No not yet. We have a few things we want to get done before marriage. And even then, we are so chill that it will just happen when the time is right. We enjoy each other so much that marriage is more of a bonus rather than a requirement. Which is nice to feel that way for once.

Not yet. We are in no rush. We both have been in relationships where we got caught up in the nuance of it. We prefer to just accept marriage when it feels right, versus being bored and wondering what the next step is. It's the first time I honestly don't feel a need to engage in it.

I work part time and volunteer on occasion. The rest of the time I indulge in my hobby. I am very active, but my schedule is flexible enough to manage the relationship without sacrificing anything, which is how I would want it.

Thanks for the encouragement! And haha, I noticed, based on my history, then when I claim to be taken, I get no inboxes from men. But if I mention I am single, they flock out like its harvesting season. But regardless, it wouldn't mean much to me, luckily :)

I appreciate the heads up :) But we have already experienced a taste of life happens, and luckily we smoothed right through it. We are both very communicative. So hopefully in the future, when life decides we haven't had enough curve balls, we will continue to hit them like no big deal. We both know a relationship is a team effort, not a perfect ending. The perfect ending can be claimed once we are in our older years. Until then...we will continue to work together. But thank you for the advice. …

Glad to see you here! And no problem. He owns the house. Literally and metaphorically. If my hamster has ever tried to spin, he literally says, "____, cut the shit. You know you're emotional. I care for you, but I will only talk to you when you are sensical." He also calls the shots monetarily. He calls me out on being AWALT/spinning hamster. He basically calls me out on anything. I have learned to just agree, and say woops! (over half the time I didn't realize it) and he just thinks it's cute t…

a man will not love you just because you make his life easier That is very true. But it also can be a beautiful thing. I make my SO's life so much easier. I compliment his life. He comes home from a stressful job, and is still surprised at how stress free I make this house. Sure, a maid could do that. But I personalize it. I know what scotch he likes. I know what food he likes. I know what temp he likes the house. I know when to give him space. I know when to offer a BJ or tell him I am horny. I…

Here is the thing to remember - when a man is in alpha mode, pussy is everywhere. Getting laid becomes as easy as it is for a woman with tits. Sex becomes a lot less meaningful. Sure, it's fun, but it's not fun collecting notch posts...because you could do it whenever you wanted. An alpha male will think the same. If you are attractive enough, that's all you need visually. But keeping him goes to a deeper level. You have to be more than a hot chick. You have to be worth his time. He values that,…

I want to share it so bad! I am always in awe that we met on Reddit. Soon I am going to buy a scrap book, print out our first messages, and document it. It's just too random to not do something like that! Maybe I'll post a story soon! I am so excited to see it get good remarks thus far :D

I've learned with men that when they say they are happy and over it, they mean it. As in, don't make a fuss about it. Just drop it. Men respond to actions, not words. And in this case, the only action that will prove you are sincere, is next time he goes out, you don't even make a hint of fuss about it, tell him to have a good time, and when he gets home you give him a BJ or something. THAT will tell him you were sincere. And until then, act like nothing happened and move on. If he brings it up,…

I don't think you need to even debate that topic. It's common sense. I also don't think anyone here is saying they're all on board and can't wait for their after party. As a matter of fact, I have yet to see one of them actually say that it's completely normal and not disgusting. Everyone was just saying it makes sense. Just because something makes sense doesn't mean it's right. We're just saying that it borders on edge, that in some cultures, people walk on. We know in this country that a 15 ye…

Nope. Happily in an LTR. And you can't debate when you can't even be reasoned with. You said all I do is assume? Yeah well guess what, your assumption that condoms are readily available...now I'm the one laughing. In my hometown, that's not a real thing. I don't think you have an ego. I do think that you have no form of reasoning. You won't even let the other side speak. You let them type, and then regurgitate quotes they said with one liners that don't even address the argument, but rather atta…

Will it make me a better debater if I just assume everything about everyone? it certainly would help if you didn't have tunnel vision. You're on the wrong forum. Also, anyone raised in the west was raised under feminism. To deny that is to deny truth, which is what you do. You are someone that gets stuck on something and will refute everything around you, even if that means just turning the argument around with never even having had addressed the original issue. You argue like a feminist. And th…

Any guy that would gets a red flag placed on his forehead and I will watch him so I can know if I need to call the cops or not. You keep saying "this is not what this about". When yes, in fact, it is. None of us want a 15 year old to marry and fuck a 39 year old. But it happens, so we try to reason why it does so we can keep our 15 year olds away from that mess. We can't j…

I think the question is the maturity of the human, and how it doesn't peek until after 18. Some are more mature than others at 16, but in truth, they are not ready for modern real world applications. Our bodies mature quicker than our culture allows our real world capabilities to mature.

This is simple. For a woman: Her man needs to be responsible, mature, reliable, a provider, masculine, rugged, etc. For a man: She needs to be hot enough to bust a nut in her. And then responsible enough to raise children. Biologically, men are faced with more qualifications that need to be met with than women are when seeking in a mate. But that makes sense. Women have the burden of selection. Men can bust a nut in a different chick every day. But a woman is pregnant for 9 months. She has to be…

I disagree. With the right dynamic, a woman will respect you and value your vulnerability. If she doesn't, then she is a full blown idiot that hasn't realized that all people are people. The key is to let these moments out while within frame. As in, be constantly aware of when you need to reel in and say you are done and will discuss it later. It tells the woman she just received a moment she should cherish, not take for granted.

I'm too much of a sucker for these things. I would still support the kid. If I were divorced, I'd accept the freeing up in my income spending and use that towards the child. I just know how much an adoptive child needs the love. I would still give it, and be happy that they have some form of loving home, even if it is a little weird. I'd probably go to court and fight the rights of the child too, depending on the circumstances = ie, if I didn't work too crazy of hours a week, if the husband turn…

I'm going to copy and paste a previous post I made to a similar question, since I feel this is something that needs to be taught more: Going full alpha mode will only get you laid and a plate or two. Try that in an LTR? No, you'll just be called a dick after a year or so. Ah - this. This right here. You can have the cock of a god, but if all you do is pump and cum...she will still feel unsatisfied. As a woman...I feel like I can confirm this. It's how we are treated during sex that gets us off. Just play it off like, "You're just so attractive I couldn't help myself...but you're still not allowed to go anywhere...because I am not done with you." Orgasming early doesn't ruin anything for a woman. And if it does, buy a dildo and learn to work her. All women just wa…

Right now the concept of it being misogynist is prominent because it is gaining momentum. And with that, a lot of anger phase is coming out. Mix that with the few veterans in here who are bitter with women, and it can often come off pretty harsh. Constantly berating women from these specific men is giving it a momentarily negative taste. Most recently I have seen a lot of hatred towards women, calling them all sluts, commenting that they good for nothing but plating, they are useless past 30, et…

Sounds like you have a stable women on your hands that doesn't fall into normal, naggy female stereotypes. Sharing an LTR or wife/husband is nothing more than an expression that both parties just aren't into each other. Sure, they may care, but they aren't there for the love at that point. They are either there for religion, societal pressures, or material gains. Any chick willing to share you outside a threesome doesn't view you as something worth fighting for. She values something else in you more than your bond with each other - ie, your status, wealth, stability, or she just plain doesn't care an…

I agree that people should lead whatever sex live pleases them. However, I don't agree that polygyny would be a fix for anything. Women don't like to share. Being alpha doesn't automatically turn her into an idiot that forgets she didn't liked to share in the first place. Any woman complacent with sharing a man is not after his companionship. She is either after his money, stability, status, or simply doesn't care about him. That's why this type of relationship doesn't usually thrive unless reli…

I remember, being a hormonal teenager, that I definitely had times where I was difficult. But all teens are that way. My dad never had to yell at me. He had this look and this tone that made my blood stop sometimes, because I realized he was pissed and would be willing to come down harsh in that moment if he wanted. He would often remind me that when I am 18, I can do whatever I want. But until then, this is his house. He pays the bills. I only have clothes because of him. I only had supplies fo…

Aside from the obvious - she is a stripper, she begs and asks for money for a living - let's go in the opposite route. She could be totally serious. Strippers are humans too, and at some point they also like to date. No one likes to be lonely. But, I haven't really known a stripper to being the best LTR material. Meaning, she could be serious, but it will be a RP bullet point list of AWALT traits. The downfall - well...you didn't exactly meet her under the best circumstances. More than likely sh…

So much this. If the relationship was great, but timing was off, then that's not a bad sign at all. That's just two people needing to settle in their life before merging into another's. Some are patient with this, and some are not.

Who gives a poop. This chick is entitled. She is what RP doesn't respect. If someone can't respect others and be happy for them, then they are suffering somewhere in there. I don't know why RP struck a cord with her, but something happened in her life that annoyed her and it ran in the vein of RP. And instead of being mature, she decided to stick it up her butt and feel entitled to this opinion. Prejudice against these choices don't affect me. I know I am happy, and that's all that I need. "the biggest day of your lives" That's the key though. It's not really. Every day should be the best. If you have kids, it will be the best. You might go on a vacation and have a day more romantic than your wedding. Your 25th anniversary might be your happiest. Not particularly. I'm sure things would be easier if I were. That's not good. Not criticizing you or shaming you in anyway - you can't help attraction - but that's your problem. Nothing else is. You can't get horny if you aren't attracted. If you are really attracted to him, then you shouldn't need a day to plan for sex. You should see a marriage counselor. Nah, women are compassionate. We are by nature. We are meant to raise children. And thus, we are intrinsically inclined to be compassionate. However, understand, that this is directed towards our children. Not our spouse. Love is complicated. When entering a relationship, we either enter full submission or withhold some form of our self. Most women will withhold, naturally, as most men will too. When we find someone that is masculine, our tendency to let go is on hyper drive. We love when men ta…

I hate to admit to it - I may even get downvoted- but who cares. It's the internet. Most women are married to a beta bitch. If she senses an alpha, her vagina tingles like no other. Just remember that when you enter full alpha mode- you'll get a lot of CC bitches coming at you for stability. They crave the masculine energy. Most women willing to plate are either cheating, or are so early into the CC they don't even know what's happening. Most chicks are not down for sharing, so if she is, she is either cheating, or so pre-wall that she can't even imagine the post-wall life.

It's because women now have to adhere to a sexy image - which is the antithesis of feminism. They'll complain as if it will save their lives, or something. In reality, if a man resorts to fucking a robot...it's probably because natural women suck ass. If she was awesome to begin with, then sex robots wouldn't even be a thing.

My partner is always vocal on his appreciation for how I am - which goes back to my dad. Don't mis-understand...my mother is also red pill. You're living with a chick that you don't have any control over - ie, she is not a plate nor an LTR. But she still has a hamster that loves to spin. Hamsters get fit as fuck around alpha personalities, because they always spin to find shit tests to test his leadership. However, where a guy roommate would just apologize, get his shit sorted out around the house, women won't. They are spoiled and entitled. They are used to using baby voices and puppy eyes to get away with things. When this is met …

You're not special. And the world does not revolve around you. The whole "prize" mentality is simply to ground you when approaching women. It's so you don't forget your time is valuable. Not in a cocky way, but in a true sense. Everyone's time is valuable - to them. The idea is spewed out because guys tend to give a lot in relationships, and that gets taken advantage of. A part of becoming strong in your identity is learning to be happy while being alone. It's not to propel you into a life of loneliness, but it helps prevent developing oneitis since you eventually develop an ability not to be desperate for other people's attention. You become more stable (thus desirable to women) and become less dependent on others for happiness (so when your woman is getting on your nerve, you don't break down to beta mode to keep her, but rather develop a natural dread game of…

Often times, in relationships, people confuse love with attachment. More than likely you just miss the familiar company, hence attachment. That attachment to having a familiar face in your life can keep a lot of relationships chugging along that were meant to crash long ago. Sounds like you're just lonely. My partner did that for a while until we met. And it's worked great for him. He continued his career and monetary value until we met, and now we have a plan for the future. I support him and take care of the home while he works his butt off establishing who he is so we can raise a family one day. Don't make…

Yeah, the ex thing was just the hamster finding a male that she knew would respond. His GF is desperate for male attention. It wasn't right by any means, but today we are horrible with communication. If I were OP, I'd tell her she's damned lucky her ex didn't show his face. And that next time she asks for his comfort, she can keep it, because OP is out. But OP should show a side of understanding, admit that he knows that she sought comfort in someone she knew would give it (since she was lonely)…

I agree. It's more than disappointing. Although, the look on their face when you don't give them the time of day is priceless. In that one moment they question everything, and will never forget that cold shoulder. As a chick (I only reference this when applicable), I notice this more than guys do, I think. I interact with these females on a different level. I date dudes, so I only friend women. Ergo, I hear the real shit that goes through their mind. But since most chicks suck today, in college …

I think this should be a top post worth consulting frequently. We often forget that we are a society that puts pressure on a woman's looks, while men feel an almost heavier burden to be successful. It goes back through our DNA - women attracted a mate by being attractive. Her success was derivative off of that, and then followed by her ability to be a mother and a wife. A man's sole contribution to his family was providing. If he failed, he literally could kill the family by not ensuring there w…

This. So much this. If a woman ages gracefully, she exits her 'sexy era' that her husband thoroughly enjoyed and enters an entirely new one of sophistication, wisdom, and beauty in her own light. The CC culture forgets that there is power in that, and just wave their feminine youth around like a bug net trying to catch as many lightning bugs as possible. Social media, I would argue, did a lot of this damage. Hopefully the few RP women left will prevail, marry good RP men, and continue a lineage …

The entitled bitchhood that has formed is truly an annoyance. As much as I wished this was mostly made up, I know it's not. I had many situations like this happen in college as well. I just learned to walk away and leave them in the dust. No female is going to waste my time if she behaves like that.

to invisible within a decade. I think one's visibility is up to them. At that age, you are liberated from sexual attention and can now do other things with yourself, while still being a sharp dresser and hitting the gym, so you don't have to go down hill with looks. You're not sexy as you once were, but that doesn't mean you can't hold pride in yourself. For both genders, mind you. Sounds like this lady just decided to focus on family and grandkids instead. Women that climbed any ranks because o…

Nah. That's not fully correct. If you continue to act like all you want to do is fuck her, she's going to think that's all you want. It will confuse her. And she will put you out of serious LTR material. Don't push that stuff. If she acts like a hoe when you first meet - sending nudes, wearing a mini skirt to the first date with her boobs spilling out of her shirt, touching you in ways that only a person skilled at sleeping around would - then you have your signs on if she's a slut. If she dress…

I disagree. There is a truth to looking in the right places for anything in life. Your surroundings influence you. If you only hang out at clubs and meet people on Tinder...you're going to feel disconnected from life. Everyone will become a shallow, ruthless asshole to you. If you remove that from your life, spend your energy on hobbies, sports, being around good friends, going to the gym, cutting out the negativity, etc. then your life will see improvement. It's like when a philosophy becomes a dogma - all free thinking is gone and everyone keeps jumping on one bandwagon to the next. Right now the bandwagon is AWALT and Unicorns don't exist (in reference to chicks that are LTR material. Not your perfect little princess that isn't AWALT. Dude when you have it all, as he claims, it can feel very lonely at the top. And that feeling is very real. And left to fester, it can consume someone. Don't doubt the severity of one's problems. Yes, he shouldn't be this depressed over it, but in a culture where we value money over love, and where women seem to be more promiscuous then men...it can hit someone pretty low. I truly agree a lot with this. I think, in the end, you just need to do both. Keep looking in the right places for a good woman, but don't hinge your happiness upon it. Find happiness within yourself, while always being aware, and then you'll be in a much better place of dating. It's like trying to dance with someone when you have never danced on a dance floor. You gotta look for women outside of the hookup culture. No woman found on Tinder will be worth any LTR time. Join a sport. Take a dance lesson. Eye a few girls at the gym that you can talk to. Find a new hobby. Join a class. Keep yourself out there, but do it in environments where people aren't solely there to get laid. Visit Red Pill Women. I would also proffer up that if she truly seeks a real LTR, she is going to grow agitated in your relationship dynamic. She wants something from you that you won't give/taking longer than she is comfortable with. It's going to make her make more "mistakes" because she is frustrated, but doesn't know what to do. And being younger, she is going to be less mature in her reactions. Some women don't want to be plated for forever, and truly want to grow into something more. Keep that in mind with her,…

a ho's Exactly. A hoe. You have to realize the type of woman you are referring to. Don't let the loose, slutty ones get under your skin. That is literally pointless. You would never make that hoe a LTR. You would only plate her. So her POV on things should never matter. The whole thing is you learn to take advantage of the hoe, as she admits how to take full advantage of her. If you are looking to LTR a woman like this, then that's your fault, not her's.

I think the key here is an alpha can validate a girl however he wants. The difference between him and a beta is the alpha's validation is limited and conditional. If the chick gets too spoiled/becomes annoying, the validation immediately stops. A beta doesn't stop. They keep going until his validation begins to even annoy the girl.

I'd argue that the fact that TRP focuses so much more on plates instead of LTR that the community can often come off negative and strong. With plates it is ill wise to let emotions get involved. For LTR you have to. But this subreddit doesn't discuss LTR stuff except for every now and then, meaning it's easy to get the wrong impression. It also doesn't help that there are some people here that are burnt out by women, thus creating an atmosphere of angst that takes some of the teachings a little …

Whether you viewed yourself as an orbiter or not, that's how she viewed you. Hell, she might not even know that she viewed you as that. But her reaction says it all. She wanted you for validation. A lot of girls take any male attention as validation that they are hot shit. Males and females don't make the best friends unless sex is off the table from the get go. Otherwise, someone is always thinking on the lines of romance - whether it's positive or negative.

Social media prevents a lot of us from letting go of partners. Get rid of her friends on your social media. You're being forced to think about her when you don't need to be. We often can have a terrible time getting over an ex when we never truly stop seeing/interacting with them. I argue that virginity is not the key. Finding a woman who has a history of LTRs is. Now that means not 10 men...but the true 1-3 guys, depending on her age, and were all serious boyfriends with serious intentions. Virginity doesn't mean much. Sure it might help bind a woman to man a little more, but it is not, at all, what makes her stay. That is in the man's hands, and in the personality of the woman - not her V card. People cheat when they aren't satisfied in a relationship. And they also cheat when they are too ignorant to realize that communication can solve a lot of issues. When someone isn't satisfied, they go into selfish mode and don't care about the other, because they are now in emotional neglect. So the key here is - no, if your woman is happy, mature, and you two practice communication, then you'll be fine. And keeping her happy will be solely dependent on who she is. A majority of chicks don't wan…

I've dated none - but being literally attached to a vagina, and thus a hamster, I understand more than any man that dates a women, what a woman feels. Thats like me going to a female friend for advice on dudes when I had a dude friend that was literally from that mindset. Truth is women want love - they just feel the same constraints as men do. I'm pretty sure I know how a woman's mind works compared to a man's perspective. I literally live it every day. And I accept it's bullshit. Which is why …

Ha! Yup! In hindsight, a lot of things are obvious. But in the moment it's so confusing and obscure. I'm trying to apply that to today - when I feel confused or unsure, to recognize there is an answer and to not worry so much. One day this will seem silly. It's helped a lot with taking things less seriously.

As a chick that used to think in that vein - hardcore mind you - all my friends did as well (we often talked about why men are whores) and it's held pretty true that this is a universal thing being discussed in most female group circles. Women get over it though eventually. And the ones that don't are best to be avoided. Good luck with RP!

Ah- the challenge all post-college students face: What the fuck happened to my social life? I've noticed so far through colleagues/groups you hangout with. Everything at this point is an effort. There's no "party happening at Joe's tonight" anymore. It's all organized down to what shoes people are wearing (not true, but I hope you get the point. There's usually more structure involved). But that makes sense. Real life sucks free time away, thus parties are infrequent. Your group of friends will …

A lot of women out there now are equipped to work full/part-time. Make enough that you could support a family. Even if at minimal, that is going to be enough to attract a vast majority of chicks. If she works, then it will only help. I'd honestly say that 100k-150k is where you want to be at one day. With or without dual income...if you want kids, that is. Without kids, this can be lower, as money spreads easier.

Women mature as much as they're going to at 18 I'm not so sure about this. That's a very far fetched statement. Most women come to maturity in their early - mid twenties. 18 year olds could go in any direction. Because they're 18. Culture is evolving to allow children to mature slower. Go back 100 years and your statement is true. But many, many women go to college at 18 - prolonging maturation. Becasue all high schoolers go to college. So that mentality is maintained for many. When a woman hits…

You're not trusting her - you're cynical. The RP guide says not to come out with your gender, but I feel like this one time where it's actually relevant. As a female (I know, I sinned), I have the same damn struggle with men. I was worried, all the time, that no matter what I did, I would get cheated on. Because men are men. And men are pigs. And because all a woman is is a trophy. And I got cynical. It wasn't in my nature. I hate being negative. In my current relationship, I had the same feelin…

There is no guideline to this. It's however much time you want. Once you begin to grow jealous, you know you're giving her too much time/actually developing real LTR feelings for her. If that never happens, then you two are just two really awesome friends that also fuck each other. But the chemistry for romance is missing, which means be very cognizant of keeping jealousy purged. If you can do that, then eat that up while it's still being served.

You're with a chick who has a history of sleeping around. Of course you're worried. Either be the alpha this chick needs, which if she sleeps around, that means extra attention to alpha attitude, or just accept that she like to play the field. Best of luck to you.

She is legitimately confused as to why men like to sleep around. Just like RP tries to figure men out, women do the same with men. A lot of women wonder this often, and genuinely believe a man would choose multiple women over one if given the choice. She is doubting the opposite gender based on a bad experience, same as men do when a woman goes AWALT. And so she shit tests anyone willing to listen. Because she wants validation that this is an action that is not practiced by all men. Leave it alo…

She isn't happy with her relationship. She was attracted to you. She's clearly looking for a replacement (it's college, people are still learning about themselves and what they want) and she's making sure you don't play league. Is it serious? No. She's just trying to feel better about herself. And wondering if other guys play league like her BF, to see if she's judging against him fairly. You are trying to swim in a pool that's already full. Keep her in orbit but don't take her seriously.

They do, in truth. Some women break the female molds, as is with everything. There are always exceptions. But women are nurturers, and men are leaders. Men, on the surface, have all the power, as leaders often do. But feminists forget that there is power in being the supporter/nurturer, which is in their nature. In an ideal relationship, a woman truly makes a man strong if she does her job in supporting and taking care of him. That there is power, and feminists for some reason decided that that …

Same can be said with women. If a woman gets fat, sometimes even when she ages, a man leaves her. Or if she becomes lazy and no longer herself. Both parties are not conditional with their love. However, that's not a bad thing. Because that means both sides need to always work on being the best versions of themselves. That's why they fell in love in the first place. However, over time, a bond is built that creates a form of unconditional love. We need to teach our kids that bonding love is built.…

I see it happening to a friend in real life where he is struggling with how far to go with RP ways. But that's a part of learning. As long as everyone gets through the bitter stage, I think they'll all be alright. Truth of the matter is everyone has the capacity to get bored and leave. From both sides, I'd argue. But in a way, that's what makes a strong marriage so strong- if you accept that, then both parties will work hard to maintain their value, which will always excite the other. And over time that will create a bond that approaches unconditional love. I have seen it, up close and in person. That's why screening your partner is so important. VS models are more than likely not going to make the best wives/mothers. A part of having the perfect sexual strategy is to be so pleased with yourself that your confidence takes over your charm and you no longer have the try that hard. The most confident/happy people have no time impressing others - there's no need. They're already happy. And that's alluring, to both genders. With TRP you need to be careful not to be too hostile when you really think you're being Mr. Suave. Women are people too, contrary to what some think. Most are conniving but there do exist genuine ones. Everyone has been late to something. You'll know if she seems legit about being sorry/was truly held up with something out of her control. Red pill is not a rule book. It's a philosophy. Do whatever the hell you want. As long as you don't lose your identity in staying in their orbit and are using them just as much as they use you, then I see no issue. Take advantage of that system. And when they look to you for more than sex, drop them like a fly. They won't ever see it coming.

Just sounds like you two aren't a match. It happens. I'd say nip it in the bud before you spend too much effort. Some people just don't blend well in the bedroom. At least you've got others to enjoy sex with. Depends on how much you want to keep her around.

And there lies the complication to the military - you work for them. Never for yourself. It's a risky game. I was fortunate that what I was about to do was a heavily needed job - and terribly hard to fill - at the time, and with a high enough ASVAB, they would have been misusing he opportunity to fill the position. But I got lucky and had connections to IT work. Someone I knew was high in the ranks of IT and supplied me with a job (no training in it, but have an aptitude for it) and so I took th…

If you're looking for a hookup, it's just made your life a hell of a lot easier. If you're looking for anything serious to abound from there....that's like using a spoon to cut a steak. You can't missuse tools and complain about it. Sounds like this guy could handle tinder very well and collect many plates. If he's hoping for a girlfriend...well...he's going to be cutting at that steak for some time.

If it's a plate - you don't need much. You're rotating them out anyway. If it's a partner you seek, then of course. Why is that even a question? Do you seriously want to be with someone, for potentially the rest of your life, if you two only have two things in common? My partner and I spend a ton of our time together. Not because we are forced or are dependent on one another, but because our hobbies happen to be the same. We end up bonding a ton over them. We have separate hobbies too, but they …

Honestly - don't bother using Tinder unless you plan to avoid a LTR. Tinder is a joke. If she is pushy, then she either wants your attention/is fat and desperate/or is just looking to have fun over the phone and won't actually commit to seeing you (kind of the same as attention seeking.) Don't take Tinder seriously. Unless you just want to get laid. If that is that case, just meet up with the chick regardless and feel her out.

I don't know if that's AWALT or just someone being treated like shit and ditching the dead weight. Same thing men do when their wife is a bitch, unless that's classified as AWALT behavior for a man as well

Not every chick is the same. Yes, women love strong assertive men, but they still aren't the same. It's similar to how all straight dudes love boobs. Boobs won't make them come crumbling down and worship the woman...but if she shows of her boobs...well then that's going to at least distract him for a moment. She might genuinely not like the alpha thing. I know a few chicks who just don't respond to it. Just like I know one guy who doesn't like to lead in the relationship. People are varied. It's…

Just maintain frame. She's probably unsure as to where this is coming from, and her hamster is spinning on multiple wheels of scenarios. I don't know why you can't be honest with her if it's a good relationship - tell her you entered a new way of thinking about how to be a better man, and so you are doing things that make you happy and feel good. Tell her it's how relationships maintain themselves - both parties do what makes them happy and up-kept. She's either on board or she is not. It would …

Scaling back commitment might be harsh. He agreed to a relationship with her - why break that commitment because of a moment of dis-respect? That's what men complain about all the time with women - they see a moment of weakness in their man and are off on the CC. Can't do the same thing and complain about it at the same time. What OP needs to do is set the boundaries. Clearly set the boundaries. Obviously his GF thought sex was a bargaining tool. Whatever, don't punish her harshly for it, ie go …

I've not known a healthy marriage/partnership where it wasn't 50/50. If it's none committal, then yeah, it's YOU in charge. But when you agree to be a team, it's 50/50. And 50/50 is defined differently in every relationship. As long as both parties are giving in pre-arranged ways, then that's what matters. No one should be fully "in-charge". This isn't a parent/child relationship. It's an adult/adult thing. One usually wears the pants, but for a healthy relationship to work, the one in the pants…

Dating strategy broken down to simplest terms: Women = the hotter the chick, the more chances she has of getting in his bed that night. Bitch or not, if she is a 9 or 10, she has high chances of getting laid. Men = Looks no where near as important. Personality and charisma. Confidence, confidence, confidence. A woman wants to sleep with a leader, not a follower. That's why most powerful men aren't that attractive and still sleep around - they don't have to be. They just need to be a leader. Once…

Well, I guess it all depends on what you want to accomplish. I was eyeing the airforce when I had no idea what to do with myself. The military is truly a good option for wanting to figure things out. I know a lot of lifers that love it. I know people that hate it. It's all about finding the right job. So onto that - I was going to join the AF for crypto linguist. I was planning on doing government work once outside the military. Things changed though, so that's not my plan anymore. But the point…

MOS is basically what your actual job in the military is. MOS is a term the army uses. Some branches use different code for that. So a mechanic, a pilot, a doctor, infantry, etc. It's just basically being a part of a large machine - each piece has a purpose and a name. Hopefully I explained that clearly!
/r/askTRP

Join the military. Be careful with your MOS because that can steer you toward a great or crappy time in the army. It will give you free schooling, a place to live, nice income, a direction for yourself, and chicks love men in uniform. You also get a chance to travel the world, depending on your MOS. Be smart and picky about that decision - choose something applicable to civilian life or you're making yourself even more bottle-necked to a certain job.
