Electrolytes can be easily tested. For example sodium and potassium are easily tested for on metabolic panels.

If you have a primary care physician I would suggest scheduling an appointment and request blood work. Alternatively many labs allow you to order your own blood work but they don't provide any interpretation of results so you would want to take those results and go see your doctor to discuss them. A common set of panels to order would be CBC, CMP, testosterone panel, PSA (if you're 40 or older), and a urinalysis. If you want something more specific you should discuss that with your doctor.

I try not to post to much here since it a lady's space but I had a good story relating to this. A young co worker of mine was dating a guy and all was well at first. I saw a picture of them that immediately made me question the nature of their relationship because of the mismatch in attractiveness levels. He was way outside her league. As time went on she discovered he was cheating (no surprise to me) and then she found he kept on cheating with other women despite his constant sweet talking her …

I mean this respectfully but the vast majority of men are going to see this profile and their eyes are going to glaze over immediately. The reason is because they have read this same profile description many times over. I have read a variation of this profile type so many times I can't even count it. Most men are not going to be attracted to "I want to travel, travel, and more travel". Most men that are looking for something long term are looking to put down roots and not waste time and money tr…

Ahh I see. For test strip tracking I would look into the Premom test strips and they have free app that lets you track each test strip and compare them over time. The LH test strips will help you narrow down exactly when your ovulating if you feel like you are irregular.

Just FYI there is basically zero research done on the topic of using expectorants like mucinex to help you get pregnant. Is there a reason to believe you may have trouble conceiving? Do you have irregular cycles? Have you been diagnosed with PCOS or some other kind of infertility?

The ones that banned you use bots that check to see where you comment. If they detect you making a comment or post here then they auto ban you. This how the left maintains their narrative by deplatforming anyone they don't like by not allowing them to speak or present a counter arguments to their narrative.

Sleep apnea (snoring) should be mentioned here since so many people ignore it and having it treated can change your life. I should know because I have bad sleep apnea. I had to have surgery on my nose since I could hardly breathe through it and I snored like a freight train. I now sleep with a CPAP and I never knew what real sleep was actually like until I finally got one. No longer dead tired half way through the day. My blood pressure dropped and I hardly ever get headaches anymore. There are …

The real take away here is that it is a huge red flag if a woman ever admits to being in multiple abusive relationships. One maybe I can understand but you better vet her hard to make sure you know what your getting into. The multiple abused woman is often a walking mental disaster just waiting to explode at any moment and they can be highly emotionally abusive and manipulative. In fact the tactic if admitting to multiple abuses is a way to get a man to lower his guard and trigger his protective…

This!!! Sleep apnea is a disease that goes undiagnosed in many people and it is the direct cause of many other health problems. I've actually been thinking about writing a post about this since it is largely ignored by so many people.

Your PCP might do it now. I went a recommended ENT doctor because I had to have nose surgery and then I got a CPAP machine afterward. It has changed my fucking life. I never knew what deep restful was until I got my nose fixed and these new CPAP machines are a breeze to use along with the newer more mobile head gear. I can sleep and move in any position I want during the night.

Young men on TRP go through some very different phases than women do. They are young, teens and early twenties, and they are angry and confused at society. After all they have been good little boys and did everything society told them do but still no one respects them and women think they are losers. This leads to the anger phase and it can last a while and it when these men are the most vocal about their issues. These young guys often become fixated on becoming the text book alpha male even tho…

I agree with what you say. The young angry guys there are not attractive but that is just one step in the process that many men on TRP go through. I'm not saying women should go be with men who are angry or don't have their lives sorted out. I'm saying you could learn some insight into what men deal with by reading some of the stuff over there. I recommend the side bar material though since it is generally well written and not full of edgy rage bait.

I read both because I learn from both. It should be noted that the men's TRP is vastly different for many reasons. Most of which women are oblivious to and just don't care to even understand as is evident in this very thread. Aside from the mods here I bet only a small handful of women on this Reddit even understand why TRP is the way it is. What brings women to RPW is vastly different than what brings men over to TRP even though they are both centered around mating strategy. A majority of the m…

The abuse card is a pretty common tactic among divorce lawyers in many states because it doesn't have to be backed by any evidence and there are no repercussions if it is proved beyond a shadow of doubt that no abuse occured. Happened to a friend of mine. First thing she did was sign a document saying she was abused and the court came down full force on him. It's almost as if the whole family court system is rigged...

This was needed. Ever since reddit banned the incel subs and some other black pill subs it got pretty bad around here since we got flooded with a mob of socially retarded edge lords. I still read the content in the side bar and follow some other blogs from more reputable members of the community since that is where the valuable content is these days.

The value in TRP is not in debating with the average user there. That is like trying to learn from a student when the professor is the one you should be listening to. The real value of TRP lies in the side bar. The majority of the users there are as you point still learning and angry which is in itself a valuable lesson about how men think and behave in a society that constantly rejects and belittles them. There are a lot of men who go there and learn and then leave because there isn't much reas…

That is a rather closed minded way of reasoning there. Read both and a learn from both. There are important lessons there that could open a woman's eyes to the issues that many men face on a daily basis.

Pretty much the same list of things you can find over on TRP that blue pill men suffer from but are unaware of the reasons why. Things like not feeling like the man your supposed to be, dead bed room or unfulfilling sex, not understanding what women actually want from a man, not understanding womens true nature. I was totally stuck in a rut in life it seemed. Several years ago now I started watching a bunch of conservative oriented youtubers who kept mentioning "the red pill". Not knowing what i…

I am currently in a 24/7 Dom/sub relationship and I come from a long history of only having boring vanilla sex before I discovered TRP and rebuilt my whole way of thinking. I used to think BDSM was stupid and no woman would ever like that kind of stuff (was I ever wrong lol). Most men have been caught up in the mass blue pilling of society. They think women are these delicate flowers and they can hurt them during sex and that sex should be a rather gentle affair. Most men never expand their hori…

Welcome to the dark side of reddit censorship. People have created bots that auto track and ban users based on activity on certain subs. The fact that I have posted on TRP and The_Donald means I am auto banned from a huge portion of subreddits or they will auto flag me with a special flair indicating that I am a "troll" all because I posted in another sub they don't like. This is the ideological left at work. Either fall in line or get silenced.

If your a natural weightlifter (not using steriods/testosterone etc) then you will be just fine. Women just don't have high enough testosterone levels to build and maintain large amounts of muscles. Most of the women you see with large muscles are taking testosterone to achieve those results. So work out till you hearts content. Even if your lifting heavy you wont have much to worry about. You will build muscle definition for sure but there is little chance you are going turn into an imposing mu…

You are right. Not sure why people are hating on this concept. Diet and successful lifting are two things you must do at the same time if you want to maximize your work outs. Otherwise you end up like his example where you spend a full year working but still have the "skinny fat" look. Eating right isn't even that hard either. Just cutting out as much sugar as possible, preferably to zero, and you will see changes rather quickly. Buying decent food and cooking yourself isn't that expensive eithe…

men have the responsibility for basically everything now but no authority. Go look at the family court system and tell me what authority men have there if any. It has devolved into a money racketeering scheme designed to remove money and resources from men and give them to women while also lining the pockets of the lawyers and courts. It is a system that is in dire need of overhaul. Go watch Divorce Corp. for a more in depth look at the subject and how it is tearing apart families while creating…

The quality of the content has fallen off dramatically ever since reddit banned the incel subs and quarantined this one. I used to frequent TRP quite often but now I check in on it maybe once a month. Have you not read anything I have said here? If you want commitment and monogamy you have to vet for those qualities in the person you are going to date long term. Men and women who rate high in attractiveness (not just physical looks) will always be in demand on the sexual marketplace. Whether or not they decide to take advantage of that is up to them and it is up to you if you want to tolerate that behavior in a long term relationship. Typically I would say it is not conducive to a long term r…

Your moralizing again. High value in the world of the red pill simply means someone that is desired by the opposite sex. Women have a preselection bias for these types of men even though they don't want to admit it. It's just the reality we live in.
/r/RedPillWomen05/11/19 10:25 PM

This isn't about moral value here. This about sexual strategy. He is a valuable commodity on the market and women want to get with him. He has options and he knows it. If you want a committed monogamous relationship that is fine but you have vet for that and find people who are willing to share that life style with you.

I work in the medical field and this is what I saw when I worked in hospitals. Groups of women do not work well together. Female doctors on average are less competent at their jobs than the men who could run circles around them. I rarely see female doctors over the age of 50 but I can name dozens of male doctors who still work full time that are over 70 years old. A funny fact is that there has been a lot of work place studies initiated by pro feminist groups to prove how productive women are in…

Years later we are now friendly. I told the girlfriend and all her friends. I was hurt and angry. I did it to expose him and show I will be nobodies side piece or stepped on. You did no vetting, you did not try to provide value to his life other than easy sex, you also slept around with other men at the same time and yet you still felt the need to go and socially shame this man. Working for hospitals and their often massive corporate entities is a pain the ass. He should know for the future if his employer ever offers him such a job with increased benefits he MUST GET IT IN WRITING AND SIGNED so they can't go back on their word. Yes because of how women's mating strategy works. Women know if they make themselves available to a man that he is more likely to reciprocate. This is why high value men literally have women throwing themselves at them to get their attention. Now when it comes who makes the most approaches to the other sex then it is always going to be men. Again it's how male mating strategy works. It's a numbers game and men have far wider standards for which women they choose to have children with.

At the very high end of the spectrum (top 10% or better) yes it common for these men to be approached by women. This is because at the basest level women want the best genes and they will go to great lengths to make themselves available to these men. Some of these women could have been looking for a good time with a cute guy but in reality this is just biology at work.

A young woman who was just sexually assaulted doesn't have to lay herself down at your feet and beg for forgiveness for her mistakes before being allowed to feel angry at the violent man who raped her. Never asked for her to beg for forgiveness. I don't care what she does. I just suggested that if she uses some common sense judgement she wouldn't be in the situation she was in. But women are raped by men they have known for days, weeks, months, years. Friends. Boyfriends. Husbands. Relatives. Co…

There is a point. She is not taking responsibility for her actions of putting herself in danger. Instead she is just blaming him for all the wrong doings. I agree 100% and he is wrong for what he did. She is also in the wrong for going to strangers home, having sex, then staying when he ran out of condoms, and allowed him to continue escalation of physical contact with her. She could have prevented the entire situation from happening by using common sense.

Sorry I find this questionable at best and not even sure why this is even on this sub considering your whole relationship and situation. So let me get the facts straight. You met a strange guy and then went to his home even though you barely knew him. Had sex once. You tried to leave but you decided to stay when he tried for round two even though he was out of condoms. You got naked again for him so he could give you a massage. Due to how human mate selection works the males of our species have been genetically programmed to desire to have sex with a wide selection of females. Now most men have standards but on average are far less picky than women when it comes to having a quick fling with someone. Have you tried seeking out a man with strong religious values?

It's pretty well know to those who have studied feminism that the macro effects of it are to lower all women to the lowest common denominator. This is because "ugly" women can't compete in the sexual market so they have to use other means to do so. Enter feminism and its ability to shame people and corporations with just a single tweet. Just look at the slow erosion of the modeling and fashion industry. Pretty women are only allowed to have jobs until the feminist decide that their beauty is "pr…

Valentines day like most holidays has been fully monetized and corporatized. They have already sold you on the idea of jewelry, food, flowers, and how happy you will be if get them all. The reality is that you don't a need a special day to celebrate your relationship. A healthy relationship gets along just fine without valentines day and both people should be doing things on a daily basis to maintain the relationship. Valentines day is all about making money for giant corporations.

The problem though is that reddit and all other major social media sites are acting as publishers and platforms at the same time. They get all the rights and protections of being a publisher while pretending to be a platform. Laws have to be changed to force these companies to choose whether they are publishers (They get to pick and choose which content and authors contribute to their site) or be a platform (must allow all forms of free speech that do not violate the law).

So this is the leading theory based on a LOT of independent testing. The majority of women on dating apps like tinder don't adjust their default age range settings. They simply don't need too because of how these dating apps are set up to work. Pretty much any woman that rates a 5 or higher in attractiveness can set up a tinder profile and have multiple dates set up within hours for the coming weekend. Now its no secret that men often seek out younger women but in the world of dating apps there …

Are you justified in being upset? That depends on wether or not you discussed with him that porn was off limits. If you didn't then you have no grounds to justify your anger on. Is this something all men do? No, but it is something a lot of men do. What matters is that it is done in moderation. Most men do not view porn as a form of infidelity and it is not a replacement for a good partner. It is however a convenient way to get off when your partner isn't available. I would say yes as long as your maintaining a healthy relationship. Me and my GF are in a dom/sub relationship and she describes it is as the most satisfying relationship she has ever been in. There are certainly areas of BDSM where things get out of control though and can lead to some very unhealthy relationship dynamics but that is something you will have to work out with your partner. Not in the same way it does to women. Most men can have sex with next to zero emotional attachment being involved. It's the desperate guys who have a lack of options that often mistake sex for some kind of attachment and causes them to become clingy and unattractive. I know a guy that has an astronomical count but he is now happily married and his wife just had their 4th child. He has no intentions of ever cheating on her and he is a great father to their children.

I have seen this before but they both have incomplete data and both have age limitations meaning it is more likely to net in older couples who hold traditional marriage values. Lets break this down a bit for more context. There is all this stuff about men 'spinning plates' and such and having affairs and 'starter girlfriends'. Let's just face it, most men will also cheat and take multiple wives and partners if given the opportunity. The women here often endorse a dating strategy called "circular dating" which is just the female version of spinning plates. Some of the newbie guys might get triggered but those of us who have come to terms with the facts of TRP just know this a fact of life. I confirm it myself all time. I know this technique sounds a bit a crazy but I have tried it before and it does work. You must have really strong kegels and some good mental fortitude. Once you get it down though you can have an orgasm without ejaculation. Due to how the male body is wired to respond to ejaculation this does not cause the typical refractory period like a normal orgasm does. And no you don't have to stop and do this every 30 seconds.

We see this kind of behavior a lot over on TRP. He is most likely stuck in what is known as the anger phase after taking the red pill and it can last a while before men come to terms with it. Sadly I'm not surprised and it's only going to get worse leading up to the 2020 elections. The tech giants have already been caught several times vowing that they want to find a way to silence all conservative thought from their platforms. Our only sliver of hope is that some of the new free speech legislation that is being brought up in some states can fix or at least slow down the censorship.

I remember your other post but I don't think I ever commented on it. Anyway the root of your issues is pretty straight forward. 1st is stress from having 4 kids at home at all times of the day. While I admire your endeavor to home school your children it can be an extremely difficult thing to do alone. Humans have spent the last several thousand years raising their children as a community but you are going it 100% alone which is placing huge stress on you and your husband. Your 2nd issue is mone…

Richard decided to back out of 21con and officially end all his support for it. Richard was in one of the commercials that ADJ produced and Richard requested that he be edited out or the commercial taken down. ADJ then threw a literal bitch fit about it and posted a lot of drama about it and even made a youtube video calling out Richard. The whole thing makes ADJ look like an angry man child who sits on his high horse. Richard was calm and cool and simply said he decided to pull support for pers…

I'm glad the mod team posted this. I have been pondering for a while now about writing my own post about this very subject but figured it would have been nuked within minutes. I love the idea of the 21con where men get together and share ideas etc. But what I hate about the 21con is that it has turned into a celebration of the monetization of the manosphere. Tickets are outrageously expensive. The average guy could never hope to go there and meet with some of these men. While I do enjoy the pres…

I recently found that this video, that I will link below, has a really good interpretation of some of the widespread affects that hormonal birth control is having on western society. Its pretty scary stuff and for the most part hormonal birth control is a vast experiment that was started with next to no data backing up its safety…

You made a huge covert contract with yourself by expecting him to just show up and make you happy and then only officially inviting him at the very last minute when he also has his own life to live with plans and activities. BDSM covers a very wide range of things in the bedroom. Domination being one of those obviously. I say this because what you want from him falls into the realm of BDSM. It doesn't mean you have to go get rope and have him tie you up or anything unless it's what your into. When you say you want to feel completely out of control this is a core tenet of BDSM. To achieve this complete out of control state you must both be prepared. This is why I suggest the use of safe words because it means he can …

You seem to have a clear goal which is good. Now it's time to get him on the same page as you. Many men have a sexual beast they want to unleash but are afraid to do so because they don't want to hurt you and society has reinforced that women only like the slow "tender" sex when it's in fact the exact opposite. The best way to do this when talking to your man is just to straight up be honest about it. Hinting won't work and it may even send mixed signals especially if he tries something rough an…

I had this problem in a past relationship and even after counseling she was never able to give me a clear definition of what making her a priority actually was. It was an intangible idea linked to an emotion that only she understood. Nothing I did was ever enough to satisfy her need to be a higher priority because she would always move the bar up a notch when I made those sacrifices. Given your man's history and supposedly unique mental health he probably needs clearly defined goals and not just…

You have to look at the effects of feminism at the macro level. Sure at the individual level you can still choose to do just about whatever you want. However feminism is convincing ever increasing amounts of women to forgo traditional relationships and turning men into helpless betas. It is also convincing women to delay having children or even not having children at all. It is telling women they will be happy with a successful career working 9-5 climbing the corporate ladder when in reality mos…

Your female coworker may have suffered from an excess of abundance mentality :-p Unfortunately it was the opposite of abundance. She was a the personification of "strong woman" and was in a high up management position. No man was ever good enough for her and she would only consider dating doctors, high end lawyers, CEO's etc. More than once I overheard how she went on a few dates with yet another guy and he didn't meet her expectations because he wasn't as successful as she was. There is nothing wrong that but it depends on the context. I have seen women outright reject potential dates because they place so much faith in the Meyers briggs test. Had a female coworker swiping through whatever dating app she was using and I remember her talking about some guys she found that she really liked their profiles but ultimately left swiped them all because they listed in an incompatible MB test. Never use texting to infer your intentions. That should be done in person. Use texting to schedule meet ups and for some flirting. Also you should pay attention to what women do instead of what they say. I have had several women say they won't have sex with me and end up naked in my bed a couple hours later. Even had a lady say she didn't want to have sex while she was stripping her clothes off in front of me and making out with me.

Domesticated live stock is selectively bred to be tame and easy to handle. A side effect of that is the neoteny you speak of. As far as humans go the reasoning is much more difficult to understand and there is most likely many contributing factors such as the increased levels of plastics in our food, little to no factors that remove the sick and weak allowing them to go on and reproduce, societal factors, and much much more.

There is a bit more nuance to that than what a simple reddit post can cover and I don't necessarily mean in it a bad way when talking about men and women who live in traditional family roles. The sad reality is that most of western society does not live in this manner and a lot of men live in absolute misery because of it. Sounds like another girl with narcissistic personality disorder. Most of these girls can fake it for about a year or so before they completely break down just like you described. I would imagine TRP will remain forever quarantined unless there is a drastic change in leadership over at reddit HQ. We haven't broken any rules and this sub reddit is very heavily policed by our mods for content. However we go against the feminist imperative and Reddit is not a very profitable company. They need outside investors and they only way to get them to sign on is appear as feminist friendly as possible.

Men and women hook up for different reasons. For men a hook up has almost nothing to do with emotions other than it is some fun no strings attached sex. For women a hook up is often linked to an emotion of some kind that needs to be validated. Men also have a biological urge to have sex with as many women as possible while women do not. He really needs to be taking the required courses for his field instead of wasting time. He can raise his GPA while knocking those out easily. He should also look into other schools to see which one has the lowest cost on that particular degree. Going to high end universities is often a waste of time since most employers just want someone who is reliable and good at their job and they barely bat an eye at which school you went too unless it is some very high end field of work.

One of the most important lessons I have learned around here is to always challenge women. Chances are she has spent most of her adult life with beta men ready to bend the knee her to her every whim. What those men don't realize is that she is repulsed by such behavior. When you stand up to her and tell her "no" and then guide her in how she should behave she will respect you even if she puts up a lot of resistance at first.

When a man is getting bored of sex it is probably because there is a lack of variety in sexual activities. From the tone of your post it seems that you both probably have a lot of vanilla sex. Not a bad thing but too much of that does get boring after a while. I would say it is time sit down with him and talk about exploring some kinks with him. I promise you there is way more he wants to do to you but he is afraid to ask because of how society has conditioned him to think. There is no shame in …

That is a good start. The job sucks (I know because I used to work in a cafeteria when I was your age) but you can use it to spring board into better jobs. One of the most common things a new employer always looks for is that you stay with a job and that you not constantly quitting and bouncing between new jobs (also something I know because I do this for every resume my boss sends me to evaluate before they get interviewed).

TRP was put on quarantine about a month ago. You are not banned (unless you did something to earn it). Most of the phone apps don't work well with the quarantine for some reason. Finish school first of all. If your not in high school right now then you need to go into a study program and get your GED. Stay out of trouble and remove people who are bad influences on your life. After that I would consider getting a job and start deciding what you want to do as a future career. College these days can be quite affordable if you stick with community colleges and choose a sensible subject to major in. The health and engineering fields will always be in demand for example.

It is an analogy for female thinking. Basically it means that the female brain will spin out any excuse even it defies all logic to justify their actions or feelings. This can be both positive and negative and a lot of the advise around is about understanding how to use the female hamster to your advantage and when to recognize its dangers. The famous example is when a woman has consenting sex with a man but later changes her mind about him but she also has to justify a reason as why she no long…

This person is actually 100% wrong. TRP is simply defined as sexual strategy that can be used for both men and women. MGTOW is the mens movement that avoids relationships with women altogether even though sex is still an option. It can be considered a sub branch of TRP. Also you have to consider that the boys (and I use that term on purpose) on the main TRP subreddit are young angsty teens or early twenties. They are often experiencing what is defined as "red pill rage" which is when the blinder…

Good high resolution pictures. Be in "fun" locations like hiking, at a concert, etc. Have a couple pics that include your friend group since social proofs are one thing women will look for even if they don't know it consciously. None of what you listed is good. Instead you should just not a give a fuck about what he says or does unless he is getting your face. He is clearly a beta that is resorting to attacking your character because he can't compete with you directly. First off your girl should never ever be spending alone time with another man. If you value your LTR then you need to sit and have a frank discussion about this with her. When she is out doing this she is emotionally bonding with him and not you. She might well just be out fucking him and she may very well be because AWALT. Rule 1: Do not talk about TRP. Rule 2: Refer to Rule 1. This guy is not your friend. He is trying to sabotage your image to make himself look better. One of the core tenets of TRP is ridding yourself of toxic people in your life. This guy is one of those toxic elements. A little off topic here but what does a DEXA scan have to do with losing weight? I work in radiology and DEXA scans are meant to measure bone loss to help diagnose osteoporosis. Even if the child isn't yours some states will consider you as assuming the fatherly role if you stuck around during the pregnancy and it can take a significant sum of money in the form of hiring a really good lawyer and an act of god to convince the state to stop taking money from you. play the preggo card for all it's worth with vague promises of how you'll make it up to him. Horrible advice if you never actually live up to those promises. Its not like men are just going to forget those vague promises. It will build resentment and distrust in the long run.

This is not Hypergamy. I suggest you go look up what hypergamy is. What you are experiencing is what is known as "alpha widowed". You had a man that was outside your SMV and now he is gone and you feel that there is no other man that can replace him.

The red pill is vastly different for men and women. Society currently is largely feminized and as such it caters to womens every needs despite what feminist want you to think. Women do not have to radically change their way of thinking when taking the red pill (unless you were a staunch feminist to begin with). Men on the other hand have their entire reality destroyed by the red pill and must rebuild their way of thinking at a late stage in life. This leads to "red pill rage" and men who become …

The sad state of TRP when men are suggesting to put women into one of the most dangerous states of mind imaginable. Addiction is bad. Very bad. This is just asking for a woman to go ape shit on you when you can no longer provide her the feelings you have worked so hard to get her addicted to because female nature will dictate that she will demand more and more to remain satisfied.

I am a advocate for dom/sub style relationships but what you are describing is psychological abuse. TRP is about understanding female nature and even using it to your advantage but inflicting psychological abuse is generally not something that is encouraged around here. There are guys here that have long since written about dom/sub relationships and the biggest factor almost always comes down to building trust between both parties and not turning one person into an "isolated reclusive wreck". I used to watch some MGTOW channels on youtube but those guys just seemed so disconnected from the rest of the world and they always had this vision of how society was going to collapse and they were going to be ones standing there pointing and laughing while it all burns. In essence they have all mentally checked out and attempt to replace their sadness, depression, and other negative feelings with these delusions of how great they are and how human kind is missing out by not choosing them.

What value do you offer these men in the long term? Some fun dates and some wild sex can be fun but if you don't show long term value then they have no reason to stay around. Also the picture incident throws multiple red flags. Why does someone need my picture to distinguish me from others, why is she being so clingy so fast, how many other guys photos are on your phone taken on a date for the same reason. Taking pics of each other is great but it has to come naturally over time.

Some good advice already in here. The goal should be "his slut" and not "a slut". This can easily be done while maintaining your outward feminine appearance to those around you. You become the lady on the street and his freak in the sheets so to speak. A lot of people find this fun and it can keep things rather spicy between you two if you both work to maintain it. The first wave. Women's fertility drops off a cliff at 30. This is actually 100% false. A reasonably healthy womans fertility changes very little during their 30's. While it does drop we are only talking about single digit percentages here. Fertility doesn't take a nose dive until a woman reaches her 40's and even then a reasonably healthy woman in her 40's has a good chance of carrying a full term healthy baby.

Learn to look for IoI's (indicators of interest) that women give you. Some examples: She smiles at you from across the room, plays with or brushes back her hair while she interacts with you, turns her body toward you when you are near. There is a lot of strong advice over on TRP about dating and when the question comes up if a man is single or not. The mans answer to this question is to ALWAYS say that he is dating someone (even if he is single and not seeing anyone) because most women whether they consciously know it or not will be more attracted to a commodity that is in demand. Women at the top end of the physical attractiveness spectrum live a totally different world. They have beta cucks orbiting them all day long ready to lay down and be walked all over. Seems to be pretty classic case of you over estimating your SMV. This is clearly evident when you have men sitting right in front of you and turning you down. I saw this when it was posted and it still does not change my mind. If anything it just proves that women's hamsters need constant reassurance to convince them to stay in a committed relationship. Just because the man has to constantly work hard to prove his commitment does not mean he is the gatekeeper of commitment. He may be more financially stable, more intellectually mature, and have a good career but if he is till 18+ years older than you then that means he will grow old and die around 18+ years before you do. You will spend much of the later part of his life as his care taker. Finding a guy in his 30's that has his life in order isn't that difficult and would probably be a better overall life time partner.

Typically the highest earner pays child support if they do not have full custody. Men in most cases end up paying because on average they earn more. In the case of an even 50/50 usually nobody pays child support but one parent can challenge the other in a court to prove that the other is providing enough money to support the children. A major problem is the court system itself. It is purely gynocentric and men have little to no power in family court. Women typically get free representation in fa…

As far as pre nups go men view them like this: failure to plan is planning to fail. If you want a man that doesn't want one then that is fine but men who do want pre nups are not bad people. They are simply taking precautions because according to divorce rates he has about a 40% chance his marriage will end. Why should he continue paying money to someone that he no longer loves or even lives with him?
/r/RedPillWomen01/05/18 07:58 AM

He would still have to pay child support. True there are risk on both sides but much more so for men than women. The courts do not honor most pre nups and will throw them out unless a man can afford an expensive lawyer to over see his case while the woman gets free representation. Single mothers get access to significant financial government benefits as well. In my state those benefits roughly add up to about $30k a year while the man gets zero. Even in the cases where the man is not the bread w…

You have a very romanticized view of marriage but the fact remains that a man is taking a massive risk when he rolls the marriage dice. He is giving up all his legal rights to half of what he owns and expects you in good faith to not get bored one day and leave with it. Also given todays marriage statics why should he not take precautions to safe guard some of his assets that you may not deserve to have access to if you decide to leave?

It just seems like you are seeking justification for your actions. You rightfully earned a reputation for being a cheater when you became this other mans plate. None of your actions were in accordance with RPW values. You didn't vet the new man and you didn't even have the decency to break up with your current BF before you decided to cheat on him.

Hypergamy is not about the woman improving herself. It is about women using the status of a man to access other high status men. This is why Hypergamy can backfire so badly because if a high status man dumps her and she has no fall back then her SMV is essentially set back to zero and she has to start back over climbing the ladder.

and it's so true there's nothing I can provide for them other then that... Why can't you provide anything other than that? It sounds like you are not standing up for yourself and letting people use you and walk all over you. You are more than just a wet hole and if you go through life with that kind of negative mindset then you are setting yourself up for failure.

Its good to make approaches but opening every conversation with a compliment about their beauty is not going to get you anywhere. Any woman with a decently high SMV already knows she is attractive and she doesn't need another beta orbiter to remind her how pretty she is. Instead you should try to find something to engage them in a conversation about other than their looks. If they are reading a book ask them to describe what it is about. Ask them what kind of coffee or drink is good at that shop…

If you value monogamy then that should be established pretty early on. If he was seen leaving the bar with another woman and had sex with her then that is a bad sign of things to come especially if he was introducing you to friends and family as his girlfriend.

I have yet to see him present both sides of any given situation. He presents some very limited data but only that which supports his narrative. I did recently watch a couple of his video because a friend of mine had brought one up in discussion but in neither of those did he present any data other than his own opinion which he upholds as gospel. For example a little while back he posted a video about how people with high IQ should be the first people hired in the work force even baring things li…

I don't take anything Stefan says seriously. He has a few good conservative view points but all he does is preach down to everyone he talks to. He has no desire to debate any views he holds because in his view he is always right. He doesn't hate women but his views on them are at times conflicting with his overall narrative. I stopped listening to him when I figured out he is just one of those guys that likes to string together word salad for his listeners.

Just some math for you to mull over here. Look the percentage of males in the US that are over 6 feet tall. Now subtract the ones that are outside the age range you want. Now subtract the ones that are not eligible for marriage. Now subtract the ones that don't fit the psychological profile you would be happy with. What your left with is less than 1% of the population of men that are already over 6 feet tall. So yeah good luck. Another thing to consider is that men very much dislike women who ha…

I have been a lurker here for a while but I finally decided it was time to make some changes I'm my life. I have been hitting the gym regularly and working on improving my posture (I had slouching shoulders and neck from years of neglected exercise). Already got complimments from two coworkers the other day who noticed my much improved posture. I also found some new activities outside the house for me to do and overall feel like much of my energy has returned. I now wake up much earlier in the m…

OP thinks he isn't a beta but he can't afford a few drinks and secure himself a ride home also you get lured out at 2:00 AM by someone you don't even know. At no point were you in control of any of this situation. You were out desperately chasing ass when you should have taken steps to notice the red flags. You should have bailed the moment you saw she catfished you instead of escalating the situation. To her that was a sure sign that she had full control of the situation because you signaled th…

You fell for the grass is greener on the other side myth. Any woman that approaches you when she knows full well your in already in a relationship is NOT relationship material. She is a relationship destroyer. I have met many of these kinds of women over the years and they will never be satisfied with anyone. They get their thrills from having men chase them until they get bored. They use sex and submission as tools to work their way into your life and try to separate you from your other partner…

I would say the whole pencil example is fairly risky especially in today's environment of #metoo. If this were to backfire or if another co-worker were to over hear this kind of conversation it could cost someone their jobs if they go HR with it.

The wage gap. The patriarchy. The assumption that all men perpetuate rape culture. The duluth model. Women being portrayed as victims in every aspect of life. Feminist not wanting to have any responsibility for their actions. White Privilege or whatever else they suddenly decide is more privileged than them. The destruction of beautiful women in supposedly sexist jobs (firing of the grid girls is a good recent example).

Tiredness and stress are killers of libido. Obviously eliminating some of that from your lives may go a long way to improving things. You might try mixing things up a bit with him though. Don't wait until your laying in bed at the end of a long day when your both exhausted. Take the initiative and surprise him by going straight for his manhood without warning. Men are very visual so try dressing up slutty (for his viewing pleasure only of course) and make him touch you all over.

I think your missing some important perspectives here. In the online dating world men have absolutely zero power. They have no choice but to talk to any female that will listen. I know because I have been there. Unless your an extremely attractive man you get no attention at all. As proven by okcupids data mining women find 80% of men unattractive and only go for the top 20%.

Nah they just don't want some "know it alls" ruining it for everyone else. It only takes a few of them to run off the customer base and give the whole place a bad reputation. Most people get along just fine. The worst I have seen so far was some guy who was slamming weights and grunting like a wild hog at every machine he went too and the manager came out to talk to him.

I have no doubts that this could be fun in the bedroom but it requires a person that has a very submissive personality and they must have complete trust in you. Many dom/sub or master/slave relationships seem to hinge on this type of mental training. The second example above can take this training quite far by teaching their partners to always respond to specific stimulus no matter the situation. I have seen everything from the usual contract agreements, to masters requiring daily recitations th…

My local gym has rules against being a "gym bro" and that includes trying to pick up girls or just telling people they are doing exercises incorrectly. They will kick you out and revoke your membership without much hesitation. I find the gym to be a horrible place to pick up girls anyway since they find it creepy when you hit on them if they aren't already interested in you.

Men now have wider social networks than ever before (because of social media) and they are seeing first hand the destruction that a divorce can bring upon a mans life. Just last year I witnessed a life long friend get drug through the court system. He was the bread winner and she claimed she and her kids are in danger from him which is a complete fabrication so that she could gain complete control over the whole divorce process (she has severe anxiety issues that has required multiple trips to t…

I was going to say the same thing. She probably used the first guy for some free rides and then he got too attached. She found a ready and willing alpha guy to be her white knight for the evening because she knew the first guy was stalking her. She played both of them and the guy who wrote this is lucky he walked away without a knife in his gut.

Sounds like your husband is having serious regrets on the whole cuck situation. It may be time for a very frank discussion with him and let him know that you want to move past that road block in your relationship and how important he is to your life. Seeing that you are a family with 3 kids and you both work, he may need to reign in his expectations just a little bit on the sex drive front. He may even have unresolved issues about work and supporting your family. Losing a job and house is a MAJO…

Thanks. I work in health care so I understand your plight about the anti depressants and low libido. Be sure to work closely with your doctor to identify your core issue because many times a doctor is all to willing to just write out a prescription to keep customer satisfaction up. So many people expect a pill to solve their issues when it is really just masking it. I personally know some women who schedule a monthly visit with a counselor just to talk about their emotions and that is usually en…

This answer turned out longer than I thought it would. Sorry for the wall of text haha. I think one of the most important things is establishing a clear line of communication in this aspect. A lot of people tend to shy away from talking about sex with their own partners when it is a very important aspect of the relationship and nobody should be embarrassed or think it is just a superficial act. I have noticed some people can fall into the assumption that their partner should "just know" what wil…

Just some tips from a mans perspective I have learned over the years. Please note this mostly applies to committed long term relationships with partners who know each other well. One of the most common things I found in LTR was that women would suddenly shift into the "I want you turn me on before I will have sex with you" OR "you haven't done enough for me today to earn sex". From an LTR perspective if you have to say this to your partner then something has already gone wrong somewhere in the r…

Your post doesn't make it clear what your ultimate goal is here but the advice I can offer is this: Your not even in your prime yet and now is the time to focus on yourself for a while. Spend some time career building and getting yourself financially stable. If your just looking for quick sex well there is plenty of advise floating around here on how to find it. If your seeking something long term then your best off focusing on yourself for a while and getting yourself into a better psoition.
