This is the way. I would get sex from my wife once every couple of months. And it was a quickie. If I took too long she would hit me and tell me to hurry up. I’m not a small guy if you get my drift and I never got complaints from previous women. The only time I got it more often is when I spent $300+. I feel like the dumbest person in this situation. I had a dad in and out of life and when I would spend the summers with him he would take me to work for the Texas Attorney General child support division. Lawyer is playing it low key, stated a couple of times it doesn’t look good for my STBXW. Once she saw the body camera she knew my ex was trying to build up an arrest. Wtf that’s ridiculous. I’m just trying to say in the home as long as I can until the community property is split. Then I’ll find another house within a couple of miles. I’ll be grabbing the police report tomorrow from the records office and sending it to the lawyer. I find it weird that I have video footage of her riding with me Monday afternoon to pick up kids and then later that night you find a hidden camera and state you’re afraid for your life and I’ll kidnap the kids. Then you send me a text message today saying it’s okay for me to pick up the kids just bring them home because they have homework. I hope the courts see through this bullshit.

I was at work when the police were called. She then unplugged the modem/router so the footage wouldn’t record. She told her co-workers the police officer stated to her that this is a civil issue. I will try to put the router in the attic and hide the SSID.

We basically split the load with our kids. I have her on voice recorder that she now claims the 187 money was a Chris Rock joke which I never heard Chris Rock tell that joke. She never denied saying it though. She also has inappropriate text messages with her boss and they both are civil service employees. I’m the one that step out of the marriage but she has had he faults in the relationship as well.

Cameras are installed all over the house. Now she called the cops stating she’s afraid of me that I’ll kidnap the kids. She Unplugged my Wi-Fi internet so it didn’t catch the conversation. Police said it’s a civil matter and attorney said the same. But earlier today said it’s okay to pick up the kids.

Exactly this. I am in Texas. I knows she’s hit my 7y/o daughter because she’s urinated on herself. I have numerous camera footage of her ignoring my 1 year old son when he’s reaching for her and she just talking on the phone. And a whole bunch of footage of my son just standing 2 feet in front of a TV while mom is on the couch playing on her phone not engaged with him.

I’m sleeping in my office downstairs on an air pad. I work nights (off-night) so sleeping is very important to me. It takes me a good 5-10 mins to actually start to focus. I asked the lawyer about putting locks on my office door and the lawyer stated she wouldn’t do it as in the divorce petition it’s states the house needs to be completely accessible.

Absolutely, she had to sign in on my MacBook to backup her phone before she upgraded phones and I rarely used it until recently and a flood of messages came in from her boss and another gentleman she use to work with. The boss tells her to leave me, when to we need to pack his bags, making jokes about me, and also sending each other memes of happy bra-less day and memes of a woman in panties and no bra cooking breakfast saying “this is how I want to see my wife when I come home.”

Document already sent to lawyer on retainer. I’ve been negotiating but her reply’s are “I can’t support that figure without creating severe adverse impact on my childrens livelihood. If this is the hardline then we can proceed forward accordingly. If this is negotiable, I’d appreciate it if you could please provide a more reasonable figure.” She’s off my insurance, and valuables are willing to be accepted by family and locked away until this is over.

Her boss use to be her co-worker for about five years. Their department was split up and within the last year became her boss after about 6-8 months of separation. I mentioned that since he’s her boss now, the currently relationship seems inappropriate. She pretty much had a hissy fit and tried to tongue lash me about their friendship. I’ve thought about the potential false allegations and ordered a couple of wyze indoor cameras with SD cards. The wife said if this divorce goes contested then the court will make an order of protection against me. Told the lawyer that and he asked if there’s been any domestic violence which I replied no. He said she got some bad information then. He also stated as long as I’m on the deed she can’t kick me out.
