STBXW called police monday night accusing me coming home to do harm to her and kidnap our kids.

Timeline: earlier Monday around 4pm we went to go pick up our kids from daycare and school. I videotaped the whole drive and at one point she got out of the car and I picked up the camera and stated to the phone I don’t know why she’s riding with me and I feel like she planted something in my car.

Later Monday evening I’m on camera getting ready for work and hanging out with my daughter until I leave.

Monday night STBXW finds hidden camera snooping around and tells me to take it down I tell her no and my lawyer tells me it’s okay to have the cameras up as long as their not in a bedroom. I head down to my car and my iPhone switches to driving mode but I’m just grabbing equipment. I also have cameras at my job that noticed I didn’t leave.

Wife then calls 911 stating she doesn’t feel safe and that I’m on my way home to do harm to her and kidnap our kids. Cop shows up 3 hours later and says it a civil matter. (Found on police report later)

Tuesday: I meet STBXW at daycare (6:30am) to drop off kids together. Daycare has cameras as I’m sure they can pull up the footage.

Tuesday afternoon you see me on camera in my living room playing with my son after picking him up. And then you see my STBXW come home and sit on the opposite end of the couch watching TV as a family.

Wednesday/Thursday A neighbor notifies me that cops were called to my home. I do the leg work and obtain the police report and it says it was a welfare check and a civil matter.

Me and STBXW had a conversation and she slips and let’s me know she called the police on Monday. She said she was crying, shaking, and distraught in front of the police officer. She also called her lawyer. Now my question is why did you stay in the house if danger was headed your way? Why didn’t you wake our kids out of a sleep and head to your parents who live 30 mins away or a hotel? Why the next day (Tuesday) you allow me to walk our kids with you inside the daycare? And later that day let me pick up our son from daycare if I’m such a danger?

I also paid to have the body camera footage from the police records department. Now I have a hearing schedule that she wants exclusive rights to the house and full custody. I’m definitely going to send the video evidence to the lawyer.

I also feel like I should ask for exclusive rights to the home and full custody for that stupid sh!t.
