yeah so many guys think that dealing with flakes is a “game” issue. But no its a real life problem. This is where it becomes a respect and boundaries issue. There’s a reason why your friends etc don’t flake. There’s a reason why she also doesn’t flake on HER friends or her job for example.

They only thing I could say to this buddy is people make time for those they care about. No matter how busy no matter how swamped. She's got every right to spend her time however she wishes. That said so do you, don't waste time chasing those who aren't interested. Fish and sea stems to mind. Just my thoughts hope I'm wrong.

Specifically right when she said “it’s getting late” you had a chance to learn more/get her perspective but now days have passed I’d do a
“Wow, I’m surprised. I really didn’t peg you to be the flaky type.”
