I do agree with that, calling shows more effort. However, in an age where "do u wnt 2 do sumthn?" is the average text, getting a a paragraph as a text back shows some too. Plus, because it is a bit less intimidating, using the right words can get something out of them a bit earlier on than on the phone or in person. Because they aren't face to face can brush things off easier. It has it's advantages, if you can master them and combine them with the type of girl. I still like doing things in pers…

So basically, it depends on the age of the girl for the effectiveness of the text. If you're going for someone under say, 22? The younger they are or more immature, should we say, the more valuable your word smith skills are. I'm almost twenty, and talk to girls 18-21.
