Okay, thanks. I was wondering if maybe it's just a bad city for dating. I hear places like San Francisco are better

I've tried. Extremely hard. It doesn't work. I'm sick of forcing it. I'd rather just focus on things within my control rather than playing all the mind games in the minefield that is dating

Do you ever feel like those warm ups are just cop out conversations in disguise, or do they truly help? Just curious, I don't mean to flame/insult. I personally have found them to be another manner of avoidance

I used to be part of a PUA lair. On one guy's first nights, no matter how much we had hyped him up beforehand, he sat at the bar and cried. A few years later, he was one of the more revered members of the lair

Move closer. Touch the small of her back. Etc. It's going to be nerve wrecking. Do it, but respond to how she responds. If she pulls away, back off. If she reciprocates or at least leans into the touch or anything, you're in the clear You got this

Maybe she didn't appreciate the run on sentence in your text I think you just let her get back to you but continue to either meet other women or be invested in something else lest you get oneitis I want to say she'll respond since enough rapport was established but whether she does or not, just don't take it personally

I feel like #7 gets both flamed and recommended. "Don't be boring" versus "go with the flow" Not sure what my question is, but I'm hitting post. Also mildly curious on what to do besides ejecting and wishing the girl a good night if she gives one word answers or is visibly hesitating to respond to anything you say

As long as you can see it as a coping mechanism and work towards unlocking yourself to be more free and accepting of change, you'll be alright
/r/seduction02/11/21 07:33 PM

It isn't too confusing. You might be in a slump and haven't had too much fun and are overthinking this
/r/seduction02/11/21 07:25 PM
2

Being interested > being interesting You don't have to necessarily have to follow what are perceived as socially acceptable hobbies, but you do need more than gaming and Reddit on the list. The goal is to expand your points of view by taking a bit more of the world in (aka stepping outside your comfort zone) rather than completely replacing all your hobbies and yourself just to accommodate what others might think of you

I agree. Sad state of affairs 100% At the same time, it can be an eye-opening experience for people in that mindset to have good experiences with people outside of their race. A lot of that is rooted in fear, and we can't afford to take offense and even lash out against people on actions we perceive as offensive that would ultimately perpetuate their fear. Everyone's just looking out for themselves
/r/seduction01/11/21 03:35 PM

Probably more to do with trust than that but there could be an element of that
/r/seduction01/11/21 01:39 PM

Oddly, I think that this borderline obsession with race may be a scapegoat for a deeper internal issue you haven't addressed such as not being empathic enough or fully accepting of yourself. Yes, for some, race is a dealbreaker. You don't want any of that imo. I'd even go as far as to say that you don't necessarily want someone who fetishizes you for your race. There's an entire section towards the end of Models by Mark Manson that I'd say is worth looking into but in general, I found that race …

Yeah bro but like think about it they're doing it to enjoy life, have fun, etc. Why don't you provide some of that fun by being the cool, charming person they met that day plus you don't know that what if one of the girls just wants to meet a dude but she's going along with her friends for the time being just try bro get your answer you could be denying two people what they truly want but like be nice and all if she doesn't seem interested just back off no problem maybe another one will be no ha…

I read in a book that you should care more about what you think about yourself than what others think of you. I figured that it's more important to make sure you get home safe before anything otherwise you end up needy and desperate and therefore alone

Bad experiences in the past with leering men can cause fear and anxiety to bubble to the surface quickly on her end. Don't beat yourself up or foster bitterness. Learn from it and grow imo
/r/seduction29/10/21 12:36 AM
3

You might have stared. Yeah. Don't worry. Most of those reactions come from people with horrible experiences in the past. Unless you stared for way too long or were following her, I'd say she just got bad vibes (whether correct or not) and asked her friends to keep an eye on you. You're good, man

Sizing you up. He wondered if you were a threat to him or his people Best you can do is walk away if things get heated. Don't get into petty arguments. This is all assuming you didn't say or do anything too aggressive or disrespectful to the woman

Sure, but that's how /u/JacobMoogberg69 might respond. OP should respond in a similar fashion but with their own words. For me, it'd be something like "I'm all for teasing but that's a little much" and if she doesn't respect it, I'd begin to close that door
/r/seduction28/10/21 04:42 AM
7

Ghosting for the sake of luring a response is going to lead to bitterness and resentment Express how you feel to her. She'll tell you what's up and if she doesn't, move on. Playing guessing games only fuels bitterness that'll come off in every interaction with her

Women will only provide validation at best or, at worst, anger and petty drama that will only fuel the need for more validation Take care of yourself I don't think alcohol turns you into a confident superhero as much as you allow yourself to act and play that role when drinking

Ball's on his court. More on their emotional maturity than yours. Might want to see this as a red flag if there isn't a legitimate excuse to at least not responding. Silent treatment is cruel imo Also hope you were truly busy and not just weighing pros/cons in your head whether to reach out or not

That's some high success rate. I'm at 68 approaches, 2 numbers, 1 date over the course of 4 months The last 3-5 approaches were pretty harsh, and I've taken my sarging time to be self-reflective time

As they say "hope for the best, expect the worst" If a guy does come, he'll likely be understanding and chill. Apologize and move on. It's very rare for a possessive boyfriend to come along and even then, in the worst case scenario, just leave the situation. You might even want to keep an eye on the woman if you stick around the party/area in case that guy acts up FWIW, I've had two situations where the boyfriend came along and the woman kept flirting with me but the guy did nothing. In one case…

Really sit down and think what is causing this. It can be anything from religious reasons, body insecurities, etc. Really think it through. Then, try to come up with what you'd be comfortable with and communicate that to your gf She seems to be into you enough to stay for now. Losing her is not the end of the world despite your brain telling you it is.

I've asked women if they prefer texting between dates. None seem super for or against but do appreciate some contact if there's a long wait between the date and when it's agreed to Also a case by case basis, I feel, especially if you have enough rapport established
/r/seduction25/10/21 01:29 AM
3

I kinda agree. My only fear is being waaaaay too pushy for something I don't truly want (ONS) I'm currently playing with the idea that if the girl flakes that not enough comfort/rapport was established, or she doesn't care and I truly can't change anything about that. Worth a try, though, because i have definitely walked away feeling like the interaction could have gone longer

Your fourth paragraph speaks to resentment. They don't owe you attention or time. You don't know if this is the tenth time she's been harassed or if she's having the worst day and just wants to be chilling at home. The only thing you know about them is how they look and your perception based on that. Looks are deceiving. That type of response is exactly the response you need. Think of it as the universe telling you that you're overinvesting in women especially to the point of feeling hurt by a s…

I think defining yourself by your career is going to lead to more problems than it solves Yes, you want to be proud of what you do, but what else do you have going on? Do you sing, dance, play basketball on the weekends, etc.? Approaching isn't the easiest if you haven't interacted much. Try simple things like saying good morning to people or some such. Just get out of your head, be in a good spot mentally, and you'll find that the pressure on approaching goes down dramatically although still re…

The common advice is to move on Putting more gas in this tank will devalue you in her eyes at this point. Let her reach out if she wants but she likely won't. Holding on will build resentment so by the time she does reach out, you might be too bitter to respond appropriately

I can vibe with this I'm at a point tonight, after 60 approaches in the last month, where women are straight up just walking away as I say hi and some aren't even turning their head to look my way. Thinking of giving up and reevaluating myself but every part of me just wants to go out and do more approaches with a tweak like smiling more or talking slower I'm actually questioning daygame as too out of the norm to be effective/fun but I know it's me I'm guilty of using the same line over and over…
