Okay fellas this might be a long one.

My STBXW and I are going through a divorce. STBXW states she "won't" refinance the house at a 7% interest rate currently 2.4% and the equity is about 200k. She "claims" she already contacted the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) department with her retirement but no one is reaching back out to her to give her details (270k in that plan minus 80k before we were married). I know she has another retirement plan and shares that she is hiding. Not worried as discovery will find that out. we're in a 50/50 community / no-fault state. I know my retirement is nowhere near hers.

She contacts me about a hidden camera she found in a living room and goes ape sh!t. I told her it was for my kids and my protection. She stated "protection against what?" I said, "My retirement money is 187 money." (a comment she made during our marriage). 187 is a police term for murder. My lawyer knows the cameras are up and when my STBXW took them down previously, the attorney said to put them back up. Attorney also stated that as long as the cameras are not in a bedroom/bathroom, you have every right to record because it's your home too. I also have proof that I was shopping for cameras back in early September as I bought them from local auctions before we were on bad terms. I was done texting her while I was at work and went to my car to retrieve my stethoscope (medical field) and my car throws my iPhone into driving mode, I'm not driving instead I'm in my car looking for my equipment.

Well, she sends me another message which I don't see but she gets an automatic message that I'm currently driving. She gets scared and upset (understatement) that she now calls 911 and tells dispatch I'm on my way home to do harm to her and kidnap the kids. Now I'm still at work in which I have no idea this is going on, 2-3 hours later the patrol car shows up at my home (I'm still at work). Officer tells her this is a civil issue and he can't do anything about it. The next day my lawyer talks to her lawyer and tells me she wants exclusive rights to the house and custody of my kids with an upcoming hearing on the 5th. I ask how long I have to move out and she states 14 days after the hearing. I'm like WTF? The weird thing also is earlier that day we rode together in my car to go get the kids from school and daycare. I videotaped the whole ride as this wasn't normal for her to ride with me, and even during a break when she got out of the car I talked to the camera saying this isn't normal and she might be planting something in my car. Even the next morning she didn't seem to be frightened that I showed up at the daycare to walk my kids inside with her.

After I get a heads up that the police came to my house unbeknownst to me and I start figuring out a way to get the police incident report. Got the report and it doesn't say much but a welfare check and it's a civil matter. I also paid for a request to see the body cam footage. Don't really know how long that will take. With all this info I sent it to my attorney.

It's like I'm on the verge of getting kicked out of my home with no recourse. There's no history of violence in our marriage, I help with all the chores, still picking up the kids, cooking, and helping them with homework and other activities. Just need some help fellas.
