I'vw been in the game for quite a while now, and I'm pretty solid with girls, but terrible interacting with men.

With girls I'll play aloof, laid-back but persistent, and respond to shit tests by brushing them off casually. A lot of girls I've met love this.

My problem is interacting with men, at work and in my personal life. I work in a high-testosterone field, and there are often other guys trying to challenge me or throw their weight around. My usual personality of being aloof doesn't work here, it just seems weak.

So I want to know if there is a resource to learn this side of social dynamics? I want to learn how to be a more respected leader of men.
