may of had a few bad experiences but if your only 26, I doubt it has that much to do with age unless you are very prematurely aged.

I just edited my comment with the bit about cortisol. It sounds like for some reason you have some stubborn weight around your stomach which is the unhealthy kind of fat. I would look in to ways to decrease cortisol and lower stress. Maybe there is a food intolerance that is causing bloating?

I am 5’4 and currently weigh 136 pounds. This is not my ideal weight and my stomach also feels huge. I feel so much better at around 120 and my stomach is small and flat at that weight. I would definitely focus on weight loss before you consider surgery. I’ve been looking at intermittent fasting / keto and it seems like that can help with bloating and cravings. That’s a lot to squeeze in a one-two month nun mode. I am 30 and looking at nun mode for at least a year. I say take the time you need now to accomplish your goals and establish a great routine. Holistic anti aging and skincare is one of my greatest passions, so I have plenty of tips for you! I’ll break it up in 2 sections since I have a lot to say. Part 1: Beauty Tips and Tricks Sunscreen is your best friend. Reapply every 2 hours! I noted my favorites below. The mineral powder sunscreen is good in theory. Part 2: Perils of Med Spas and Invasive Treatments I tried the Allergen/Brilliant Distinctions/ breast implant / botox / TNS Eye Cream / chemical peel route, and came to the conclusion that Allergan is evil and all of their products lead to one problem after another, continuing the ever desperate anti aging spiral as a woman rapidly looses her looks, shelling out whatever she can and thus Allergans wallet continues to get fatter. My HG sunscreen was Juice Beauty tinted moisturizer. It’s zinc oxide spf 30 with vitamin c. I had a bad chemical peel last month, so the only thing I’m able to use now without my face burning is Elta MD UV 41 Mineral Shield. I have that kind of personality too, and it’s a deal breaker for some guys off the bat. Thats ok though! The right guy will love it, but I agree to try and keep it the extreme end of it (baby talk, super giggly and flirty) more for your guy than sharing it with ALL the guys. It’s ok to be bubbly, but try to ground yourself a little bit in public and when you’re on a first date. HA fillers seem somewhat safer than botox but I still know women who are injured from them. I am taking collagen peptides and HA supplements and finding success with that. I got an LED mask from Dr. Dennis Gross, it was on sale but they are pretty pricey. There are cheaper ones available, not sure how good they work. I plan on using it every day though, so it’s cheaper than going to an esthetician for LED treatment. It’s FDA approved for treating and preventing fine lines. Blue light from screen…

I strongly recommend against botox. Look up “Impaired Neuronal communication syndrome.” It’s possible for anyone. Also, there are studies showing it reduces sebum production which then increases fine lines. Paralyzed muscles sometimes don’t return and can cause atrophy, sometimes this spreads to the body. I got really sick from botox and it hurt my looks too. I am part of a support group for those injured from botox and fillers. Most women there are very sick and some permanently disabled. Some …
