Not necessarily. I'll still keep the core ideas in mind. Going off the wheel analogy, it's more like, I'm focusing too hard on building the perfect wheel with puncture proofing, shock absorbers, and whatever other shit modern wheels have, when I should just try it and learn from my mistakes.

Well, I wasn't borrowing specific phrases or lines, I was more employing the general techniques of having interesting conversation. Stuff like: tell a funny/weird story, disagree with her, joke, and teasing.

No, I'm not. Most white girls aren't that attractive by my standards.

Honestly, thanks for being supportive.

My school population is like half Asian though( STEM famous school). Also, I still don't get how I'm average looking, just looking around around and comparing myself to other guys.

She never called me a nice guy, I feel like I might be kind of a nice guy based on the definition I've read. I did do all those things btw.

friendly, as in lack of romantic interest. You were the one who said my interaction with the girl didn't seem to have enough romantic spark.

What should I do now? Push until I get a clear not-interested or give up?

By asking her out to do some sport, you hide a bit behind the activity Oh really? I had figured that an activity would make sure things don't get boring, since I read that boring is the biggest turn off.

What if I approaching at my college (like say at a gym, or at ballroom dancing club, or badminton club)? Does that still apply?

I've known her since grade 6, I still talk to her somewhat regularly.

Honestly, now thinking back, she does seem like the ladder type.

No, I've known her for a long time, much longer than I've even been trying to get a girlfriend. I still talk to her somewhat regularly, and I've only brought up introducing me to other girls once. Everything about dating is very nuanced to me since I've literally only been seriously trying for about 3 weeks, and not very dedicatedly at that mostly due to schoolwork. How would you go about building a social circle and meeting friends-of-friends? Most of my current guy friends only hang out with o…

I see, how explicit should I make my intentions? Like "I'd like to meet some of your single friends" or just "bring your friends so we can hangout together"?

Can I see it too?

Well, I've only been trying to get with girls for like 5 days so yeah I'm a complete amateur. Mind giving me a metaphorical slap? How and where do you get consistent hook ups?

I saw a trick where you suck in your cheeks just slightly for photos to have a bit of a hollow look, should I try that?

Thanks for the feedback. I'm actually 5'9" possibly 5'10" after some posture correcting but I keep skipping posture day(got to remind myself to not do that). Should I put my height in my bio since I'm under 6 feet?

Yeah, maybe, would you say I'm attractive though? Edit: why am I being downvoted? I genuinely want a review on my facial attractiveness.

You mind linking a few pictures of haircuts you think might fit?

Thanks, though there's nothing super badass about running head first into a rearview mirror as a kid lol.

I see, how about my face? Would you say there's anything unattractive about my facial structure(besides my busted up eyebrow, I can just draw that on with a marker)?

Btw, do you think there's anything unattractive about my facial structure (besides the busted up eyebrow from when I was 6)?

I know, I'm working all of those right. I think chest is also nice, right?

Just wondering, what do you guys think of my facial structure? I failed recently at a nightclub. Is there anything unattractive about my face?

I mean, I suppose all marriages start off as dates but I also don't think marriage statistics are quite the same as for online though. Looking at the old Okcupid stats, we're actually not the lowest ethnic group but we're not exactly doing super good either.

Well, what should I do? Nightclubs clearly aren't for me. How should I go about getting casual hook ups then?

How bad are we talking about? I've heard some people say it's not a huge hurdle to cross while others are calling it the Great Wall of China. I do know I'm at a disadvantage.

Yeah, I've been told I look good for Asians, the problem is, whether it's good enough to actually compete. I've come to learn that everything's a competition.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
