Met 1 month ago "She's really into me" I really like her Didn't have sex What are you waiting for? Met at club Thinks you're fake "She's the one" Lol.

Yup. I thought I moved it pretty quick, going to set a meet as soon as possible, and hope she's still in the mood by then.

Ah, that's pretty normal for tinder. A fraction of your matches will have a conversation, and a fraction of those will meet for a date. 0/100 is pretty terrible though. I would've been less picky unless you were mass-matching with fatties

Wierd that people are downvoting the good advice and upvoting the bad... I get the feeling that most of these guys haven't slept with many women. Anyway, that's interesting. When I see this, 9 times out of 10, I assume they're a catfish or a girl getting off on the validation. This one however, has a different vibe. Care to share your stories on what happened in NY?

Agreed. I'm skeptical but I'm still going to push for it ... for science ;)

Interesting stuff. I've heard scandinavians are very up front about what they want, and I've met some forward girls before, but never this forward. She started dropping sexual language minutes out of the gate. Right now I'm 50/50 on troll/ legitimately horny forward girl.

Pretty clear I was texting her man... But if she was real then yea you kinda texted yourself out of sleeping with her. Care to explain this in more detail?

Is your comment coming from experience? This all happened in the span of a few messages, and if I had played into her hand (oh you're horny? Cool! Please let me fuck you!) It would've come across as super needy. I had to play it cool.

You misunderstood what I'm saying. By asking for closure, you're doing it for yourself. Answering the unanswered questions, and saying what you want to say, good or bad. It has nothing to do with her validation, and you shouldn't be concerned with her turning away because it's already over. You're doing this to get the closure that YOU need.

As a man, you have to lead the interaction. Unless you're Channing Tatum, you are expected to be the one that leads. This is a good thing, because as the proactive man (as opposed to the reactive woman) you will be spoiled for choice once you learn how to do it.

There's no line/ move. Don't compliment her unless there's something you genuinely like about her that deserves a compliment. It's a natural thing and you just need to feel it. Honestly there's no other way to put it, and it will come with experience.

Why not? At first, I thought that I didn't need it, that I could just get through it with willpower and other women. It didn't work. Just ask to have a mature conversation as adults.

This 100%. Tinder is full of dudes, and the girls are spoiled for choice. I once saw the tinder of a female friend. She had a permanent 99+ likes (as high as it goes), and and had to swipe through a seemingly endless pile of male models with six pack abs to get to anyone who looked normal. Use tinder if you're in the top 10% of males (looks), otherwise avoid it.

I can guaruntee that hundreds of other guys are also messaging her, who also think they're being clever/ suave/ etc doing the exact same thing you're doing. It's not smooth, and by taking to time to make a well-crafting response you are showing way too much interest too soon. You'll be just like every other guy. Tinder is a huge numbers game. Out of 20 matches, I get maybe 2 conversations that actually go anywhere, and I'm a decent looking guy. Unless you're a guy with top-tier looks (which I'll…

You ask her out. Then if she says yes, you go on a date with her, and you as the man play it cool and allow her to win you over. You have to take this first step though, because she's not going to do it for you. Sidebar: I dated a chick I worked with and it went totally smooth. All depends on the people.

quit being in the army if you want to learn proper pick up skills. Not quite sure what you mean by this. People in the army can learn pickup just like anyone else.

You don't need to go to bars and clubs. I repeat, You don't need to go to bars and clubs. If you like to dance and drink, by all means, go for it. But you can get great results with much more open women (and less competition) elsewhere.

It took me over a year to get over my ex. What I can tell you is that, contrary to the common advice people will give you, willpower is NOT the answer, and neither is time. I tried both, but I inevitably still found myself scrolling through her facebook feed once or twice a month. What you need is closure. If you're mad at her, tell her that. If you want to ask why things turned out the way they did, do it. Only once you've said what needs to be sais can you close this chapter of your life and m…

I thought about this some more, and I realized that while I'm doing it it doesn't seem like a question (no upward inflection in the voice). I'm also expecting her to say yes, so it's more like I'm telling her that I'm going to kiss her, only phrased as a question.

Take her somewhere you want to go. Worry about your own enjoyment, you're the captain of the boat and she's just along for the ride. My best success has come from just going on a walk around the city. You don't need to buy anything. Simplicity is good.

It depends on the level of dislike. Does she do things that you disagree with on a fundamental level? If so the answer is no. Is it something small that you can overlook? People aren't perfect. The answer is yes. Not to mention, you can continue seeing this girl while pursuing other girls and having her will make you more abundant.

Have you slept with this girl? If the answer is no, you should not be paying for anything. Instead of going to a traditional boring dinner date: grab a drink, go on a walk, sit on a park bench, play mario kart, whatever. The subtext here is that you are a man who doesn't need to spend money to get girls. Your attractiveness comes from within, not from things you can buy for her.

Could be an attainability thing. My personality is very aloof and I tend to have much better results with more confident girls in general.

You keep pinging on this hotness thing, but I don't think its as much of a factor as you think it is. I did this with a very attractive and intelligent lawyer and her response was "how many girls have you kissed today?" And then I kissed her. I see that as a huge IOI.

Thanks for the story. Personally, I never changed my personality to suit the culture. The guys I work with aren't quite the same - they don't do hard drugs or DD, but they are just lazy and unmotivated people. Most of them just go to work, go home, watch TV, repeat. Most have no goals besides making a paycheck. They watch CNN and complain about how america is falling apart. As a person who is lifting, going to school, travelling and constantly pushing to improve my self I just can't relate with …

I've been in my current profession for 7 years, and am planning on leaving as soon as I finish my contract, because I don't like the culture. I'm good at my job, but I have no desire to continue on doing it.

They are significantly older. Most are 30+ and have wives and kids. Because I was promoted quickly, all of the people who are directly working for me are older than me. I know a ton about my job and make great products, but it often gets brushed aside. I make one small mistake and it wipes away the previous 100 successes in my coworkers eyes.

I can relate with a lot of what you're saying. I was antisocial in school, didn't have many friends, and focused on myself. After many years of hard work I came out on the other end and the current day me is a completely different man. One particular line stood out to me: > I realized that many of the men I wanted validation from were losers to begin with, and as they age, them being losers will only get more amplified. And the truth is, I don't want validation from them. I know what I want and …

Tinder is a waste of time. Most girls just use it for a quick ego boost, and even if you can get lots of matches, most won't say more than a few lines before they get distracted by the legion of guys texting them. The easiest way to meet girls is to talk to girls in real life. It immediately shows confidence because most guys are afraid to do it, and she can't just ignore you because it's rude. You get a chance to show your personality and charm her. Out of 100ish tinder matches I've had about 1…

I don't know those cities but I'll assume it's similar to my experiences. All the young people speak english. They learn it in school. Being an American has been a positive thing in every country I've been to. People love our culture and as long as you don't sabotage yourself by drunkenly shouting USA in a bar with a bunch of wasted Americans it can only help you.

I wanted to go as far as I could, because I would only be in town for a few days. I'm happy with the experience I had, but I know it won't continue and that makes it frustrating.

For me, I've never had anything other than an LTR. Because of this I've always wanted to have a ONS. I think it's true though, that girls are simply different and this one decided she didn't want it that way. The problem I keep having is that I meet great girls in foreign countries, (I travel a lot), but I can't seal the deal and I never end up seeing them again. I have girls who text me from time to time that I will never see in person because of this and it's frustrating.
