Going out by yourself is awesome once you get used to it. So many opportunities. Nobody to hold you back.

Lift, meditate, eat healthy, read. Optimize everything about yourself. Incorporate some social activity every week. There’s success out there for you.

It takes awhile to get used to. But worth it if you stick with it.

Thanks for this comment. I agree with you.

Meditate. Approach. Reflect. When you reflect - write 3 things you liked about what you did in the interaction (positive reinforcement). Write 1 thing you want to do better next time (humility and self awareness). You don’t have to do exactly what I said, find a process that works for you. Repeat your process until things start clicking,

Hey. I appreciate your question. Do you truly believe there is a specific number of approaches you need to do before you get a date?

You have control over walking up to the next girl you see and asking for the time. You have control over the way you perceive that interaction and what it means for you and your future.

Follow hayleyquinnx on Instagram. She coaches women. Look at her saved stories. She’s good. But yes, go for it

Nailed it. You feel proud of yourself for taking the action. Just focusing on how proud I was of myself for taking that action for those 10 days straight is why I felt like such a boss in the club on the 11th day.

Yes you do.

Lol. I looked the same when I got no girls. It takes a lotta work. Just gotta have a good attitude and take action everyday.

I had been approaching a few months already so yes, as time went on and I gained more experience I did get #s more frequently. I wanted to illustrate this 11 day period because it was the first time in game for me where I committed that I was going to do something everyday, and look what happened.

Direct - just focus on who you want to talk to Indirect - this is to get a feel for group and identify who you like. Then focus on them

Where did you come up with these ideas?

That’s a good exercise.

For #1, do you mean pick up a random object and start describing it as if it’s a really cool thing?

I’ve been there as well. When you have too much expectations, you’re scared to take any action. When you lower the bar for success you’re more willing to take action. Eventually you get tired of only doing step 2 and now you actually want to build a conversation after you approach instead of being scared. Keep up the progress!

Thanks for the feedback! Agree with both of those, and vocal tonality/pace.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
